One pizza was made exactly as ordered, the other ( cauliflower crust, perfect pepperoni pizza with add- on toppings- basil, mushrooms, olives)... they forgot the pepperoni! Not one piece on my pizza! By the time I noticed, we were already in the car and it was 10 pm. It took us that long due to the cashier Conner, forgetting to bring out our order. Furthermore, while waiting for our "forgotten pizzas ", there were many people coming in and being turned away. I'm not sure if they were offered to order take out or not. read more

My husband and I eat out a lot and Farellis is on our regular pizza rotation. Love the monthly specials. Servers are always super friendly and attentive without being annoying and at our table every two minutes. LOVE the patio views in the summer time, and when it's cold out we sit around the fire table at the bar. Order the pepperoni and ask for extra sauce. DELISH! To start off with I don't know why it's got such a low review rating. This place was absolutely amazing for the price! Everything was fresh and was presented amazingly, the staff was very nice and took extra care during these times with COVID-19. Price is what you would expect for the area but don't hold out the food was brought out quickly and was updated on its status regularly if it would take longer. I recommend trying the specials that they have not only to try something different but it also will taste pretty good! Girlfriend and I went to the Farelli's in Ruston, sat down at 450ish. Took about 10minutes to get asked about drinks, we both just ordered waters, didn't get seen again till 530, by the same waitress who asked us "have you been helped yet". We then order salads and firestix and she gets a lemon drop, takes 5 minutes for the salads and her drink and I've yet to get my water. Takes about another 15 to get the fire stix, and that's when we asked to see a manager and if I could finally get a water (had been well over an hour since we had sat down). We've always had a great experience at all the Farrelli's restaurants, but we left feeling let down and frustrated after the service. read more

This is our go to Farrellis because it's located on our run route. Previously I had given a lower rating, however their food and service has improved. They are my favorite Farrellis based on food quality and service. They have a gluten free crust! Its personal pan size only, but its pretty good. It's thin and crispy, and made with cauliflower. There is a $2 up charge for it, and it's worth every penny. They are great about substitutions. We usually get the Caprese, no chicken sub mushrooms or the spicy sausage and pepper, no sausage, sub mushrooms. Both are flavour packed and delicious. read more

When we headed to this place on 01/20/24 we expected prices to be a little high based on past experience, but because of the location we still wanted to go. The young man at the door that greeted us was very helpful with parking validation. The upstairs bar was closed at 2pm on a beautiful Saturday so that was a bit disappointing because of the views from that space. I'd either forgotten or never noticed the downstairs bar so that was a nice surprise. They had the TVs on with the NFL playoffs which was what we were hoping for. Unfortunately, the music they had playing was louder than the TVs and it was aggravating to hear them simultaneously. We were greeted fairly quickly and the service started off great. We ordered the Burrata with Roasted Tomatoes and a Personal Pizza. Both items were good. No complaint on the flavor and quality. Unfortunately, the service went downhill VERY quickly. Despite having 3-4 servers and bartenders working the area, we didn't get checked on for over 30 minutes. I felt myself getting angry. I looked around the room and I saw people with menus just sitting there looking around for a server. There were four people sitting at the bar with empty glasses. Not one of those employees were to be seen for over 15 minutes. It was almost like they had a staff meeting, no joke! And when they were around, they were on their phones more than anything. I can't believe the owners allow this staff to be on their phones so much. Even the prep cook was checking his phone while making pizza. I know it's tough to find good help right now, but have some control of your staff! read more

Customer service was awful. We had to return three times because we did not get what we ordered. After resolving these issues. We finally get back to our destination and take out a small container that was supposed to be a salad and it was a most indescribable container of a salad. Costing us $10. The most positive thing I can say is that the wings tastes ok. But the hustle and the money was not worth it. This store needs some major training for sure. read more

