The cleaning up of the nail beds and cuticles and the massage were incredibly thorough. So when I needed to have dip powder taken off, I trusted this salon to do it properly. They did not. Despite me asking for my nails to be soaked (because sometimes the drill is a little overzealous) and the technician agreeing to do that, instead she used the drill file. At first I thought she was just roughing up the top layer before doing the soaking, but she kept going and pretty much tore up my finger nails, which are now split and peeling and will have to grow out. That's on me as I should have stopped her. But I trusted her to know what she was doing given my past experience. I will not be returning.

All these unique touches make for a really comfortable space. The two nail techs that I use are Jenni and Kimberly. Both Jenni and Kimberly are excellent technicians who always provide a comfortable and caring environment while they provide their dip powder, services and pedicure services for me. Kimberly is very attentive in knowing what you need for your pedicure and is always checking in to make sure you are comfortable. Jenni's technique with the dip powder is stellar and you can get creative with what you would like to do. Services do not take a long time, but are always up to par for what you pay for. With dip powder, gel polish, for nail designs, almond shaped, and gel pedicure. My total came up to $120 which is pretty great for awesome service and prices these days.
