My daughter in-law and I went there this morning... it was a horrible experience. They rushed thru the pedicure they didn't even scrub our feet. They barely cut the toe nails but they wanted us to get the expensive pedicure. First and last time going here. I've been to this salon a few times, and ALWAYS had a good experience.....until now. Today someone new was there, and she WAY overcharged me. Like by a LOT. I questioned it, as it was $34 over my regular amount and I was told because I got a "design" which was a sticker, like a legitimate sticker, and I had two broken nails. The entire time the person was trying to upsell everything and I kept declining. If I hadn't, I have no doubt that my bill would have been over $150 for a mani/pedi and brow wax. I've never left a salon feeling so scammed. I don't usually write reviews, but this was disappointing. Also, a side note, WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC, and the least the people there can do is wear a mask indoors. Which most did, except a few employees, and that's just sad these days. This was a stop on a whim. We weren't planning to go to this particular nail salon. But it was conveniently located. My wife and I were well over due for a pedicure. Yes I am a man and yes I take care of my feet. It is mandatory to do so. I can't be running around with crazy brick kickers. The place was pretty empty which is not typically a good sign for these types of establishments. However, they were on point. Outside of the tech not offering the menu when I sat down, this was exceptional. The tech was efficient and she had softly strong hands applying the perfect amount of pressure to the right places. The process was about an hour. Starting with the typical pedicure footwork. This led to a series of soakings, messages, hot towel treatments hot stones and TLC. I have gotten extensive pedicures before and not all salons are created equal. But this tech was super meticulous. She was rubbing knots outta my calf's scrubbing in betwix my toes and constantly checking to make sure temperatures were comfortable. I had no clue that this place existed but was glad that we chose to stop here. read more

I've been coming to this salon for 3+ years and have always received top notch service from Tran (I'll reserve that review separately). However, today was a totally different story. I booked a week in advance, but my regular tech was out sick. So, a different tech "Tee/Tea" (male, station #7) did my mani and pedi. Even though I requested an experienced tech, and was assured this tech knew what he was doing; however, I knew from the onset that wasn't the case because I recognized the tech as someone who usually does my 10 year olds mani and pedi = basic service. As a customer, when you're paying for a service, you expect to get your preference in the most respectful way possible. This tech became easily frustrated when I asked that he file my nails in my preferred shape - the shape I've gotten at this salon for the past 3+ years. I had to ask that he re-file at least 3 times. Then, I am used to washing my hands after the filing. He said washing my hands would be a waste of time. That struck me as odd because every tech in this salon has requested hands be washed before proceeding with polish. After he was done I asked if he would oil and lotion my hands (as I've been used to recieving for years). With an obvious attitude/shift in tone, he said - I'll do it if you need it. What? Isn't this a part of the service that I'm paying for...why aren't you proactively providing this? Then, he walks off to the back...I had to ask if my toes were dry and if it was OK to leave. His response was that it will take a awhile for my toes to dry. OK, fine...I escorted myself to the drying station...something every other tech usually escorts their customer to. Whether it be lack of experience, lack of customer service skills, or whatever else...this gentleman has poor table side manner. I advise against having him be your service provider. We work hard for our money; and, it should be spent with providers who value it and their customers. read more

It doesn't deserve even one star. Well, the receptionist was nice in the beginning, I guess here you go, that's who gets that star. On a serious note though, I am in rage. Rude nail tech that didn't listen when I told her that she is hurting me. I told her to slow down because she was filing my nails without even looking,-she answered that she knows what she is doing. When it came to my pedicure (whyyyyyy did I stay????) she actually broke two of my toenails. She was so reckless removing my old gel to the point she broke both healthy toenails-the worst part is that she didn't tell me anything. I felt pain as she was removing the gel, but she just kept on. Once I realized that it's not going well, I asked her to just apply clear polish as I could not trust her at all at that point. As I look closely at my toes I realized that both are BROKEN IN THE MIDDLE. I brought that up and she tried to come up with the lies that they were broken underneath the gel- bs goodness gracious. I asked for help from the front desk and guess what- he just echoed techs words. Ok, let's assume they were broken, why not ask me if I want to have them fixed??? The morale of the story is that they damaged my toenails, charged $80 and didn't take any accountability for it. Go at your own risk. read more

I have been a monthly customer for a couple of years now and this is my go-to place. I do not see any particular technician because I don't make appointments. I usually go either early on Saturday or Sunday, or during the week, and I have never had more than a 4 minute wait. Also, the staff has always been friendly and they speak as soon as I enter the door. I have been getting SNS (dip powder) nails for years and most of the technicians here know how to do it and do it well. So for this particular service, I would give them 5 stars. My nails are strong and thriving, and I do not experience any nail cracks in between services. I also like that they have a wide range of SNS colors unlike many other area nail salons. I like their pedicure packages/options, but the service I receive for pedicures are just okay. For the most part, I am pleased, but there have been times where my toenails were clipped or filed on an angle. read more

This is an abysmal establishment, do not heed the reviews and be swayed by the decor and walk-in availability. I am in utter disbelief as to how "nail technicians" do not paint the sides of your nails yet paint the entire cuticle. This will inadvertently cause separation between the cuticle and nail and the gel polish will peel right off--absolutely pointless to even get gel polish. When I brought up the lack of polish on the sides of my nails, the "technician" hastily grabbed my hand and began filing the sides and bottom of my nails down; now my nails are vastly shorter than the anticipated length. This was definitely not what I requested and there was clearly a language barrier. The client alongside of me understood quite transparently what I meant. The "technician" also applied globs of polish on my finger nails, thus giving me very thick uneven nails. During my visit, a technician laughed and joked about the lack of a tip from a credit card receipt from a previous customer-- I am not surprised and wish I would have trusted my instinct to avoid this subpar establishment. Avoid this place like the plague so that you are not burdened by a language barrier, left with fully painted cuticles, exposed unpolished fingernails, and thick, uneven globs of polish. read more
