I have been to this nail shop before, but this was before they remodeled (very nice upgrades, by the way). This day in particular, I made a same-day appointment for a pedicure and full-set with Hannah and honestly, she was great. With her having someone in her seat upon my arrival, I'm use to another tech taking my pedicure before I'm handed to my said requested tech, but Hannah took me for both my pedicure and set. I knew they were talking about me because when one said something, they would all look at me, but then the lady beside me told me what they were saying; she was translating it on her phone. I made an appointment for me and two people to get pedicures and one of us (me) a manicure. I came in at my appointment time and ended up having to wait 30 minutes. The guy doing my nails pressed me to get gel and told me it was $20 extra for gel which I thought was unusual. He seemed to rush through my nails and then when doing my gel nails, he made them lopsided. He also left a gap at the bottom of my nails. I got a glitter color and he only did two coats of gel and two coats of the top coat and my nails were super thick. Wouldn't recommend going here. The employees also laughed at us. read more

My daughter wanted her nails done for her dance party. A friend of her recommended this place because her mom takes her there. Everything looked great until 2 days later. She said she felt pain under her nail. It looked swollen, but not unusual. After the 4th day she ended in Urgent care. Her finger was infected, filled with pus. Thank you to the poor conditions of this place. I noticed the instruments were not sanitized, not packed individually. Not very a clean place. Dr. Recommended to remove the nail, we went back and here it was, the cuticle where she got cut by mistake was the cause of it. Obviously we won't be back, and be aware of their poor hygiene. read more

Absolutely worst mani pedi I have ever experienced! First I was trying to pick a color and was rushed back to the pedicure chair. She did not even give me a chance to choose! As I am sitting there with my feet in the bowl the plastic they put in there kept getting caught and she kept moving my legs out of the way to try and fix it. It was never fixed so no water pressure. She barley filed my toenails at all, didn't buff them, they are crooked and she only put one coat of topcoat on and almost forgot!!! She didn't do that until she was almost done my fingernails! She did the same on my fingernails only one coat of topcoat so one day later and my entire manicure is ruined! Let's not forget that she also used a stained hot towel to put on my legs!!! Then she was beating my legs and feet with her fists!!!The whole place was absolutely filthy!!!! I was going to get my eyebrows done but after I washed my hands NO THANK YOU!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! So a nurse that I work with recommended Natural Nails to me. I called before I got off of work at 7:30 p.m. and asked what time they close. The lady asked what that I wanted to have done I said manicure with gel. She was kind of hesitant in her answer so I said it's okay I can probably stop by tomorrow and i asked for her opening time. So she told me that they opened at 9:30 a.m. the next day. About 40 minutes later she called back and said that I could come in tonight t 7:45pm and that she would wait for me. I came down and arrived exactly at my time and asked for one of the two people that the nurse had recommended to me. The lady who did my nails was Tracy and when I explained to her what I wanted done it wasn't exactly as quick as a gel manicure but she offered to continue to do them anyway even though they closed 15 minutes after I arrived. She initially took her time and caring for my nails but towards the end she seems a little rushed. None-the-less she did a fantastic job with the exception of cleaning up my cuticles. Granted she stayed open for me past closing time so I can let that slide. I totally understand doing things after you're supposed to be going home especially after you've been working all day. I gave her a decent tip but I'm not exactly sure if I would come back in the evening time. I would like to try them in the morning when they're a little more fresh. Now granted again I have fairly short nails and I did not want tips but I still feel like my nails with the gel on them look a little thick and chunky and again that may just be because my nails are short. See the pictures. I will see how these nails hold up and reserve my judgment until then. P.S. They had a dog in the nail salon and I don't know how I feel about that. P.P.S: after getting home and looking at my nails real good, I don't think I like them. Tracy was a little heavy handed with the file...and now I can see the results....see pics. I've been there three times with different people. Guys seem to be doing better job than the lady I got. She was rushing through my manicure which turned out less than ok. The shape was different to almost all nails and the acrylic was all over my cuticles. I rarely give bad reviews, but i feel like no one should feel rushed through with their service. Also I'm not sure their tools were sanitized. Usually when I go to other places I see techs opening new packs with tools, these were just lying around. About to try Kim's nails and see how that goes. read more

my friend recommended this place to me, because it is affordable and the guy that did hers did an amazing job. this was my first time ever getting acrylics. i was so excited to get them done, but came out extremely upset. i asked for red almond shaped nails. this lady made them so big and bulky looking. and in the middle of doing them, she told me "your nails are hard to do".... which just indicates to me that she doesn't know what she's doing. while she filed them, they HURT. i didn't say anything because i thought it was normal, and didn't want to be rude.. but after going to another place i found out it's not supposed to hurt! my nails were incredibly uneven, crooked, and the nail polish either went OVER my cuticle or didn't even touch it. she also made my nails bend outwards rather than straight...making it look like i had bear claws. and the worst part of this is, a few days later one of my nails COMES OFF by just combing my fingers lightly through my hair!!! now listen to this. a few weeks later, i try a different place. "Naptown Nails". i scheduled for a fill in (for the set i got at Natural Nails), but immediately the lady looks at my nails horrified. she told me i need to get a whole new set. she said there was so many problems with it, but the scariest thing she mentioned was that water can seep under the nail sense the last lady did such a terrible job constructing the nail. i could have gotten an infection! so not only did i loose $40/$50 at Natural Nails, i have to pay for a whole new set because some people don't know how to do their job! i am NEVER coming here again, and i advise everyone does the same. read more

Hands down the most painful pedicure i've ever experienced. After I was continuously pulling away and flinching in pain she didn't stop what she was doing wrong or even apologize for the pain the caused me. She made my big toe bleed and caused so much pain that it's still sore and hurts 5 days later. Never will be back here. Update 21 days later: Toe is still extremely painful and infected. I wouldn't wish a pedicure from this woman on my worst enemy. read more

We came to get my daughter's nails done for homecoming that night. They were super busy because of homecoming but they gave everyone the same professional treatment. They sat us in the pedicure chairs with our feet in water right away and even though we had to wait 5 or 10 minutes, they came to check on us a few times to let us know what was going on.
