    Hour and half wait to speak with a rep.

    The Worst!!! Lazy drivers don't want to deliver packages so they mark the as business closed when it is clearly open. After 3 plus days of waiting for the package they send you a notification that you have to go to a pick location. Really??? And don't try to speak with a rep on the phone. The wait is over an hour and the wait music is horrible. If I could I would give them no stars. After an hour and half wait to speak with someone I hang up.

    Then suddenly delivered but yet never shows STOCKTON anywhere on the history..

    OKAY sooo we all know how hard it is to win a "raffle" when it comes to shoes... I finally won when I entered the Yeezy foam runner one ... I was so happy cus I had finally won after numerous entries .. then FEDEX la cago!! I'm sure someone at the fedex warehouse if not the driver stole my package...i kept tracking it and it was in Tracy for a couple days .... It was suppose to be delivered "Friday" never got it... on Monday I got a text message saying my items were delivered... I checked outside and no package... when they deliver don't they scan it before leaving it at ur house? We'll my package was never even scanned in Stockton.... I'm just hella annoyed! And the customer service people are ZERO help!

    My order was to be delivered on Friday Oct 9. It was updated to "delivery pending. No scheduled delivery date" the today, Monday oct 12 it was to be delivered by end of day. Once again it has been updated to "delivery pending. No scheduled delivery date" the facility it has been at for 4 days now is 20 minutes from my house and I once again have no bed. Reading the reviews on here and Facebook make me regret trying to order anything that delivers through FedEx

My mental health is totally worth the amount they charge. I absolutely am thrilled that I can have all my packages sent there so I don't have to deal with porch pirates! The little darlings helped themselves two different times. I appreciate that they are more than just a place to get your mail.     I used the self service kiosk 4/30/26 at 10:50ish for amazon return items and had to come back to…read moreplace 2 items in boxes per amazon return instructions, then i told the guy UPS associate i'm coming back and he had to reissue me a receipt that voided my previous receipt. 11:10ish I came back with my boxed return items but the self service kiosk now prompts me that the items status is "dropped off" and cant find the return QR code on my phone anymore.. at the time another female employee was there to assist me and told her that i just was there few mins earlier this now the issue. She politely listened to my request for assistance and asked the same UPS guy who reissued me the receipt earlier what to do (he was just next to the wall where customers cant see). He is still on break the UPS lady said and told me to wait for some time because the guy who helped me earlier is still on break, so I just decided and told the lady i'm coming back for a quick grocery run. I came back around 11:40ish the ups guy was able to help me with my returns. California employees are required un-interrupted 30 minute meal break but the customers need a specific time frame how much longer to wait and since she is relieving the person on break she should know what to do with minimal coaching, I felt that the 2 associates there yesterday did not try to help each other that i have to wait for an unknown amount of time to be helped.

It's great, you just show them your return QR code and they will take your item. Also a box doesn't seem to be needed, but when I brought one it got taped for me (no charge). Great value and service! It is located in a convenient spot just across from the Home Depot in town, in the same shopping area. Pro-tip: Take a screen shot of your QR return code/s while still in the parking lot, because I've had trouble with my phone internet taking forever to pull it up/not pulling up, while in the return line in the store. This way, you will not be panicking to pull it up while others are waiting. Or, stepping out of line to go outside and pull the codes, then having to get back in line (which I've had to do).

There was no announcement that the store was closing, and instead of being given a chance to finish my purchase, an employee--who I assume was a manager--was very rude and abruptly told us to leave. By 7:00, she was yelling for customers to get out, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand stores have closing times, but customers who are already inside and ready to check out should be treated with basic courtesy, not rushed out the door. In other stores, employees typically allow a few extra minutes to complete purchases without making customers feel unwelcome. Because of how poorly this was handled, I chose not to buy anything. It was a frustrating experience and a waste of my time. I would recommend going elsewhere if you expect respectful customer service.
