To preface this review, I live in a home that was once a Hoarders dwelling. They have such received help and moved on but myself and my partner (their child) have taken on the task of cleaning, fixing, and remodeling the house. We have filled 6 dumpsters our self and spent THOUSANDS. We are nearing the end of the cleaning phase and only had one room left, the garage. To which was the WORST area of the entire house. Exhausted and tired of hauling stuff ourself, we hired Diablo Hauling. They were EXTREMELY fast and efficient moving things. Very professional. But what we loved most was how thoughtful they were as they moved items. They came across a wedding album of my partners grandparents. This was extremely special because a few years back, his grandfather had passed and the paradise fires took their home shortly after. His grandmother had nothing to remember her husband and regularly spoke as much. For Diablo Hauling to notice the significance and bring it to our attention meant the world to us. I've never used their services personally, but Diablo Hauling came along on a community cleanup that we do. They not only helped out picking up trash, but also took all the bags of trash that we collected. That says a lot about the company. We were in the process of moving out and had some furniture and other misc things we no longer wanted. Roy responded to my inquiry super fast and we were able to schedule a time within a couple days. Roy was super efficient and professional. He came when it was dark and raining and finished the service quickly! It probably took him more time to drive on my narrow street and to squeeze into my tiny driveway than do the actual work (live in Oakland)!
