We got the black pepper flavor and by my husband's expressions, you can tell it was good. We waited a bit for it though, so I'm guessing they make it to order. Inside a food court.

My family and I grabbed some lunch in this food court last weekend. We ordered a ton of food, from the crab roe noodles to the chicken and rice from 8090, skewers, and dumplings. I was already pretty stuffed and we were getting ready to leave, but we saw a ton of orders coming out from Fat Cat Flatbread. While we sat right in front of their stall, I just couldn't resist and try them out. I had very low expectation .. well because it's bread. How good can bread really be? To my surprise, it was crispy on the edges and chewy center that had a bit of the filling within the bread. We ordered the pork, and the pork with salted egg yolk. We devoured it and wanted more that night. Quite the pleasant surprise! Nothing overpowering in flavor but it was just the perfect balance anyone can ask for in a flatbread.

Good snack! It wasn't what I was expecting but that was on me. I was expecting slices of meat, kind of like a sandwich? But it is a flatbread so that's my fault for assuming otherwise, lol. You gotta eat it immediately when it's fresh and crispy. The black pepper beef was pretty good and is a pretty large piece of flatbread. But it really is just slightly flavored bread. I probably wouldn't go out of my way for this but I wouldn't mind having it on the side with something else from the food court. Note that they only take cash/Venmo/Zelle--no cards or Apple Pay!

This is located inside food hall on Roosevelt Ave near Prince st. They make flat bread that is seasoned with different types of topping that is baked to a crisp. It has to be eaten hot to get the nice crispy crunch of bread, it didn't have much topping, it tasted like eating a just a cracker.

Very interesting. It was indeed a big flatbread. Flavor isn't that strong, kinda plain. It was good to try for the experience but not sure if I would crave for this or pay for it. For me, it's a "I tried it" type of food. And warning, it comes out very very hot!

I felt like this was the most interesting option in New York Food Court, simply in that I wasn't expecting it. They have a variety of both meat and savory flat-breads. We went with the curry beef, and this was maybe one of the favorite things I had in my lunch here. It took a bit of time and was a bit pricy at $7 (for a flatbread), but the flavoring was super nice and the bread was crispy. I would easily go back to try some of their other options.

the only place with pan helmet / guo kui for miles. don't let this gem die!!! these flatbreads are so good and they're huge too. lot of different flavors, they have sugar/brown sugar ones too for a dessert flatbread. it's located in a food court so you need to go into the ny food court mall entrance from the street. worth a visit, definitely come here.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, especially with so many options nearby. But the flavor was pleasantly surprising--the flatbread had a great chewy texture, and the aroma from the spices really stood out as the highlight.

great food. If you haven't tried it, try it. I am planning to try all . I got the regular beef and the curry beef already.

I paid 6 dollars for a pork flavored flat bread..........let that sink in....... Pork flavored........ Came here thinking wow flat breads with meat stuffing, how does that work? Bought my order for a whopping 6 bucks saw the flat bread in all its sesame seed crunchy bread goodness. Took a bite into it but just bit into more bread, with a weird pork flavored spread slabed inside said flatbread and was both irritated and intrigued by this mysterious meat sauce...... Went home told my parents about this experience and was immediately called a moron for buying something so silly, to which I couldn't even protest it as it was a pretty big waste of money.......... Again meat flavored flat bread for 6 dollars....... Flat bread with meat sauce........ I really don't know which one sounds worse......

I cannot even begin with how AMAZING THIS FLATBREAD tasted! I love crunchy texture and I love a good tasting filling on dough, and they got it all. The outside of the bread was just crispy enough to enjoy that light crunch but they were still able to keep the inside light and soft with the filling, SUPER DEVINE! We got the salted egg yolk and pork floss flatbread and that was one of their top choices on menu, and I think it's on top of my list for favorite snack in Flushing from now on! Definitely bringing friends back in future

First time having this kind of bread. It's about 10 min plus for one so I recommend ordering more than one. I had the black pepper beef. Love the spiciness of it and the freshness of the bread. Would be great if there was a sauce on the side to dip in.

Had the pork flat bread, $6.It was not busy when we went so I got to place my order and got my pipping hot flatbread within 5 minutes. Simple and easy. The filling has an interesting texture, almost like pork floss but juicer (it's hard to describe lol) there was onions and a little spicy. The flatbread dough was crispy and still have a nice chewy texture to it. It was very satisfying to eat and I really like it. Can't wait to try the other flavors! However, it isn't filling so perfect for a snack.

DC Market (德昌DeChang in Chinese) is one of many places to shop, and they specialize in meat and takeout meals. This location is similar in size to their Chinatown location, though Flushing has more of a rectangular layout in contrast to the long narrow layout in Ctown. Their butcher counter is pretty much unparalleled compared to other Asian supermarkets with the exception of maybe large format Hmarts. DC carries a wide breadth of edible animal products both au naturel and marinated, including more familiar meats such as pork chops, short rib, flank steak, sea bass, running the gamut to less commonly appreciated though edible parts like frog legs, pork lung and hocks, beef tongue, whelk. Marinated specialties like tangerine peel minced beef and pork ribs in pickled plum sauce caught my attention, among many others. The second largest section is the ready-to-eat food section, with items pre-portioned in takeout containers, priced by the container. This area is composed of several counters with a wide selection of steamed, deep-fried, baked, sautéed and stewed dishes, all categories covered--vegetables, meats, carbs, savory and sweet--food items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall food quality is not quite on par with good restaurants as some other reviews mention, though not too bad if you're looking for a quick simple meal. Aside from aforementioned meat, some seafood, and takeout, they have a suitable breadth of fresh produce, refrigerated/chilled, dried and frozen foods. What you don't find too much here are packaged snacks and processed foods, which I suppose is a good thing.
