On August 30 I called Angels Courier and spoke to Emad (sp?). My brother was temporarily put in an assisted living facility in Santa Rosa after having double-bypass heart surgery in San Francisco. He was transferred back to the VA Hospital in SF by ambulance. I live too far away to be able to pick up all of his valuables which were left in his room. The people at the assisted living facility were completely uncooperative. I called Angels Courier and I explained my situation to Emad. He and I both tried to call the assisted living facility to tell them that a courier was coming to pick up my brother's stuff, but they never even answered the phone. Emad had his driver Omad head to Santa Rosa. Omad arrived at the facility with all the information he needed about my brother. He knew exactly what should be in the bag. He sent me photos of everything and assured me had taken care of all the paperwork On his way to SF he texted me updates. When he arrived he called me to confirm the building, room number and my brother's name. He sent me a photo of the bag next to my brother's name on the door. These guys saved my butt big time last week! I was staying at a Jack London Square hotel for a biz conference. And in the process of checking out and catching my Uber, I foolishly left my laptop briefcase in the hotel lobby. Holy Snikey! Keep in mind, this is not just my briefcase. It's my computer. The contents of my whole job & life are pretty much in that bag. It wasn't until I arrived home at 1pm (back in Mill Valley) that I realized my folly. By the time it would take me to hop in my car, drive in the rain and in traffic (both ways) to Oakland, I probably wouldn't return home until 5:30pm. What a waste of a day. Thankfully, Angel Courier came to my rescue. I found them online and researched their positive Yelp reviews. I gave them a call and they said they could send a driver to pick up my briefcase within 20 minutes, and they could get it to my house within an hour's time. And you know what? They totally delivered on that promise! And the whole door-to-door pick-up/delivery only cost $75. Now I know that $75 isn't exactly cheap, and it would've probably been more cost-effective for me to just drive to Oakland myself and pick up the damn bag. But let's face it, time is money. And I would've lost 4-5 hours of my work day to correct my silly mistake. So at the end of the day, $75 was really a small price to pay for convenience. Angel's courier has been one of my worst experiences with any delivery service by far. I ordered a package from DHL and they used Angel's delivery service to deliver from the DHL hub to my home. I was anxious to receive my package as it is a medical device and with the supply chain issues due to coronavirus it was the LAST one they had. They could not guarantee more supply until potentially 6 months. I was so anxious for this package that I made a large cardboard sign that I placed in my front yard. I also sat outside for over 4 hours to keep an eye out for the driver. Imagine my surprise when I received a text on my phone that said my package had been delivered! Where and to whom??? I immediately called DHL who attempted to get in touch with the driver. The driver told them he had successfully delivered it (lie). When he was told I had been waiting outside, witnessed by my neighbor, he said he would attempt a recovery. Then he said he attempted to recover the package but no one was home--from who?? I asked if the driver could contact me directly so that perhaps between the two of us we could figure out what's is going on but got no response. It's been 4 days of me calling every day, several times a day, and no idea what is going on. Angel Delivery driver's have zero accountability tools. No GPS tracking, no photos taken of the package on the doorstep, no time stamp tracking...nothing. It's all their word only. What is to stop them from stealing a package or just dumping it and stating they delivered it? NOTHING. If the driver or his supervisor would just call me I feel there is a slight chance we might be able to sort out what happened. But they won't even do that. Avoid at ALL costs as you have no recourse whatsoever if they lose your package. read more

I scheduled a delivery to be delivered by 2 and they failed to deliver it at that time. When I called to complain, the person I spoke with (Alex) tried to tell me that I did not specify a delivery time. Very unprofessional. Do not trust this company with a time sensitive legal delivery. read more

We are a business, and I was going to use our regular courier but their price to go from Burlingame to Tracy was outrageous!! Like $$$, so I googled for a courier and found Angels Courier. I went to their website and was able to get a quote in like 5 minutes! It was such a more of a reasonable deal and they were quick and delivered my package no problem!!