I came here the other day with my girlfriend to have pizza and drinks and honestly it was yummy. I completely love the fact that they have a gluten free crust option AND A DAIRY FREE OPTION!! I'm vegan so this was soooo helpful and so nice. It's so hard to find vegan spots near my too because it's not common at all in Tacoma. Drinks were WICKED strong so it definitely made it worth the price you pay for them! The pizza was great too and I believe for a martini and personal pizza, I paid $25 including tip! Walking in we were told it would take 20-30 minutes to wait for seating, after we decided to order to go a guy walked in right behind us and was told 5 minutes and was seated at a table within 3; it was clear we weren't welcome here. This is the second time we have been to the rusten location, and have been treated differently than others on both occasions. First time trying this place out. We went to WildFin across the street a few weeks back and thought it looked promising. We were seated pretty quickly, which was promising. It took a while to get our order in, and it seemed our server was a little overwhelmed. Regardless, the menu looked promising. 40 min later, we still hadn't received our food, or refills on our drinks. I brought it up to tHe person who appeared to be a manager and was met with a deafening shrug. When our food arrived, it was good, but we were starving, so that definitely impacted our perception of the quality. After paying I filled out the survey describing our experience since "you opinion is important to us" and asked to be contacted. Still have not heard a thing a week later. This service is awful. I went in at 1230 for lunch with my family of 4 and my friends family of 4. Before the friends came I went in and asked if they would allow us to sit outside with our dog. I was told they would serve us with the puppy as long as he was near the outside railing and they'd just have to run out there and clean the little bit of water off the table. Awesome. I called my friends and they drove 45 mins from Graham. They arrived, we went inside to get our table and we were told by a different hostess that they didn't have time to go wipe the water off the table. *Table is barely wet and it's in the sun...* I asked how long until they could seat us and I was told an hour.... maybe. Maybe not at all. I asked if I could wipe off the water and I was told it's illegal... they can't have me cleaning off water. I asked if they could tip the table on the side (it's plastic) so it would dry faster and the puddle would run off (still not much at all...) and I was told no, they don't have time. At this point we decided we were not worth their time and they were not going to serve us no matter what. My friends wasted an hour 30 round trip drive. We left and went to Hops n Drops. My current favorite place to grab a drink by the water. I love outdoor/patio seating especially when I've got a good drink to sip on! During my latest visit I had ordered a personal pizza which took about 30min to get to me. This had me bummed out since I had watched as other customers were beginning to get their food before me. Talk about being hangry. Unfortunately, it took long enough that I had to get out of my seat to find the waiter and to ask what was going on with my order. He said he'd check on the order and that because of the mishap I would be given a discount off of the pizza. Which he made sure was taken care of upon receiving the bill. So this gets a first major star for the fact that they had a cauliflower crust which made my keto life! However, the crust was hard and burnt. I got a cauliflower crust pizza with pepperoni, spinach and caramelized onions but I just wasn't feeling it too much, I did however enjoy the chili wings which went well with the Ranch. Please do not support Farelli's Pizza until management is forced to improve. I've eaten here a few times and the service is consistently terrible. Most recently tried to celebrate my Mom's birthday with a family lunch on a sunny Sunday. We had a party of 10 (6 adults 4 kids) so expected a bit of a wait to be seated but not over an hour! We checked with the hostess many times on the wait time because we consistently saw MULTIPLE empty tables inside and outside during our 1 hour wait. At one point I counted over 15 empty tables, yet we sat there with hungry kids and adults. Most insulting, when they finally sat us, it was at a table that was empty the ENTIRE time we waited. Talk about a slap in the face! We expected some attempt to make up for the long wait but there were zero Fs given. Waited over 30 minutes for a beer to arrive, but the soda and water came out immediately. We had to wait more than an hour for the pizza. Unacceptable! While we waited for pizza we couldn't help but notice all the empty tables around us. Sooo... we waited over an hour to sit and over an hour for pizza, yet there were tons of empty tables?!?! This begs the question, WHAT'S THE HOLD UP?!?! Again, this is not the first bad experience eating here, it is just the WORST experience eating here, so I had to leave a review. Please do not support this management team until they show they care about your time and dining experience. You work too hard for your money to give it to a management team that treats their patrons like the patrons are an inconvenience to them. Make them respect your time and money by giving it to a business that tries to earn it, because Farelli's Pizza certainly does not. Thank you for reading. I used to like coming here to watch games but the parking policy changed so that you have to pay $4 per hour after the initial validation of two hours. Most games are about three hours long so plan on paying for parking. And then you have the hassle factor in having to monitor when your initial validation expires after two hours. And if you forget, you get a parking citation that is $36. You can appeal it and show that you've been at Farrelli's the whole time, but Diamond Parking will still charge you $8. This I know from experience. BOTTOM LINE: there are plenty of places to watch sports so I'm going somewhere else. read more

