I was told it would be no more than $7 for a 15-minute wash using a credit card. Based on that information, I proceeded. I only noticed today that I was actually charged $15, which is more than double what I was quoted. This feels misleading and unacceptable--especially since there was no clear pricing displayed. I called and spoke with a manager, and instead of resolving the issue, I was told to dispute the charge with my credit card company. That response alone shows a lack of accountability. I will be disputing the charge and filing a complaint with the BBB if this is not resolved. At a minimum, pricing should be clearly posted so customers know exactly what they're being charged.

They put a rookie on both jobs (unknown to me) and he royally screwed the 230i job with horrible trim cuts that were crooked and jagged. The M4 was not great work but better than the 230i. That was a complete abortion. I complained and the rookie called his boss and agreed to fix it. When I went to pick it up after FOUR DAYS at the shop, it was not finished and was told they fired the rookie and another tech would take over.
