He spent a LOT of time detailing my pickup (which was awesome, because he was so thorough). I expected a cursory wash, dry, and wax. I took it the next day, thinking I might trade for a newer truck. The dealer wanted to know who detailed it, as they were impressed that absolutely everything was clean and spotless. read more

Had the exterior detail package done, above and beyond the best detail work I've seen performed. They love what they do and you'll love what they do to your car. I would change the name of their company to the best of the best auto detailing because that's what they are. read more

I booked a last-minute same-day mobile detailing appointment for my Jeep for a military move to Hawaii. The requirements to have it shipped over were very specific and very strict. I also had tons and tons of pet hair from my pet husky, as well as lots of caked mud on the exterior and interior since it is an off-road vehicle. Errol, Ryan and Teddy were all extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They really went the extra mile and went above and beyond to make the Jeep perfect. They even pressure washed the underside. The VPC said my vehicle was in perfect condition and better than 90% of vehicles they see come in. Highly highly recommend them if you want perfection! read more

I have used this company for basic washes, interior and exterior detail, and every time is amazing. They are on time, text that they are on the way, and their pricing for services is far. They pay attention to detail and focus a lot on customer service. Teddy and Ryan are wonderful - I recommend this team for any service. Those two are top notch! read more

I inherited a truck from my mother. It was in horrible shape. I didn't think it would come clean, but I new it would look better. Wax on wax off was highly recommended to me so I decided to give them a try. It was my first time using a detailer for a vehicle. They exceeded my expectations. Not only did they do a fabulous job they were on time, friendly, and professional. 99% of the stains were removed. My mom passed away so this truck means a lot to me. Now it looks good as new and I can enjoy it for years to come. Highly recommend giving them a try. read more

I am new in town and used their services for an executive detail for the first time. The guy who came worked very hard, but he left the windows greasy so I was not particularly pleased. Since he did not damage anything, I never complained to the company (life is too short to make a big deal out of nothing). But I happened to mention it to someone else and the owner found out. He immediately offered to come and deeply clean the windows. He surprised me by also wiping the car again and making it look like new. The windows are so clean now that I can see the reflection from the Bose speakers in the back! So if you are not 100% satisfied, please make sure to let the owner know because he will definitely make things right. read more

If you're a mom you need to STOP AND READ THIS REVIEW. I had the pleasure of getting my car detailed by wowo mobile detailing. Not only did he get me in on such a short notice (the day before) he did an amazing job on my car!! I have a total mom car (the moms will understand) with 3 kids 7 and under and he made my car brand new again!. There was no overpowering cleaning smell but you could tell the car smelt clean which was much appreciated!. I have had such a bad history with detailers and was very hesitant, but he has changed my whole perspective. I would have him clean my car over 10x again. I couldn't thank him enough!. -One ecstatic mom! read more

OMG....ryan & isaiah are the go too guys!!!! They worked on our 1998 beetle in 100+ degree weather!!!! Making it look like it just came off the showroom floor. They both were very professional and take great pride in ALL the details their job requires. We'll definitely be requesting ryan & isaiah for future work on our cars. Definitely going to be put on a return schedule and will specifically request those two guys. What a great representation they are for Wax On Wax Off Mobile Auto Detailing. Robert (owner) has set the bar high with his example for customer service. Thanks to ALL!!! ron&sarah d. read more

I have used Wax on Wax off twice so far, AND THEY DO NOT DISSAPOINT! The first appointment was for my honda civic. They did an amazing job, it looked better than the day I drove it off the lot after a full detail. We also detailed my husbands Chevy Silverado. This is a beast of a truck and they nailed it. Even the vacuum lines were so detailed. The owner came to work on this one since they have been quite busy and (possibly) short staffed; he is genuinely a kind man. I will be using them again in the future!! read more

I really enjoyed the customer service wax on / wax off provided . I recently purchased a used vehicle that needed a good shampoo and full interior cleaning. They did a great job considering the starting point of my car ! Even when I expressed concern over a spot I thought they missed they recleaned it anyways to give me peace of mind . Definitely recommend! read more

I've been using Wax On Wax Off for years and they just did an awesome job on three vehicles with an incredible amount of dog fur. Wax on wax off detailing services have taken care of my cars for more than a year now. Sometimes my truck is so filthy that I consider getting rid of it. After Rob and his crew finish their work, I always fall back in love with my truck. Your detail work is literally keeping me from taking on a new car payment. They have always been consistent with their details and appointments. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Rob and crew. read more

I called to get some info & schedule an appt after a disappointing experience with another auto detailing company. Robert answered all my questions & got me scheduled for the upcoming Thursday. The day of, there was a bit of scheduling confusion & when the detailer {Ryan} came, him & I both agreed that there wasn't enough time to get my Acura done before I had to leave. He was able to accommodate my schedule & come back the following Sunday morning. He spent an hour & a half on the SUV & when I went to check it, I was very pleased. I will definitely be calling them & specifically asking for Ryan again. From start {Robert} to finish {Ryan} customer service & the quality of service was excellent. Call them- you won't be disappointed! read more