Terrible, no good and very bad service! Sorry, Farrelli's but you NEED to take a good look at your customer service and DO SOMETHING about it because it sucks! Went in on a Monday afternoon with my wife and 1.5 year old daughter. We waited 5 minutes to be seated and several employees saw us waiting to be seated during this time period. Finally, someone saw us (I think the manager) and we were seated. Based from our experience so far we thought it would be a good idea to have our order ready to go when the waitress came by. It took about ten minutes for this to happen. The waitress was nice but nothing special. Another ten minutes or so go by and our food came to the table but at the same time ( salad and pizza). Really??!! The kicker about all this is yeah the service was sub par but my daughter wasn't offered everything that was included with the kids meal. On the kids menu it says that they get a plate of veggies/fruit with pizza dough before the main course. Our waitress didn't bring this to the table. We were never offered a beverage for our daughter, other than water, either. It also says kids get a cookie for dessert. Guess what? This wasn't offered either! What really pisses me off is that towards the end of our meal I looked over at another table (with kids) and the waitress had brought them over the plate of fruit/veggies with pizza dough. Today was kids eat free day but EVERY kid's meal should be treated the same. We all spent the required $10 per paying adult so that our kiddo could eat free so why wasn't my kid's meal complete? When you buy a new car it doesn't come with 2 wheels missing? Get your s**t together Farrelli's! If you want awesome customer service visit the 6th Ave. location. Hey Point Ruston crew, do yourselves a favor and take a moment to visit 6th Ave. and watch them for like 10 minutes. You might learn something and have happier customers in your future! read more

We recently visited this location for the first time and were really excited to sit upstairs on the roof patio. Turns out you have to be 21 and older, so it wasn't possible to sit there with our young son. Our server was Lane and she was friendly and attentive. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and while they were good, six little mushrooms with a little cheese and sausage in them aren't worth $13. We did get some great pizza that was perfectly cooked with delicious cuppa pepperoni (aka old world) with a nice honey cream cheese drizzle. The dough has those perfect air bubbles and chewiness. If you've never had Farrelli's they offer some great wood fired pizza with some unique combinations. This is a local family business and for the most part, they are doing some really solid food. Come for the food and stay for the atmosphere and view. This is a great location. Don't forget to get your parking validated! read more

Wood fire pizza has become more and more prevalent the last few years, and for many places it is used as an excuse to hike up the prices without maintaining good pizza quality. Here, the pizzas are affordable, a medium pizza, and a salad can feasibly be split between two people without breaking either party's bank. All of the ingredients tasted fresh. The suggested combinations have all your pizza standards, as well as a few unique options as well. The Service: Very quick and responsive service! Our waiter was friendly and even offered suggestions for both pizzas and beers when we said we were still unsure. He asked us what we liked and made informed suggestions accordingly. We went later at night on a Saturday and still were able to get sat quickly. There have been times when we have walked by and saw quite a substantial amount of people outside waiting. If you want to try it out, and do not want to wait, go during the later hours. Overall: great place that is worth checking out! Wonderful location, and tasty pizza. I have been consistently disappointed with the service I received at this location. After my experience tonight, I will not be returning to this establishment. Our drinks did not come for over 30 minutes after they were ordered and we never received the sauces we requested multiple times. The Farrelli's website clearly states that they have Happy Hour pricing from 9pm to close daily and all day Sundays. I drove in from Gig Harbor with 3 friends this evening (Saturday) and it was not until we received our check that we were informed that this location does not honor Happy Hour on weekends despite the website clearly stating otherwise. We expressed our concern to our server who was extremely kind and alerted the manager of the situation. The manager, Hunter, was extremely rude to our group and showed no understanding for our situation. As we were leaving the restaurant, we spoke briefly with the owner of the chain who assured us he would get the website updated, but did not see any issue with refusing to honor their advertised prices. I have never had a particularly positive experience with this location, but after tonight I will no longer be visiting any Farrelli's location. read more

I like Farrelli's, but I usually go to the 6th ave Tacoma location. I'm not sure what's going on with this location, but it may be a good idea to fire everyone and start over with a goal to hire staff cares about their customers. First off we have the hostess. She has a simple, but important job: be nice, take peoples name, give them a time estimate. I know how easy this is because I've done the job. She failed on all three counts and was clearly getting frustrated with the customers. Secondly, we sat in the bar because it was easier than dealing with the dim hostess. It was around 15 minutes before a server came over to give us some menus. At this point I was trying to be compassionate since they were clearly busy. When someone finally took our drink order we placed our food order too. We thought this would save some time and we were starving. About 25 minutes in we had no drinks, no food, and there was no sign of the server. A woman walking out stop and said, "you still haven't got water! I'm not surprised. We waited for 40 minutes and when we finally got our pizza it was cold". This warning should have been an indicator to us to leave. Almost an hour later we had no water, our drinks hadn't been delivered, and our food was no where to be seen. We finally walked out after being there for over an hour. Please go to anywhere else. Save yourself the time and frustration. read more
