Todd was great from the start. I found him through a friend who posted a sign he made for them on facebook. I needed a retractable banner, and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He sat down with me, assessed my needs, showed me around the shop, and quickly got his design team on my project. After going back and forth on the design he never showed any frustration as I nitpicked the sign, and when we got it nailed he printed it with very little turn-around time. The sign looks great, and I use it when I market and outside my office. Todd and the team helped us design and install a large acrylic wall sign for our business that includes our large logo. The installation was completed in 2017 and we've been very pleased and proud of the professional quality. Unfortunately over time the adhesive used to keep up the logo wore off and the sign fell from the wall. Although it had been over two years, Todd responded right away and personally picked up the sign that day to come up with a solution. He decided that the adhesive wasn't going to work long term so he came up with a stronger solution (adding threaded pin holes and studs). He kept in contact with me during the process and his team member installed the sign (permanently) a few days later. If the mishap never happened we would have been satisfied with Insignia Designs based on the quality of the original signage. However, the outstanding service and care that they showed two years later is a stronger testament to the type of responsible and caring company that they are. read more

Todd Moberg at Insignia Designs came highly recommended when I needed signs for my new Encore Dancewear and Costume location in Dublin, CA. We had great communication and Todd Moberg president of Insignia produced a great design which far exceeded my expectation. The first three signs have been installed and they look great. We are looking forward with great anticipation to our LED storefront sign which is due to be installed on Dec 16. Another great design idea of Mr. Moberg's. Todd promptly answered the many emails and calls that were required to make sure the signs would be approved by our landlord and the city. He made certain that the designs would pass the City of Dublin requirements making my application approval trouble free. Todd also was able to beat another bid I received while producing a much better product and design. One of our favorite signs is the beautiful front door decal that Insignia Signs produced. Drive by 7182 Regional St. in Dublin and have a look at this good design. All the essential store information is there, but it's the design that makes us look like a "professional". Mom and Pop stores usually don't get such good looking design. Lots of people can make a sign, but a good designer makes all the difference in how you look to your customers. I'm so pleased with every aspect of this sign experience. Now that the exterior is almost done, I plan to have Insignia design and make some signs for the interior.
