Came in here 3 times this last month and every time they are out of the express fed ex box. I have a prepaid label 2nd day, and i only saw the brown fed ex boxes. Not knowing there's any difference, since the regular white ones are nowhere to be seen, i used the brown ones which later was told that they charge for those brown ones. Shitty business. Only have the brown ones there and nothing on the box saying they re for ground shipping. But to NOT have the express boxes and so they can charge you for the brown ones. Shady and low class. AND btw, I've been receiving next day packages in the brown box. I dk, may be Fed ex changed their box? So this is even more shady if they are actually charging $$ for free boxes from Fed Ex. Everyone here has been really helpful and friendly but oh man, Michael really helped me out today. Michael expertly helped me ship a laptop. Contextually it means so much more because I'm moving on to a new job but had to ship my work laptop back first. Michael was so personable, skilled and quickly used every tool at his disposal to quickly ascertain what was needed in terms of the unique container I had received. At the end of the experience I was at a loss for words, but couldn't help thinking "how is this guy so good at this?". FedUp is batting about 0 for 5. They couldn't find perfectly plain addresses 5x of the last 5 deliveries. I was able to track one as it went round and round back and forth for 10 days, and by calling was finally able to get them to find the office with a great big sign on the street, but the other 4 packages were delivered to a random street or someone selling packages, once 100 km away on Catalina island. FedUp can't find their -insert big body part beginning with a or b- w both hands. DON'T use FedUp if you have the choice, or if you do, use "Pick up at FedUp location." read more

I was able to send ikea items to this fedex center instead of going to the ikea in Burbank to pick them up. This is a huge fedex that offers printing, copying, making huge signs (like for weddings) and shipping services. Service was slow bc there was only one person working on a Saturday but the service was good. There is a big cart you can use to carry items to and from your car in case you are picking up/ or shipping large items There's street parking only (but a loading zone that fits about 4 cars) read more

I've had positive interactions the past couple of times I've been to this Fedex, mainly to mail equipment. Getting the QR code online makes it very easy and same with printing and picking up. The quality of printing has always been pretty good for the most part as long as I stay in the margins. Fedex pricing is a little high compared to other mail carriers but they will package everything for you which is a great plus. read more

Well now I see why this location has horrible reviews. Because the manager Charles wouldn't let me ship a ground shipping in a FedEx express container. It's specifically states on the FedEx website then you can use any container from FedEx to ship any FedEx packaging whether it's express or ground except in the FedEx one rate shipping category. He then started questioning me and my integrity and what was on the FedEx website after I stood in line waiting 20 minutes for a receipt. I will be filing a complaint with FedEx directly about the store and this manager. Since he wants to have an attitude with a woman. I am sure if I were a man he would've said nothing. Now I see why FedEx is going under an UPS is doing such a great job and one of the top companies. I will be using UPS from now on. read more

AVOID this location if you value your time and sanity. I stopped by recently to drop off a package that was already paid for, labeled and ready to go but I wanted a receipt. I was in there for over 15 minutes while one person worked the counter and two other employees talked to each other openly about the currency exchange of other countries and where they want to retire. At one point, the only person helping customers started chiming in! Unbelievable and I was the 2nd person in line! If this is a sign of how FedEx locations are operated, then I will make it a point to go to my local postal center for any future FedEx packages. read more

I'm not sure if this is the actual location that mishandled my delivery today, but the lack of recourse just goes along with the lack of customer service I experienced. I was told by FedEx that I would be given a text when my package was delivered, but I never got a text. I was also never told that I had to be there to sign for the package, but I got back from coffee to find a tag saying they'd missed me. As a result, a bed I desperately need due to incredible pain is now going to be delayed 4 full days. One of the worst possible setups I've seen in one of the worst possible situations. Fedex deliveredd a box to me a couple days ago with holes in the box. That wasnt the reason I was returning the item. I got the return label from the seller and took the package to this location. They said they couldnt take the box because of the holes that they put in there. But they would be glad to repackage it for a fee. This kind of stuff makes me so mad. Long story sgort jist use UPS down the street on Lake ave. And never ever accept a package from fedex with holes in it. read more

This place is a madhouse between the hours of 4 pm - 5 pm. I recommend coming here before 2 pm. The City of Pasadena added parking meters in front of the shipping center which really sucks. This place is always fully stocked with right amount of forms and misc boxes. read more

Found that odd and she refused to give me a price until she had a name and phone number. I use this location often and their late hours are a bonus. They are open until 7pm on weekdays, which is very convenient. It has never really been busy when I have been in there, but I usually go during the 1-4pm hours. The staff is always friendly, helpful and quick. I recently had an issue with a label I had printed off at home and they were super helpful in helping me resolve it by printing me a new label in office and re-labeling my package. They wouldn't take my package because it was wrapped in paper? Every other time I have taken a box wrapped in paper to a FedEx store they have taken it. I don't know why this one was different.
