Decided to post on Yelp days after receiving my sign. I did the last minute order (over the weekend) for my son's graduation. Wasn't sure when we would get the sign so I emailed Chad the owner. Was first informed on Thursday or Friday; so I called and emailed him (annoying customer I'm ) asked him if we could get it early. He actually called me back but I missed his call. In his email he said the sign would be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday ( thankful ). On Tuesday, Back home from work and the sign was installed right in front of my house !! I have been using fast post for years! I've been very pleased with their quickness to get a signpost out to one of my listings or picking up their post afterwards. Michelle, has always been very helpful with any questions and a friendly attitude. We did have a incident recently where a water mainline was accidentally punctured and the home owner had to call her landscaper to find out what happen and quickly fix it. After speaking with the owner Chad, he was very understanding and willing to split the cost of repair with me, even though their policy states that they need to be the ones notify to quickly do repair work at no charge. read more

I ordered a sign installation. They installed the sign. They forgot to complete the order by not installing riders. I ask for a refund of the riders and confronted with it they said no. I placed an order to be installed on 3/3/15. To my surprise it was installed 2/23/15, when my clients called me asking why the sign was installed early because they specifically did not want neighbors asking about the sale until the house was ready. I apologized to my clients and assured them it would be fixed. I called Fastpost back to ask about the early installation and they called me back letting me know it was a mistake and they would remove it and install it on the correct date. I understand everyone makes mistakes so no big deal. Until I get another call from my client asking me why the sign was not installed on the date planned. I call Fastpost back and they tell me it is going to be installed on the 5th, two days after scheduled. She gave me no apology or explanation. So I asked why it had not been installed on the scheduled date and the rep told me it was "because it was initially installed on the wrong date, then removed and put on hold". No apology! That is not acceptable. If I had not checked in with them then I guess the order would have just been in a holding status forever? read more