I have had the pleasure of knowing Robert for more than a decade and have been a satisfied customer of his auto detailing services for as long; shame on me for taking so long to Yelp his services. Robert (and his team) provide a first class cleaning service at very reasonable prices. And they come to where my vehicles are to provide the quality cleaning services. I have never had any problems with either the quality of the work or any issues with items in my vehicles. I give this 5-star review because he is, in my opinion, the best quality vehicle cleaning service in the Temecula Valley. Thank you, Robert. read more

I was really hoping on getting 2 cars detailed. I called wax on wax off on Wednesday and was schedule for Saturday June 24th. I got up about 9 am and cleared my garage and vehicles so that they can be ready. At about 3pm I decided to contact wax on wax off. I was told there was a family emergency and that one of the lead detailers were suppose to contact me to reschedule...which never happened. I understand that emergencies happen but all it takes is a quick phone call or a text. Communication is the key. I give this rating not because of their work but mainly there communication. It's irritating when you waste half they day waiting on something or someone and nothing gets done. read more

My car looks brand new! Great prices and excellent service!!! Will use again in the future

We just got one of our vehicles detailed by Wax on Wax off. It definitely needed a wash and detailed, as it hasn't been washed in a few months. We called around and Wax on wax off had a cancellation this past Saturday, and they were able to come out earlier than scheduled. Came to our house and did their work. It took them, I would say approximately about a couple of hours or so. We paid $89 for the exterior Wax and interior wipe down. Which wasn't bad, considering they come to your house. The car came out good, back to its nice shiny exterior. Will definitely use them again, just for the convenience and their work. read more

I recently purchased a new vehicle and wanted to get it detailed as it had gotten dirty from sitting in the sun after a mini vacation. I trusted this business to care for my vehicle as if it were their own and this was a huge mistake! One of the employees put two scratches on the drivers side. I asked the owner to come and see the damages their employee had done to my car and we set an appointment for him to view it the next day. The owner came an hour late and only after I called him to see if he was still coming. This was absolutely unacceptable to not come at the time stated via phone and to not contact a customer if you plan to be late because of unforeseen circumstances. When the owner eventually arrived, he was very rude towards me and swore up and down that the scratches were not from his employee but because someone keyed my car. My car was under 24 hour surveillance as I left for a few days and no one came close to my gated property. The only individual that ever stepped foot by my car was his employee. The scratches were not present until this business detailed my car. I took photos, provided the owner with video footage of before and after from my security cameras showcasing when and how his employee scratched my vehicle. Still the owner will not take responsibility or pay for the damages. I'm beyond upset that no one will take responsibility for their wrongdoing. I would think twice before hiring this business. read more

Logan and his assistant took outstanding care of my Tesla. Wonderful quality at a great price!

They came around the time quoted and the two gentlemen that showed up were very professional. They asked me before doing anything that required dressing to the car. They buffed the car to a mirror finish and made the interior look more pristine than ever. They even got water spots out of the grills which is beyond tedious to do. I will be using them again in the future. read more

Waste of money! Usually I'm not a complainer, If I experience bad service I just make sure not to use the services again. But I requested an interior detail and feel completely ripped off. I have dogs and understand dog hair is not the easiest to get out. So that is not my complaint at all. All I got done to my car was vacuuming and steam cleaned seats. And I spent a pretty penny on it. I could have gone to a regular little car wash and payed like 40 for the job that was done and probably would have gotten a better outcome. The windows weren't cleaned. The basic console and stuff you see wasn't even wiped down. The cracks by the seats were not vacuumed. Cupholders and e brake were not wiped down. I mentioned it to the owner a day or two after because of all the good reviews and I had been so busy that I didn't do a full inspections. I complained to the owner and due to the rain he kept rescheduling to come back and said he would contact me to fix the errors when it wasn't raining. That was over a month ago. I had multiple people wanting to see how my car came out before scheduling their own detail as well. Looks like they lost quite a bit of new clients. Definitely do not reccomend. read more

My truck had been destroyed and the back looked like there was no return. I had gone on Facebook for recommendations. This company came highly recommended. They came to me and handled everything. My truck looks amazing and I couldn't be happier with the results. If your looking for a job that will be done professionally and right go with these guys. The pricing was very competitive, not the cheapest but in the end you get what you pay for. I don't see myself using anyone else. read more

RJ and Trystin came to my place last week for interior detailing. They were very friendly and professional. My car had a lot of stains on the seats. I really didn't think they could get all of the stains off but they were able to get 95% off which is spectacular. We gave them a good tips because of their personalities and we know it is a tough job. Thanks again guys. RAV4 read more
