This is a great shipping center! They are open until 7 most evenings & have good service. The evening we went We had 2 women working there and they were lovely. So sweet and talkative, A+ customer service especially working on the week of Christmas. Sometimes being personable and making someone laugh goes a long way. The women helping us name was cece and she was working her butt off. Line was short, quick and efficient service. She made the experience fun and exciting... for a shipping experience.. very cool. Got off my flight and had to send my keys home to a friend for something I forgot on my trip. This FedEx location was at the airport and was very convenient. My hotel was at the airport too. Paulette was the agent that assisted me. She was so helpful. She answered every question I asked. She knew what I was thinking, and had an answer before I even asked. I also had to send another item back home that arrived earlier than expected. I highly recommend this location if you need to send or receive something through FedEx if you arrive to SeaTac. Worst business of all time since the business of shipping. I refuse to purchase items that choose to use Fed Ex Shipping. They give customer service a bad name. They can screw up the simplest delivery without even trying; get plainly seen addresses completely messed up, drivers who apparently can't see or read and apartment numbers on packages mean nothing. They offer no way to contact them (some robot who gives you 3 options, if one of them is not the option you need to solve your issue, they simply disengage) I could go on for hours. Such a bad experience tracking a Fed Ex package . Their supposed App telling me status , simply tells me it is Delayed in Seattle. It's been that way for 4 days. No phone number gets me to a human in seattle . An infuriating IVR gives me limited choices . The Mobile App has given me zero update . Settings for " Text updates " get zero updates in 4 days. Shipment was supposed to be last Thursday . It's now Monday and my poster has NOT arrived for a business event today. Just horrendous customer experience . How sad the FedEx team have designed such poor options for getting package status . They should be ashamed in this day and age of focus on customer experience . Am telling supplier - please don't ship me anything via Fedex ever again . And shame no local seattle phone number is on the web site - it's a 1-800 . And when I called Mercer island fed ex drop off , the guy there was frustrated he has ZERO access to FedEx local Staff . Stupid inhuman design read more

Lights were off and nobody in sight when we walked in after 1 pm on a Friday. The employee stayed in the back room, did not greet us or give any instructions on dropping our packages off. Don't go here if you need to purchase a label or box, the staff clearly doesn't care or want to do their job. read more

Employee with a terrible attitude. I needed a box to ship two items. They went into my the back and found a beat up old box that was too small. When I questioned it, this person gave a shitty look and threw one of my parcels into the box to "prove" they were right. Well the second parcel didn't fit. At that point, I took my parcels and left. read more

Not a smooth operation. I ship packages with fedex every week, and had to hand-write out my shipping label, which I've never had to do before. And I got charged almost double what I usually do to ship the same package and same delivery speed with no explanation. read more

I was pleasantly surprised there was no wait when I walked in. The lady at the counter was very nice, quick and efficient with my shipping needs. She even gave me advice on how to save myself money the next time I ship: make sure your tote is in a box to save $12. After I shipped my item the person I sent the item to changed the address on me so I called customer service and they were able to make a note. Then the FedEx city it was arriving to called me to make sure they had the correct information to deliver the package properly. I was so impressed with FedEx's overall customer service and will definitely use them again for future shipping needs. read more

If I could give negative 1000 stars, I would do it. I have visited this location 2 times now and I will NEVER go back again if I can help it. Each and every staff member I came in contact with was the rudest & most unpleasant person I can imagine. I can't believe these people have jobs at all!!! They should all have horns coming out of their heads! No matter how convenient this airport facility is for me - I will go OUT OF MY WAY to avoid it. Forever. The first time I came in here, the worker was extremely arrogant. We ended up missing our flight because he was less than helpful. The second time I went in to mail a return, the worker was totally pleasant. Guess it's it hit or miss at this location. Some part of my feels like shipping from this location is the quickest, since it's a stones toss from the Seatac airport. I'm not sure though if packages have to go through Seattle to be processed first or not. I do know that when I sent a package to the Philippines on standby, it got there in 5 days. If you are shipping out a package, get ready for an attitude from every body except the little old lady that works mornings and the Hawian lady that works mid shift. They are both very nice. They are obviously understaffed and under trained. FedEx you can do better! read more

Never use fed ex. They just lost a 1000 dollar diamond pendant I ordered. Sent it to the wrong place and let someone else sign for it? Like really does my name look like M. Holly? If I could give no stars this would be it. I'm almost to the point of legal action of how ridiculous this is being handled I'm transferred over and over again and then told there is no information at this point. The rudest staff I have ever encountered, especially the lady working the front counter. She wouldn't even take my pre paid package bc it was a "airport fed ex" whatever that means. Even tho it was clearly marked a fed ex store and was told by customer service to go there. Fed ex needs to clearly do damage control bc looks like I'm not the only one w complaints especially w the front counter lady. read more
