Came here on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. Was going to go to Churn, but last minute decided we were hungry for some food. We ordered the Margherita and the At Last pizzas. The Marg was good- could've used a bit more basil and little less EVOO. The At Last was...interesting. The basil and lemon zest is what drew me in, but I didn't taste much of it. The corn and broccolini were interesting additions, not bad, but peculiar. Overall, i was not impressed with the At Last. Sounded better than it tasted, sad to say. They have a pasta dish that I'd love to try. They also have wonderful specials at specific times of day that id love to come back for. The pizza was good, but I've had better... Oh, how can I forget! We also had the crispy polenta fries. Those were pretty bomb, and the romesco sauce was a perfect pairing. I'm excited to come back and try more. This place is great and the service was amazing! Not your traditional pizza spot but that's what I loved the most! If you dine in on Monday or Tuesday they have a special for one pizza and either a bottle or wine or two pitches of beer for $20 bucks. They have a great patio as well with misters. I ordered the wings and they allow you to do several sauces! I did traditional and then a honey mustard type sauce. They were great and the ranch wasn't out of a bottle! Nothing makes me more sad then that! For people that don't want to eat there they have an awesome drive thru for you to come and get pizza to go! read more

From out of town. This is in a great location with plenty of other spots within walking distance. There was no wait. Options for both indoor or outdoor dining. Service was quick. Nice decor and murals on all the walls. The seasonal salad was nice and refreshing and I got the big star pizza. Wow! This is the third time in a row where we recieved THE WORST service. Signed in online, arrive at Federal and was put on another list. Waited about 40 minutes still no tables they offered to seat our party of 6 at two different tables-us no! Quin the clueless manager was asking what we thought he should do---you're the manager, you figure it out! Federal has been our family go to for years. After this 3rd time of horrible service, it's safe to say we're done. read more

I don't know...it just didn't work for me. -Sweet Potato Pizza, super filling and rich (not a bad thing). The only thing I didn't like about this pizza was the sage. -Kids Sketti + Meatball. For a kids items I would expect the flavor to come from the meat ball with a basic more simplified marinara sauce. This however had a bit of a kick to it and a touch too much of pepper. My daughter wouldn't eat it and stuck with the solo meatball. Other notes: -Casanova, friends love this pizza because of the sweet and savory combination of the dates and prosciutto. -Big Star, for all those meat eaters that have a big appetite. #nomnom -Wings, my partner has to get wings if they're on the menu. My daughter and I were at Federal Pizza last night and the pizza was incredible! Our waiter's name was Tyler and he suggested the Casanova pizza and I've got to say that I've never had pizza that delicious ever!! It was slightly sweet, cheesy and had such soft crunchy moist crust and was sooo amazing. It was $16.50 and was worth every penny. Just thinking about it now is making my mouth water. And the cherry on top was that Tyler was incredibly nice and very funny. Eating there sure was a pleasant surprise after having such a rough day. We will definitely be returning many times over. Last night we ordered their chefs whim pizza which was a pizza with tomato sauce, smoky pepperoni (we got the pepperoni on half the pizza), red onions, fresh jalapenos and a honey drizzle. We weren't sure how the honey would taste on a pizza but we were pleasantly surprised! We loved it! The table also loved the meatballs and arancini appetizers! There are so many pizza places that it's really hard to choose just one. My boyfriend and I decided to try this place after a recommendation from a friend who enjoyed both the pizza and pasta options. We arrived around 7:45 on a Sunday evening and had no wait before being seated. We were especially hungry so we ordered the loaded Brussels sprouts to start. The Brussels sprouts were roasted well: charred but not mushy from being over cooked. The bacon added some needed flavor. My boyfriend also enjoyed the lemon herb aioli it came with. For pizza, we ordered the meatball pizza and half chef's whim half big star. I was absolutely impressed by the pizza dough - it reminded me of pizza from Naples! The bottom was thin but the crust had such a nice flavor and chewiness. My favorite was the meatball pizza. The meatballs tasted delicious and there was just the right amount of toppings. The basil added a little freshness and the onions added a little extra bite. The chef's whim was recommended by our waiter, but out of the three we tried, it was our least favorite. While the flavors were interesting, they did not meld in the most pleasant way. The garlic oil, cheese, and lemon were base flavors on which they added green apple, Gorgonzola, and pecans. I did not think all the flavors went together. We also tried the big star, which was very flavorful. Instead of olives and mushrooms, we got corn. The pizza tasted good because who can go wrong with bell peppers, onion, sausage, and pepperoni on a pizza? I will have to come back for their Monday and Tuesday deal! read more

WOW!! So good. So, so, good! We are staying at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio, and wanted to support a local pizza place. We didn't rent a car so we were reliant on delivery service. The menu looked delicious and we chose the Pineapple Express, and the kids had their own individual pepperoni and cheese pizzas. It was delicious. The chew on the crust was perfect. The pizza was unique flavors and really was so satisfying. It showed up pretty quickly considering delivery and no issues at all. Would absolutely recommend! Great job! read more

The food and service was amazing! I came in on what looked like a very busy night but the hostess Sam was able to get my party of 3 sat within 15 minutes! She was kind and offered us water while we waited as it's starting to get hot in AZ. Jason and Bryce were the 2 servers we saw the most and they were very attentive to our table and made sure everything came out properly. They brought such an energy to the table and seemed to be very knowledgeable in the menu items. Federal Pizza offers a variety of creative pizzas. Our favorite from the 2 we ordered was the Casanova, it was so good I highly recommend!! We finished our meal w the Bombolini and it was spectacular, that chocolate sauce is worth going back for. The only reason I leave 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the workers (not sure if he is a server) would blatantly ignore our table. He dropped off our food and when we asked for red peppers, cheese, and ranch for the pizza, he never came back to us. We asked him for a refill and he said he would grab one and we watched him walk to the back and never came back with the refill. We asked for a togo box, never got it. This was frustrating because the rest of our service was exceptional, yet the few things we asked for had to be delayed until another server stopped by. On our way out we asked for his name, Nick. Overall though it was a lovely dining experience and the energy of federal pizza encourages us to return! P.S. We come here for lunch quite often. We usually sit at the bar and typically David takes care of us. He's always smiling and happy to see us. Usually remembers our drink too. Great guy. I bet he'd be a great "secret weapon" in a big trivia game group, pulling out all kinds of facts and knowledge, AND come up with a creative team name that probably involves a good pun that makes everyone go "ooooh good one!" I ordered a pizza yesterday at 3:15 pm and asked for it to be ready for me to pick it up at 5:15 pm. I arrived at 5:12 pm and the pizza was ready. When I picked up this pizza, the receipt stated this information. I had already paid online, so I left. When I opened the box, the pizza was stale and completely dried out. Busy busy busy! Luckily the wait isn't too long and you can always grab a seat by the pizza bar, which was actually kind of nice. I was recommended by several other restaurant owners to try the pizza obviously and the pasta. So we did exactly that, ordered the Big Star and Mickey White. Big Star, think supreme pizza, it's got everything and everything works. I think it could've used a few seconds more in the oven to get the bottom slightly more crunchy to keep all those yummy toppings from falling off. Mickey White, I just had to try something that had "porcini dusted chicken". Perfect pasta coated in a velvety salty cheese sauce.
