These people are THIEVES...I ordered a package from COSTCO. It's a massager for my back as I have a back injury, it was a great deal. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday except it never was. I was home and I have cameras. I checked the status and said delivered but I didn't receive it. I asked neighbors so I know they didn't accidentally deliver it somewhere else. Now, Costco doesn't have anymore in stock so they would only refund my money. Of course there's no accountability so I can imagine this happens often. Update*** I called and spoke to their tracking department. Within two days, the package "magically" appeared. It was delivered with some weird wrapping and extra "anti-tamper" style tape. I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered sandals online for gender reveal and signed up for text notifications but Fedex never sent one update via text. I checked email updates from the company I ordered sandals from and the day they were supposed to be delivered I literally waited all day for my package with my blinds open and front iron door to hear/see fedex deliver. Got an email at 12:49 pm saying package delivered at 12:14 pm to my front door but never saw any fedex worker, checked my ring camera and no fedex worker showed up. I called to make a complaint, was told fedex marked delivery because they were "in the neighborhood" so give them the rest of day before complaining. Apparently fedex can provide false/inaccurate data and the company is ok with it. No surprise, fedex never showed up the rest of the day 1. Day 2, I call to make my complaint, im told fedex cant process a complaint unless delivery is fedex ground or express so i end the call to check what type of delivery my package is which low and behold its ground fedex as stated in the tracking history from the company I bought sandals from, not fedex who was supposed to provide updates. I call for a third time to make my complaint after verifying I meet the criteria to do so and spoke to the most ignorant worker who lied twice and refused to submit my complaint. She tried to tell me that the company i ordered from selected usps to deliver so the complaint should be with them. I called out her lie and mentioned that im looking at the tracking info which states "AT LOCAL FEDEX FACILITY DELIVERY SCHEDULED VIA FEDEX GROUND, NOT US POSTAL SERVICE Tracy, CA." She tells me she doesnt know why I am seeing that screen and if I want her to do a complaint the sender has to upgrade their delivery service to fedex. I reminded her again that im looking at the tracking and every notification says FEDEX, even the delivery says a FEDEX worker completed delivery and the last two people i spoke to confirmed fedex did post the status of delivery, not usps! This lazy worker really told me im sorry for the inconvenience, i cant process your claim. Since she was a waste of breathe I told her your obviously not going to process my claim and keep bs'ing me like the rest of the workers which is why nothing gets solved, thanked her for her time and hung up. These workers are a waste of a paycheck who are only good at keeping a seat warm. Since the item that was "lost/stolen" wasn't a huge amount to me I stopped calling for my own sanity. I will NEVER use fedex for their services after not just this experience but prior ones where I watched workers on camera throw fragile packages in my yard and jump back in their fedex vehicle to take off quickly. I havent had any issues comparable to fedex when i use ups or usps so fedex is a garbage company in my opinion that needs an overhaul. read more

What happened to my old Fedex? They used to be the best package carrier in the world but now you can count on your package being delayed or stolen. They continually use the covid excuse. The Tracy depot is the worse in California. For some reason logistics sends my packages to them Las Vegas to Tracy instead of Fresno. I am much closer to Fresno and they are much more reliable. The Tracy depot continually looses packages. Right now I am dealing with Tracy put a package on a truck to be delivered to me and it went back to Tracy when they realized Fresno is a lot closer to me. If a customer service rep tells you someone from this facility will call you to schedule a package drop off don't listen, you'll never receive a call and the package will not arrive on time. Repeatedly screw up deliveries to local customers. I just had a long talk with the customer service rep. I have been waiting on delivery of two packages. I waited in the driveway the whole day and never left the property. At the time they said they attempted delivery there were 3 adults on the property. I was sitting under an umbrella reading a book in the driveway. They straight up lied that they had attempted my delivery. Tracy is the worst. Now they are supposed to deliver my package to a FedEx location in Lodi for pickup Monday or Tuesday. It was a canopy tent to be used for a reception today I have texted and called Tracy Hub, and get lip service. They tell me they are right on it, they will get it out on next truck. BS. Two packages from Target have ended up at this facility in the past month. After eight days of being "in transit" the first package was changed to "delivered", even though it wasn't. I received a weird phone call from Fed Ex about how they were closing my claim of a lost package because it was marked as delivered, even though they had no proof of delivering it, and there was no FedEx truck on my street at the date and time that they claim it was delivered. This second package gets an update everyday at 3:27am and at 3:27pm that it's "in transit" and it has been in Tracy for the past 6 days, despite the original delivery date being September 28th. Luckily Target was willing to refund my money both times, but this is really getting annoying. read more
