The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.

We took advantage of a grant through the City of Dublin for marketing assistance and we were matched with Richard Wilkinson and his company Terzetto Digital. Richard and his team conducted an in-depth marketing analysis and looked at our Google Business Page, Yelp, our website and visited our store. After analyzing our unique store, they met with us and explained their findings in depth. Without writing a novel, here's what we were told: Our website was not at all doing the job of keeping customers engaged, as we had about a 69 second average visit per click but to make matters worse, we had no coding for Google to search, so we weren't coming up when people searched for bike shops etc. Our Google Business Page wasn't being utilized as much as it could be, as we had outdated photos, very little content etc. and we weren't ranking high in key word searches because our Google profile lacked information to "search for". On top of the online results, we learned that our store wasn't keeping our existing customers engaged because we didn't try to contact them once they completed their shopping experience. Richard and his team offered several solutions for our store and we ultimately decided to keep our current website but have his team expand the content and optimize it for search engines. To keep engaging with current customers, his team created a template for us to use for sending electronic newsletters and we were taught how to create future distributions and how to look at the results. They even suggested we create a birthday club for children. We immediately started a birthday club and already parents love the idea. We were able to maximize our Google Business Page ourselves, which was pretty easy - we updated the photos and add more products to the page etc. The entire process of working with Terzetto Digital was amazing. We really didn't know what to do to help our store, because we didn't actually know what was wrong. The marketing analysis was quite an eye opener. We wish we had done this years ago, but are looking forward to improved sales going forward. I am actually responding to Mario's previous comment. My name is Chad Snook and I am the business owner for Fastpost. I just learned earlier this evening of this review. I asked my staff what happened with Mario and they informed me of the details. Although some of what Mario says is accurate, he left out some details. The sign was originally ordered on September 15th, 2014. He ordered a coming soon and a for sale rider. On 12/10/2014 (almost 3 months later) Mario ordered the removal and said that we never installed the riders. Anyone that knows me or our company knows that we are 100% accountable and always try to do the right thing. We are going to refund Mario the cost of the riders. I've used Fast Post for several years. As a Realtor, you want quality products and great service for your listings. Fast Post made additional signs and still stayed on schedule for my install date. This company is very unprofessional and charges fees for every interaction with them. Below is my experience and I highly recommend you look elsewhere, if you are a small business who can't afford to be ripped off. I am a small business that is owned and operated by myself and started from my kitchen nook. My business grew and I was able to move my business to a storefront last year. I also was pregnant with my second child so had to cut back on hours but was able to save some money to have a sign made. I had reached out to 2 other companies prior to walking into On Time Signs in Hayward which was located on Jackson street at the time. The employee that I talked to and coordinated having a tech come and look at the building, pricing, etc., was Martin. He agreed to include installation, graphic design and production for $900. The sign was approximately 3ft by 8ft and very simple in graphic design with just 4 services listed, website and phone number with logo. With pregnancy complications, maternity leave and COVID-19 occurring back to back, I still was able to hold on to my savings and kept in touch with Martin to show that I still wanted the sign. He responded up until January and then nothing. After so much time of no reply, I finally reached out to the technician who came to inspect the building for sign placement, etc. I received a response on April 13th from Christiane who said that Martin was no longer with the company and from there we corresponded back and forth. I sent a sign mock-up from one of the previous companies which already had the layout, just needed to change one service and the logo. He replied today and stated that "although the amount is extremely low, we have agreed to honor that price; however, any additional modifications, etc. will be considered an additional charge. Please let us know if you agree". I sent an email asking to clarify what is considered "additional", since they had never even shown me any designs to start with. The layout was already given to them from the previous company. I then decided to call and spoke with Christiane. I simply asked if he could clarify what is considered "additional" because he did not mention that in any prior emails when I gave the design layout and provided everything. He stated that in order to copy the graphic design and layout that was already created for them, it might take an additional hour or 2 for the graphic team. I asked why he would agree to honor what Martin quoted and included, but now change and that due to COVID-19, I had no additional or disposable income. He then handed the phone to a man named Jorge who stated that Martin was no longer with the company for this reason and that he was making deals on the side for his own pockets, etc. I was shocked that he shared that information because it was not very professional to discuss matters concerning employees both current and previous. I simply asked if they knew that and that wasn't my fault, why can't they honor everything in the quote? I went on to share my current situation and that I had not had a good experience thus far with any signage company Jorge began to speak over me and told me "you need to lower your voice and calm down right now". I asked if it was customary to yell at clients while they are speaking, then he hung up on me. Very rude, unprofessional, liars, and rip-offs! Stay away!
