For a $30 pizza, this was honestly below subpar. We ended up throwing away over half of it. The crust was so hard it felt like we were eating chips, and the pizza was extremely greasy--so much so that we had to dab it with paper towels as soon as we picked up a slice. We also waited over 20 minutes for pickup. The employee kept forgetting my name and asked me four separate times; each time she got distracted and never checked on our order. We ordered cheese bread and chicken wings, which were both fine. However, we paid extra for ranch and did not receive the ranch we paid for. It has pepperoni, sausage, garlic, ricotta and oregano with a red sauce and the garlic bread sticks. We've also tried the cheesy bread and both are delicious. The pizza is so good! My mom and I were in Puyallup for the Sew Expo and having a craving for some pizza, so we headed to their cute little downtown area for some Wicked Pie. Lucky for us, we happened to be there while they were celebrating their 8th anniversary, so they had a sweet offer going on: complimentary champagne and cheesy bread! We enjoyed our bubbly, and the delish bread, while we perused the pizza menu. While several combos were tempting, we were feeling adventurous and ordered "The Chosen One," which is their semi-secret pie which has no ingredients listed and just the promise that we would love it. And yes, we did! The Chosen One is a fairly simple pizza but wow, was it good. I won't share the toppings because, hey, the mystery was part of the fun. But let's just say, it was quite yummy. We ordered a small and it was more than enough for the two of us to share. I also ordered a cold pint of Manny's because, hey, when in Rome! I appreciated that this was a 21+ pizza joint, and I loved the "haunted house" vibe. The service was also super fast, and super friendly. I got a large "Say It Ain't So" Pizza and the Wicked Fired Meatballs. I must say this place delivered with some really good pizza. The crust was amazing, and the toppings were really interesting in a good way. I put in an online order, and they had my items ready at the time mentioned. Although I did not eat-in, I can say that the ambience was great, good to catch a game and some beer to go with your pizza. Service was also prompt and good. I will definitely be trying this place out more and will definitely keep them in mind any time I am craving artisan pizzas. We went in on a Monday during happy hour and they were fairly busy. We were more than patient and while the waiter was very nice, it was unfortunate that he didn't have help. We asked for ranch 3 times during our meal and never received it. The breadsticks were good and the pizza was okay. Unfortunately my husband received his soda and there was a dead bug in the cup, while this did get replaced , it was pretty gross and I felt like it was missed due to the staff rushing. The ambiance of the restaurant was alright, it is a lot smaller on the inside, but while we were trying to watch the football channel, the tv kept glitching and was unwatchable during our long wait. We have frequented wicked pies a couple of times. 21+ restaurant with good atmosphere for a couple drinks and great conversation if you are looking for a romantic quiet atmosphere this might not be the place. More of an upbeat and easy going environment every time we visit we see someone we know, a great hometown place. Food is consistently good and we have had good and bad service depending on busyness. By the time I got there (and found someone to help me) it was ready to go. It is extremely loud in there so I was happy that I got my food to go. The reason for the 2 stars is because they forgot one of my toppings on the whole pizza, the middle of my pizza was not fully cooked, the toppings are dispersed very unevenly and their online menu versus their online ordering prices are different. We usually rave about Wicked Pie but the past couple times we were not very impressed and I think tonight's to go order was probably the deal breaker for us. Before the pizza used to be the best in town and the top spot to bring guests. However in the most recent times, the pizza is very thin, you no longer can get a large with two different flavors, the overall quality has degraded. Tonight's pizza was super thin, cheese and crust was so chewy you could break a jaw. We ordered and paid for two larges and one of them was clearly smaller. Plus the chicken on the Chicken Bacon Ranch was dry. I'm usually a fan of New York thin slices but I don't even know what this pizza would qualify as. The ranch was great, as it should be because they charge for it. Now maybe the experience would be better if we ate it at the restaurant but for $65 for two pizzas, it should taste somewhat edible at the venue or in the comfort of your own home. I gave two stars (barely) because we've been in the past and it was amazing so I'm not going to forget that but yikes...the taste and quality is unfortunately derailing. The crust and dough are fantastic and you can really taste the oregano and spices in the sauce, it really complimented the high quality toppings they're using. Not only was the pizza impressive but so was our server! I don't recall if her name was Destiny or Desiree, blame the pizza coma, but she was attentive and very friendly. Offered refills even up to the point of boxing up our pizza, which she also took care of for us. We didn't have to wait for water or refills, we were given extra napkins before even having a chance to ask, and we didn't wait forever for the check/box. We ordered a margarita (really good) an Arnold Palmer (not too sweet) and the Mig With One G pizza which is chicken, bacon, pineapple, bbq sauce, mozzarella, red onion and cilantro. Besides the fact that we went on their anniversary and they offered us complimentary champagne and cheesy bread, We had such a great experience. The food was amazing and came out in a very timely manner. The staff was great, I saw the manager constantly communicating with their team as well as checking on tables to make sure everyone was doing well. The restaurant is cute, and has that downtown puyallup vibe but really cool with the pizza area on full display. It was definitely cool to zone out and watch the guys make the pizza. Didn't realize it was happy hour and snagged 2 pepperoni pizzas for $10 bucks each instead of $17. I added sausage to mine for 2.50. Pizza was greasy, over sauced and salty, not bad but I couldn't eat a lot of it, really liked the crispy crust though. I also got the garlic bread which I ate ALL of because it was super crispy, warm and wasn't "too" garlicky.
