Daniella was a excellent service provider! She was very detailed with my manicure. She took her time to give my nails a great polished finish. The hand massage was very relaxing. I'll be back to have a pedicure. How do I get Daniella? read more

Went here on a Thursday afternoon only two other people in the place so we were attended to quickly. I got a pedicure and it was very nice. That leg/foot facial thing took me for a loop, a super dip looper loop. My toes looked great and the overall experience was superb. I will go back. If you're ever in Crofton, check them out, and let me know what you think! read more

Have been many times and have been mostly pleased with the results. Just make sure your technician understands the requested service. I requested a hybrid application and the tech misunderstood and did a powder dip instead. Since I'm not particular, I chose not to say anything at the time. read more

Like other comments say, please do not confuse this place with Avalon, in the same shopping center. I stopped in here after my aesthetician recommended I stop it. I arrived for a walk-in and was greeted by Ken who, not going to lie, probably gave me the best pedicure of 2025 (& the year is just beginning I know, but the bar has been SET). He was patient, communicative, and adaptable, even when I asked for additional services added. I would love to come to Crofton again, as I have NOTHING bad to say. Great service, friendly-staff, fairly expensive (but also, what isn't?). read more

I made an appointment online and when I got there they said it would be a wait... first time I had to deal with that at any service place sad because it looked nice read more

Most relaxing nail appointment I've ever had! I did not once feel the stressful -get in & get out- hustle that I've always experienced at nail salons. This place was beautiful, calm, clean, and super friendly. Ken did exactly what I asked for, and the other staff all seemed just as great. I will definitely be back! read more

Crofton Nail Spa - Buildable gel with extensions, gel polish gradient, and a simple design. - Nail Salons Near Me - Crofton, Maryland

They were nice and all. But I paid $81.50 for a chrome mess. I had to tell her my nail was crooked or else she would have not fixed it. You can tell designs is not this nail techs specialty. I told her she could freestyle but she ask for a design to copy. I should've kept it simply. At least I thought I did. She had no suggestions for anything. Also. Keep in mind that they use polymer gel as hard gel and tried to tell me it's the same thing......Ugh. I've gotta chrome at other places and this was not it. I just wanted to pay and get out of there. Being new to Maryland, this was not the experience i hoped for. I will not be back. The Vibe was just not it here. read more

I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted she gave me a price and while she was doing it I was not satisfied with how it was coming out at all so I just stopped before she started the real design and I still got charged full price and I've gotten design way more complicated for faster time then there read more

PLEASE DO NOT confuse this place with Avalon. They are in the same shopping center, but they are NOT the same. I've patronized both. Crofton Nail Spa is 100x better in terms of technique, quality, customer service, cleanliness, and value for your money. Each time I've been to Crofton Nail Spa the experience was top notch. Kevin and Jen have done my nails before and both are very talented and did exactly what I asked for. And they made sure I was satisfied. Ms Kim did my pedicure. She took her time and the paint job was fantastic. Overall, I had gotten so accustomed to going to nail salons and expecting subpar service and when speaking up about my dissatisfaction, being reprimanded. I'm soooo glad this place doesn't fall into the category with others. Crofton Nail Spa deserves the 5+ star rating. The space is updated, clean, many colors to choose from, and the staff is very personable. I REALLY liked it here. I've found my forever place. Jen and Kevin....if you ever move, please let me know where. I'm following you wherever you go!! Thank you for caring and being good at what you do. I love a great experience! I left happy and pleased. See you next time! read more

We called to see if there was availability for two pedicures. We were told to come in. We arrived 15 minutes later and was greeted by Ken who was friendly and cheerful. We were asked to pick out our color and was escorted back to the comfortable pedicure area. Music softly played in the background. We were given bottled water and sat back as we got our pedicures from Ken and Kim. The pedicures were wonderful and completed exactly as we wanted. Crofton Nail Spa is our home favorite place for pedicures read more

I came in for some normal, short, black acrylics because I am getting engaged and wanted some nice pictures. I have had this service performed many times elsewhere with no issue. During my service, the guy doing my nails had trouble getting my left index finger to dry and had to do it multiple times, which is fine, but I had them done on Friday and it is now Sunday morning where the entire nail has rubbed off and the left hand overall is a mess. Do NOT come here. read more

Excellent service!!! I recently relocated from NC to Md. i needed a mani/pedi bad, so I read YELPS reviews and thought I'd give this one a try, so glad I did! This will definitely be my salon while living in Md. Kim did my nails; she was patient, thorough, & gentle. I also had my eyebrows waxed, but cannot recall the name of the young lady who did that. I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in until the moment I left!! They had low music playing and dimmed the lights. I loved the vibe!!! read more

I loved the quiet and calm vibe in here and my dip manicure was very detailed and turned out great! They were gentle and did not make the powder too thick like some other places I've been. I will be coming back. read more

