At first I was a little confused on how to get to the salon because the numbers and letters on the building is a bit confusing...but after parking which was a large parking lot I finally found it. Walking up I rung the doorbell and she met me downstairs. Now this is the first time me being here and we talked the entire time! Lol so I know that my next appointments will be a blast. Now my nails are really short so the application didn't take long at all. But I can't wait to see the progress of my nails so that I can start getting some designs... Update: 3/14/25 my nail polish is already cracked and buckling and a part on one finger has already came off. I also have some areas in other fingers lifting getting caught in my hair...I'm so disappointed because I was told this would last at least 3-weeks and it hasn't even been 2-weeks.

The Z's are two different sizes. I got these done 4 days ago and somehow almost every nail looks like ive worn them for about 2 weeks theres either so much excess nail(?) on the side of some fingers or the nail just doesnt go all the way up to the cuticle. Some i can even see my real nail on the side which ive also never had. very disappointed and i will find another salon to go to.

Short nail girl here!!…read more NAIL TECHNICIAN: Annabella I have been getting my nails done by Annabella for so long now and they NEVER EVER disappoint. My work requires I have short nails which was one of the biggest bummers given I've done long, design packed, nails my whole life, but, Annabella has completely changed that limiting reality for me when she showed me short nails can be just as great. The health of my natural nails goes without mention. Sometimes I can't even believe it myself. I look back and thank god that I have to transition out of long nails because they were DESTROYING the integrity of my naturals. My nail beds have grown significantly and overall, it's a lot less maintenance to have short nails. I've attached photos of some of my favorites she's done for me and now I'm itching for a new set (though I love my current). 10/10 recommend Annabella. She is so thorough, trustworthy, talented, and sanitary.

I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon and would not recommend it…read more I got Gel-X nails done by Annabella, and almost immediately when I got home something felt wrong. My fingers were in pain, and it felt like the nails were lifting or separating. I called the next day and spoke with Samantha to explain the issue. I asked if I could come in to have two nails fixed and the set filed down because they were unusually thick (I've had Gel-X many times before and never experienced this). She told me to come in, but when I arrived, she dismissed my concerns and said it was "just the glue settling" and that nothing was wrong. Despite clearly seeing how thick the nails were, she didn't offer to fix them. By the very next day, the nails started coming off. I called again and asked for the set to be redone since the issue was clearly due to the application, but they refused. This is unacceptable, Gel-X sets typically last me at least 3-4 weeks, not just a few days. I ended up going to another salon to have them redone, and even that technician commented on how poorly the original set had been done. Overall, this salon showed no accountability and no respect for my time or money. I would not return.

And when I told her they were very slanted and oddly shaped she got upset their was nothing wrong when you could clearly see they were horrible!! I will definitely not come here again I had to get them RE DONE else where!
