The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.

Our office building required a certificate of insurance to be submitted prior to having work done in our office. Dan was able to work with our building management directly to have his COI approved. We called to confirm if the tech was still planning to show up. He became frustrated and stated that he is with someone and had another appointment after that.
