I called earlier in the day to ask about availability. They suggested I come at 2:30. I arrived a few minutes early but they didn't take me until several minutes after my appointment. Once seated in the massage chair the guy started the water Initially it felt fine. A few minutes later the water became too hot so I removed my feet. It took several minutes for the guy to come back before he coule adjust the water. By that time it took a while to add cold water to cool off the water. The only other part I wasn't a fan of is when they put the hot towels on your feet. Everytime they initially put it on, it slightly burns the top of my toes leaving them red. Once I tell them it's too hot theu take it off, shake it out to cool and put it back. Even then it is a little too hot but tolerable. Overall, the pedicure isn't bad.

Techs at other salons have used drills on me before and they did hurt, but Karen has a very precise and gentle hand and my nails didn't look or feel damaged at all. Karen then took her time shaping my nails and making my cuticles beautiful. I'm usually very cheap and do my nails myself to save money, but this experience was so amazing I'll have to go back soon.
