Todd was able to meet our signage needs from start to finish. His ability to navigate the City's permit process and installation during this pandemic speaks to the level of commitment and service to his customers. He also created a Mother's Day banner at the last minute that we'll use for years to come. read more

I have worked with Todd and his team several times in the past and they have always responded promptly to all of my inquiries. Once they received my approval to proceed forward with the project, they moved to finish them quickly and on time, all the while, notifying me of any issues that may come up during the process. Their finished products were great and their professionalism was of equal. Thank you Todd and team for my wonderful banners, table cloth and designs. Love them and always looking forward to working with you again. read more

Todd was great from the start. I found him through a friend who posted a sign he made for them on facebook. I needed a retractable banner, and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He sat down with me, assessed my needs, showed me around the shop, and quickly got his design team on my project. After going back and forth on the design he never showed any frustration as I nitpicked the sign, and when we got it nailed he printed it with very little turn-around time. The sign looks great, and I use it when I market and outside my office. Todd also let me know about other products that would compliment my brand, and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with him. The best part, prices are less than quoted by other printers, and I actually like this guy. I'd give him a shot. read more

Todd and the team helped us design and install a large acrylic wall sign for our business that includes our large logo. The installation was completed in 2017 and we've been very pleased and proud of the professional quality. Unfortunately over time the adhesive used to keep up the logo wore off and the sign fell from the wall. Although it had been over two years, Todd responded right away and personally picked up the sign that day to come up with a solution. He decided that the adhesive wasn't going to work long term so he came up with a stronger solution (adding threaded pin holes and studs). He kept in contact with me during the process and his team member installed the sign (permanently) a few days later. If the mishap never happened we would have been satisfied with Insignia Designs based on the quality of the original signage. However, the outstanding service and care that they showed two years later is a stronger testament to the type of responsible and caring company that they are. read more

Todd and his team came highly recommended by our interior designer. We couldn't be happier with the whole process. Todd was very accessible via email/ text. We made quite a few changes with the design of our signage and Todd was very patient with us. The signage turned out exactly how we envisioned it and was delivered on time. We had some additional requests after the project was delivered and he went above and beyond to offer his help for us. We were incredibly happy how professional Todd and his team were. We highly recommend Insignia Designs to anyone looking for signage service! read more

I was referred to Todd and Carol at Insignia designs by a friend of mine. I was telling her I needed signs made for a trade show I was attending and didn't really know what I needed to be successful. I called Todd and he invited me over to his show room and showed me all sorts of different options. I ended up going with some portable banner signs that come in a very cool carry case that only takes seconds to pop up and a custom designed table throw. When I came over to pick the signs up they had them displayed in their show room so I could see them as soon as I walked in. WOW. They looked amazing. I would definitely recommend this business. They are easy to deal with and had lots of great suggestions to help me come up with something that looked awesome as well as keeping within my budget. They also turned the signs around in less than a week which was awesome. read more

Todd and his team are a joy to work with and, most importantly they are sticklers for perfection. The old adage "measure twice, cut once" aptly describes their approach to their client's work. I had me company logo placed on the doors to my suburban earlier this year. The time that Todd and Sam took to property located the labels for the utmost aesthetic appeal really impressed me. The result was great. Very professional. I couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend Insignia Designs for any graphic work you might need. read more

They were quick to respond to emails or phone calls and offered suggestions for our signs, but I loved how friendly they were too. Todd Moberg at Insignia Designs came highly recommended when I needed signs for my new Encore Dancewear and Costume location in Dublin, CA. We had great communication and Todd Moberg president of Insignia produced a great design which far exceeded my expectation. The first three signs have been installed and they look great. We are looking forward with great anticipation to our LED storefront sign which is due to be installed on Dec 16. Another great design idea of Mr. Moberg's. Todd promptly answered the many emails and calls that were required to make sure the signs would be approved by our landlord and the city. He made certain that the designs would pass the City of Dublin requirements making my application approval trouble free. Todd also was able to beat another bid I received while producing a much better product and design. One of our favorite signs is the beautiful front door decal that Insignia Signs produced. Drive by 7182 Regional St. in Dublin and have a look at this good design. All the essential store information is there, but it's the design that makes us look like a "professional". Mom and Pop stores usually don't get such good looking design. Lots of people can make a sign, but a good designer makes all the difference in how you look to your customers. I'm so pleased with every aspect of this sign experience. Now that the exterior is almost done, I plan to have Insignia design and make some signs for the interior. It will be a small price to pay for the professional look it will give the store. Do your business a favor and get a real designer to do your signs. Insignia has not missed a beat and I have received regular emails, texts, and calls to keep me updated on everything. Insignia exceeded my expectations on every level. read more

I met Todd and Carol of Insignia Designs about 6 months ago through networking. At the time, I was in the process of opening my new business and needed banners store signs, etc. I found Todd to be extremely professional, easy to work with and most of all friendly. I was impressed with our initial order for a door sign and a stand up banner so a few months later I decided to order my car wrap through Insignia Design. The process was easy and painless. I've used Insignia Designs twice this year when my company went through some logo changes. Not only was everything done on time but the attention to detail was great. Todd and his team made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend them. read more

Pros: Effective way to market my company, professional manner, exceptional attention to detail. Cons: You need to think of something here like, at first you thought it was pricy and then once you started getting phone calls within 3 days that generated business, the costs started to offset the investment---or something like that. PolyGrass started working with Insignia Desings In 2014. When I first went to the office I noticed the ease of location, the cleanliness of the site and the friendly manner with everyone with whom I met. He explained to me how effective wrapping my car with our logo could be for marketing purposes. He spent time showing me different designs that were very detailed and creative. We chose a design and had the car wrapped within a couple of weeks. I started receiving calls within 3 days from the car wrap alone. I was shocked at how quickly things started to take off for our business. It was clear that he was interested in seeing us succeed. I didn't think there were people like him around anymore. With all the business that he does, it means a lot to have someone who is handling our marketing that cares about what happens to us. If you are in need of any kind of marketing and you are interested in having a professional who is engaged and cares about your process, this is the company for you. read more
