I called earlier in the day to ask about availability. They suggested I come at 2:30. I arrived a few minutes early but they didn't take me until several minutes after my appointment. Once seated in the massage chair the guy started the water Initially it felt fine. A few minutes later the water became too hot so I removed my feet. It took several minutes for the guy to come back before he coule adjust the water. By that time it took a while to add cold water to cool off the water. The only other part I wasn't a fan of is when they put the hot towels on your feet. Everytime they initially put it on, it slightly burns the top of my toes leaving them red. Once I tell them it's too hot theu take it off, shake it out to cool and put it back. Even then it is a little too hot but tolerable. Overall, the pedicure isn't bad.

I told the guy I'm not in a big hurry if he needs to tend to them and see what's going on as well with the other customers I can wait a little. He thanked me got the other customer situated in the other pedicure booths and everyone was relaxing. About 20 minutes later the other workers showed up and everything was smooth sailing from there. The 'spa pedicure' is what I tend to get which is 45 dollars and includes a ten minute massage. Most nail technicians are awesome and give a great massage. Others you can barely feel it. During the spa pedicure there is a portion where they put lotion on your legs and wrap them with hot towels. This is the only time I have experienced a problem with the towels being way too hot. On one occasion, a few visits ago, I was left with a couple of red marks on my feet where the towel burned me. Not the biggest deal ever but it definitely was not comfortable. Fortunately, when I was in on Saturday, the tech must have taken the towels out of the heater a little earlier before putting them on me because it was not too hot at all. Overall I definitely recommend Nail Dimensions and they are usually pretty easy to get a last minute appointment with.
