The manager asked if I had gone to other locations and whether I knew what other places were charging, which I didn't since it was my first time book binding. But I guess he did his research because the second time I went in for the same service the price went up to $7! Ugh so sad! The service is still very good. The manager is very attentive and involved in every transactions no matter how minor. It's a bit hidden but great place to get printing and other crafty things done. There is plenty of parking available. Note that they are closed weekends!!
