She said she would bring out the correct sides, but they never arrived. We were a party of seven, and throughout the meal it felt like our table was an afterthought which is especially frustrating because a 20% gratuity was automatically added. To make matters worse, they brought out a dessert for the birthday that the birthday girl was allergic to even though she had made her gluten allergy known when she initially ordered her meal. Overall, this was a profoundly suck-ass experience. For a roughly $30 entrée, I expected much better food, service, and attention to detail.

Went to this bar , October 30th , we to a pub crawl, this venue was one of the spots to go to , not worth your time, bartenders........ not worth your time, I made a mistake an took my drink in a different area, in stand of them saying hey can't drink here, they cut me off no question asked. I asked them why, no answer they said I was not following the rules, well they didn't inform me I couldn't go in a current area to drink an smoke , so they cut me off. At this point in my event I wasn't even nearly Intoxicating. So whomever go's to this bar, be careful, don't get drunk , they'll get you. Sad to say . I remember walking past this bar as a child and always thinking that it was the silliest place in the entire world. I mean Unicorn? To my 12 year old self it was hilarious. I finally went in there on halloween now that I live a few blocks away, and I think I found my new happy place. While the interior may be a little shabby, the place has some serious spunk. and not to mention Darryl, I had just met the man and I've never met someone so genuine who is a bartender. He really cares for each of his customers and gives you his undivided attention. He is what made that place worthwhile and his drinks are what will have me back next weekend. read more

The food came out really quickly and was tasty. A few ingredients were out of stock, but the chef was able to get creative to still make the food tasty. The camp directions around the bar were very cute. The only thing I missed out on was trying to the smores, but there's always next time!

Service was good from the jump and they had a solid selection of drinks to choose from. We weren't there for food at all but I think I remember seeing a simple menu with a few typical bar food options. They've got a pool table here as well as a good amount of dart boards. Darts is our game of choice when we're out so we were stoked to see they had quite a few because a good amount of people were playing on a Friday early evening. Funny story - I happened to text my mom and tell her where we were and she told me that it was one of HER old stomping grounds back in the day and she sent me photos of herself with the owner... Who just happened to be there! I went over and introduced myself to him and he said he could already recognize who I was and how much he missed my mom! The rest of the staff ALSO knew who my mom was so clearly the team there has been around for a while. We chatted with a few other patrons here and they were all super nice and welcoming. We've definitely found a new bar to add to our rotation and are looking forward to returning soon.

This place is after all a tavern, so most of the focus is on beers and a communal experience.
