He was transferred back to the VA Hospital in SF by ambulance. I live too far away to be able to pick up all of his valuables which were left in his room. The people at the assisted living facility were completely uncooperative. I called Angels Courier and I explained my situation to Emad. He and I both tried to call the assisted living facility to tell them that a courier was coming to pick up my brother's stuff, but they never even answered the phone. Emad had his driver Omad head to Santa Rosa. Omad arrived at the facility with all the information he needed about my brother. He knew exactly what should be in the bag. He sent me photos of everything and assured me had taken care of all the paperwork On his way to SF he texted me updates. When he arrived he called me to confirm the building, room number and my brother's name. He sent me a photo of the bag next to my brother's name on the door. Both of these men were very caring, empathetic, and understanding. My brother and I will be forever grateful for their very personable, caring service.

I use the SMS package tracking option to stay informed of my package route. The one delivered this morning literally spent less than one hour in Tracy. That must b a speed record. Has a new depot manager been hired who is an effective leader? Is my satisfactory experience today just a blip?
