What makes this especially confusing is that this location is in Ridgewood, a neighborhood already full of strong food and coffee options. Opening a highly anticipated bakery should bring something new and enjoyable to the community. Instead, it feels like customers are expected to adapt to a business model that prioritizes operational convenience over the actual customer experience. Maybe from a business perspective this investment makes sense. But from a customer perspective, the excitement of finally having this bakery in the neighborhood quickly turns into frustration. I wanted to become a regular customer, but every visit feels unnecessarily inconvenient. The products deserve better than the experience surrounding them.
