Long story short, I had an issue with part of my company website technically going out of date and not working across all browser platforms. The contact form handler was no longer supported and the form would not send me new client information when filled out. My domain host no longer has anyone on staff who can back end code or was willing to help me find a solution. They just kept trying to sell me a whole new website.
