The same crew who loaded the truck are the ones who drove up and unloaded to our new home which gave us good peace of mind that there was no change of hands. I was really impressed by OCD's kind and hardworking demeanor. Our furniture was very well padded and packed. The delivery in Portland went great! At that point, it was too late for me to find another mover or coordinate my timeline again with my building, so I reluctantly agreed to the additional charge. To make matters worse, they called me again later and said they had decided to close on the date I had booked, and they would no longer be able to provide the service. Moving is already a highly stressful experience, and dealing with such an unprofessional company only made things worse. They also helped disassemble and re-assemble furniture and put everything exactly as we like. The communication was great and they are just great guys in general. We ultimately chose them over other movers also because during the consultation stage, they facetimed with us and discussed quotes after seeing our place during facetime. I think that's important because we had key items we wanted to make sure were safe and they could also see how much stuff we had and prepare the right amount of people and time.
