Where they responded quickly, they were also quick to get my address without properly discussing details, why I wonder? The yelp responder (who I didn't directly contact but yelp did on my behalf when I sent out a written estimate request to another business), Pascuala (supposedly Javier's wife), kept asking me for my address. I called the number listed instead. I spoke to someone named Javier and he said he could be by at 12pm, quoted $120 flat for two couches to be removed. It is now 12:12pm and I called and called and yet no answer. I also cleared out my day for this and now nothing! Is this a scam? I checked the site and seems very strange... I don't know a business who just doesn't answer after making an appointment with someone! 12:17pm as I finish this review, and no one showed up, no one called back... It is now 6:30pm no one ever called (not that I want them to) but in the msg that the public cannot see (I posted that too), you can see she admits and validates that Javier (her husband) spoke to me, THAT THERE WAS A VERBAL EXCHANGE claiming there was some misunderstanding, proving herself wrong...
