We went to pick it up and found that they had not fixed the ac/heater and didn't fix the cross member. We came back a few weeks later. Again two more weeks. Came back and still the ac/heater issue hadn't been touched. They said that they would order parts and Call is when in. This is without inspection to see what parts. Driving off we hear the cross member rattling. Over these many months waiting eventually a kid hits us in a parking lot and we have a second claim. Same story. We will order parts and Call. I stopped by 6-7 times. Called 10 times minimum and finally sent an email a few weeks ago. Surprise surprise no response.

My fender flair had been replaced by a used one that had more damage then the one that was replaced. Also, my bumper looked like it had not been touched. Nieman's did acknowledge that the flair and bumper were still messed up so I got rescheduled for a week and a half later for them to order another flair. Dropped my truck off again and received a call 45 mins later saying that the flair they got was used and damaged and wanted to keep my truck. I said that was not an option so they wanted to send me home with no flair at all. I told them to just put the one back on that I dropped it off with. When I picked it up it was a completely different flair with even more damage. Lots of headache and my truck is worse off then when I turned it in. Seems like a money grab company that cuts any corner they can. Over two weeks and I got back junk work. The people were nice and offered me a rental car, but at if you are going to have my truck for almost a month for minor repairs, you may as well pay the monthly payment for me. I screwed up, should have gone to the dealership.
