Fastpost Photography & Media was on time and delivered exactly what they promised. The quality of the photos was outstanding--truly impressive and elevated my listing. I will definitely be using them again. Chad was extremely friendly, flexible with my schedule, and even sent me a few photos early so I wouldn't miss my listing deadline, which I truly appreciated. Everything about the experience was excellent. I've never had more than one photographer take my listing photos before working with Fastpost, and that speaks volumes about the level of service and quality they provide. read more

Fastpost - Sign Post Installed!! - Signmaking Near Me - Livermore, California

Fastpost was super easy to use, they have preset designs depending on your company and have a blank template if you want to design your own which many other websites don't offer. Their service is good inside and they are speedy with sending updates every step of the way for the status of your product being made. Quality is very good as well! read more

As a prior military veteran as he claims, I'd expect better accountability. Your driver of a white pick up, vehicle identifier 4, almost ran me off the road. Driving erratically without due regard for the safety of others in Livermore area. Next time I'm reporting the plate to CHP. I suggest you install dash cams in your company vehicles and have a safety briefing with your drivers. read more

Decided to post on Yelp days after receiving my sign. I did the last minute order (over the weekend) for my son's graduation. Wasn't sure when we would get the sign so I emailed Chad the owner. Was first informed on Thursday or Friday; so I called and emailed him (annoying customer I'm ) asked him if we could get it early. He actually called me back but I missed his call. In his email he said the sign would be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday ( thankful ). On Tuesday, Back home from work and the sign was installed right in front of my house !! My order is really really small, but Chad takes good care of his customers. Again, thanks for what you did, Chad. read more

I've been using Fastpost for so many years. I might even be one of their first customers. Chad goes above & beyond always! They respond quickly, have the easiest website to use if I want to have them put a post up on a for sale house. I even get a picture of the sign emailed to me once it's hung. (Nice extra touch). Their prices are reasonable, their quality is top notch. I'm just recently ordered a luxury sign & they jumped right on it. It will be ready before the house that I'm selling is. I would never think of using a different company. Thank you for always treating me like I'm your only customer! read more

There was an error before and I had gotten irritated. The owner reached out personally to resolve the issues. Back on board!

I have been using fast post for years! I've been very pleased with their quickness to get a signpost out to one of my listings or picking up their post afterwards. Michelle, has always been very helpful with any questions and a friendly attitude. We did have a incident recently where a water mainline was accidentally punctured and the home owner had to call her landscaper to find out what happen and quickly fix it. After speaking with the owner Chad, he was very understanding and willing to split the cost of repair with me, even though their policy states that they need to be the ones notify to quickly do repair work at no charge. read more

FastPost is my go-to resource for getting my real estate signs installed - I use them every time! Today in particular Michelle saved our bacon. We'd been working to get a listing on the market, thought we'd ordered a sign, and yesterday afternoon discovered oops, we'd meant to ... Michelle, at 4 in the afternoon, was able to get a note to their warehouse guys, get a sign pulled and the sign installed the next day. Thanks Michelle, thanks FastPost - you're rock stars once again!!! read more

I have been working with Chad and Fastpost/Signsetters for over 10 years. Not only is his company reliable and have great service, but they will go above and beyond to get things done. Many occasions he and his staff have helped me out last minute when I needed a post installed or sign made just in time for a last minute open house. They are a one stop shop for any realtor who needs a post, sign, riders, A-frames....you name it. Most importantly, even the slightest mistake will be corrected. They take complete ownership and pride in their work! read more

I ordered a sign installation. They installed the sign. They forgot to complete the order by not installing riders. I ask for a refund of the riders and confronted with it they said no. So, they charge you for services not provided and when asked to refund they say no. It is kind of like stealing your money, read more

I placed an order to be installed on 3/3/15. To my surprise it was installed 2/23/15, when my clients called me asking why the sign was installed early because they specifically did not want neighbors asking about the sale until the house was ready. I apologized to my clients and assured them it would be fixed. I called Fastpost back to ask about the early installation and they called me back letting me know it was a mistake and they would remove it and install it on the correct date. I understand everyone makes mistakes so no big deal. Until I get another call from my client asking me why the sign was not installed on the date planned. I call Fastpost back and they tell me it is going to be installed on the 5th, two days after scheduled. She gave me no apology or explanation. So I asked why it had not been installed on the scheduled date and the rep told me it was "because it was initially installed on the wrong date, then removed and put on hold". No apology! That is not acceptable. If I had not checked in with them then I guess the order would have just been in a holding status forever? read more