I think this is the one! I have been trying to find a new nail home since moving and have experienced a rough 4 months on the search. I came across Crofton Nail Spa while doing more research and based on the reviews and location I decided to give it a try. I made an appointment for 3:30 on a Friday . I was immediately seen by Jennifer even though I arrived 30 minutes early. She was kind, asked me what I wanted and explained everything I wanted to know about builder gel versus gel x. She did an amazing job on my builder gel nails and the design. She is super meticulous with each step and takers her time. Next I had a classic gel pedicure with Daniella, she was also really kind and took her time. I didn't feel pressured to get any add on services during my visit. Additionally the salon is well maintained it is clean and welcoming with dim lights, tranquil music and they offer beverages and snacks. I will definitely be returning to Crofton Nail Spa! read more

I've been to this salon a few times before the management change. I've always enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere and not much has changed from what I can see. The only major policy change I really noticed is that it's no longer appointment only. I made an appointment (or so I thought) for a Sunday afternoon. There were a couple people already being serviced but my daughter and I were seated immediately. I got a Spa Pedicure with gel and gel manicure for myself and a Classic gel pedicure for my daughter. The pedicures were soothing and the color came out nicely. My manicure was ok too but I noticed that the gel only lasted a week, which I normally don't experience with gel. I've always considered this salon to be on the pricier side and that is still the case. My services added up to about $150, not including the tip. Future customers should note that the website listed on their Yelp page is rerouted to the Avalon Nail Spa (a different salon in the same shopping center. I've been there before and it's a good salon to just a little louder.) I didn't realize until after the fact that I accidentally made an appointment online for the wrong salon. Overall, this is a good nail salon in an easy to find shopping center. I would go back when I'm in the mood to splurge a bit. read more

Nice service(polite staff) and a very clean and tidy salon. A bit rushed on the polish which made smudges per the application and the tech not making sure my nails were dry thoroughly. There were beverages there but I was not offered one and I purchased 4 services. So -overall good service but could improve. read more

I came in on a Sunday to get a Gel X manicure and regular pedicure. I made an appointment with Kelly and I was very pleased! I am very particular about my nails when it comes to the handling of my nails and the design/shape. Kelly was patient as I asked all my questions to ensure the end product was to my liking and she did not disappoint. She took her time and was gentle as she did my nails and I couldn't be happier with the end product. I will definitely be back. If you are looking to come on the weekend, I would definitely recommend making an appointment. read more

Amazing pedicure! Soooooo relaxing. Might be the best I've ever had. Will definitely be returning.

I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Both times on Friday afternoon. It's a nice small shop that isn't too crowded. They offer bottled water as a nice touch. I've been there twice, once for a pedi-mani and I just went back and did a gel-x set. I'm pleased with the service and the final result. I would recommend this shop. read more

Great customer service and long lasting work. After over a month, the nails were still looking like the first day.

I booked an appointment online on a Sunday morning and got in right away. When I arrived I was greeted promptly by Jennifer who was super friendly. The salon is beautiful and everything was super clean. I sat down and explained exactly what I was looking for and how I'd been to several salons in the area and just haven't been happy or impressed at all. She assured me I would be happy and my expectations were exceeded! She began by pushing back the cuticles - why do all nail techs not do this?! She made sure I liked everything along the way, the shape, the colors, made a suggestion about a base color to make them look even nicer, and she free hand painted the french tips and little design. My nails are literally PERFECT and she really took the time to make sure I was happy. It's been about a week now and I still just love them so so much!! I have finally found my new nail tech! read more

I was off work on a Friday with medical & vet appointments in am & pm and a haircut in between. I searched yelp for the highest rated nail salons in the area and found this place. I didn't even have my sandals with me but thought I would stop in to see about availability for a pedi & maybe mani. They said they could take me right then, which was perfect timing given my full schedule. Daniela helped me pick out a bright color for my toes and a neutral color for my hands. I loved the atmosphere with soft music. A peaceful bit of self care and zen in the middle of a busy day. read more

Came in for Mother's Day to this hidden gem of a place as a gift from hubby; and was so pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere -- clean, quiet, serene. I've been to other salons where, as pretty as the decor might be, staff are yelling across the space and the vibe doesn't feel relaxing. Here, it's just the opposite: staff is friendly, but not overly talkative, lights are turned off when you're having a service to give you a feeling of true tranquility. The massage chairs for pedis are excellent. Got the spa pedicure and classic mani. Daniela did my nails with such care and precision. The spa pedicure was on par with a lux facial at a high end resort like Camelback Inn in AZ. Because my cuticles are fairly sensitive I no longer get gel nor acrylics or dips but let me tell you, my polish lasted for over two weeks! So happy to discover this truly special day spa right in the neighborhood. Crofton Nail Spa will be my go-to, absolutely! I was way too relaxed to take pics but next time, will share. Quality + Atmosphere + Value P.S. They never tried to upsell products or services. read more
