I booked a last-minute same-day mobile detailing appointment for my Jeep for a military move to Hawaii. The requirements to have it shipped over were very specific and very strict. I also had tons and tons of pet hair from my pet husky, as well as lots of caked mud on the exterior and interior since it is an off-road vehicle. Errol, Ryan and Teddy were all extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They really went the extra mile and went above and beyond to make the Jeep perfect. They even pressure washed the underside. The VPC said my vehicle was in perfect condition and better than 90% of vehicles they see come in. I am new in town and used their services for an executive detail for the first time. The guy who came worked very hard, but he left the windows greasy so I was not particularly pleased. Since he did not damage anything, I never complained to the company (life is too short to make a big deal out of nothing). But I happened to mention it to someone else and the owner found out. He immediately offered to come and deeply clean the windows. He surprised me by also wiping the car again and making it look like new. The windows are so clean now that I can see the reflection from the Bose speakers in the back! Not only did he get me in on such a short notice (the day before) he did an amazing job on my car!! I have a total mom car (the moms will understand) with 3 kids 7 and under and he made my car brand new again!. There was no overpowering cleaning smell but you could tell the car smelt clean which was much appreciated!. I was really hoping on getting 2 cars detailed. I called wax on wax off on Wednesday and was schedule for Saturday June 24th. I got up about 9 am and cleared my garage and vehicles so that they can be ready. At about 3pm I decided to contact wax on wax off. I was told there was a family emergency and that one of the lead detailers were suppose to contact me to reschedule...which never happened. I understand that emergencies happen but all it takes is a quick phone call or a text. Communication is the key. I give this rating not because of their work but mainly there communication. It's irritating when you waste half they day waiting on something or someone and nothing gets done. read more

We just got one of our vehicles detailed by Wax on Wax off. It definitely needed a wash and detailed, as it hasn't been washed in a few months. We called around and Wax on wax off had a cancellation this past Saturday, and they were able to come out earlier than scheduled. Came to our house and did their work. It took them, I would say approximately about a couple of hours or so. We paid $89 for the exterior Wax and interior wipe down. Which wasn't bad, considering they come to your house. The car came out good, back to its nice shiny exterior. Will definitely use them again, just for the convenience and their work. read more

I recently purchased a new vehicle and wanted to get it detailed as it had gotten dirty from sitting in the sun after a mini vacation. I trusted this business to care for my vehicle as if it were their own and this was a huge mistake! One of the employees put two scratches on the drivers side. I asked the owner to come and see the damages their employee had done to my car and we set an appointment for him to view it the next day. The owner came an hour late and only after I called him to see if he was still coming. This was absolutely unacceptable to not come at the time stated via phone and to not contact a customer if you plan to be late because of unforeseen circumstances. When the owner eventually arrived, he was very rude towards me and swore up and down that the scratches were not from his employee but because someone keyed my car. My car was under 24 hour surveillance as I left for a few days and no one came close to my gated property. The only individual that ever stepped foot by my car was his employee. The scratches were not present until this business detailed my car. I took photos, provided the owner with video footage of before and after from my security cameras showcasing when and how his employee scratched my vehicle. Still the owner will not take responsibility or pay for the damages. I'm beyond upset that no one will take responsibility for their wrongdoing. I would think twice before hiring this business. read more

They came around the time quoted and the two gentlemen that showed up were very professional. They asked me before doing anything that required dressing to the car. They buffed the car to a mirror finish and made the interior look more pristine than ever. They even got water spots out of the grills which is beyond tedious to do. Waste of money! Usually I'm not a complainer, If I experience bad service I just make sure not to use the services again. But I requested an interior detail and feel completely ripped off. I have dogs and understand dog hair is not the easiest to get out. So that is not my complaint at all. All I got done to my car was vacuuming and steam cleaned seats. And I spent a pretty penny on it. I could have gone to a regular little car wash and payed like 40 for the job that was done and probably would have gotten a better outcome. The windows weren't cleaned. The basic console and stuff you see wasn't even wiped down. The cracks by the seats were not vacuumed. Cupholders and e brake were not wiped down. I mentioned it to the owner a day or two after because of all the good reviews and I had been so busy that I didn't do a full inspections. I complained to the owner and due to the rain he kept rescheduling to come back and said he would contact me to fix the errors when it wasn't raining. That was over a month ago. I had multiple people wanting to see how my car came out before scheduling their own detail as well. Looks like they lost quite a bit of new clients. Definitely do not reccomend. read more

They are very professional and courteous, most of all realistic in their work. Both gentlemen explained the process and what is best for the vehicle just by looking and feeling exterior of the vehicle. They took their time and clean every surface of the vehicle inside and out. At the end I didn't recognize my vehicle, it was brought back to life. It looked as if it came off the Factory Line! I am really impressed with the work and detail, Ill be using them as my permanent detailer for all my vehicles now. The vehicle that was detailed was my daily vehicle commuting to San Diego and Orange County. My vehicle is a 2009 Honda Accord sedan, color black. I was using wax on wax off services for a couple of years and was mostly satisfied with the results, and it is the only reason why I am giving them 2 stars. For my last experience I would give 0 stars if I could. I booked an appointment for our 2 vehicles for Saturday morning. Only one person showed up but I assumed it would just take him longer. My husband's car was done first since he had to leave. On the way out he gave the guy (Johnnie) the keys from my van and paid him for both cars. After couple of hours I went outside and found my van almost the same way it had been before "wash" - inside nothing was done except for light vacuuming. Another surprise was that he had left with my car keys. I texted the owner (Robert), who was very busy with another job (I hope those people had more luck than I did). For 2 (!) hours he was trying to reassure me that the keys were on my dashboard, and even was forwarding me Johnnie's messages where he wrote that he remembered "clear as day" that he had left them on my dash). Well.. they were not there! The last text I got from Robert was that he couldn't find the keys even in Johnie's lunch box (!) and that Johnnie is on the way to my house to look for the keys. LOL. A minute later Johnnie was at my door, holding my car keys. (????) His ridiculous excuse was that it was MISUNDERSTANDING between him and Robert, and that he was trying to tell Robert that the keys were on HIS dashboard, not on mine. Are you kidding me?? I decided not to make a big deal out of it and just let Robert know that the car still wasn't clean, even after Johnnie tried to fix it (by wiping the dash for 1 minute and leaving promptly). I sent him the pictures and he offered to come and rewash the van on Tuesday. I replied that I work that day and asked if they could come on Thursday. I never heard from him ever since. Sorry for the long review but just be aware how totally unprofessional and disrespectful this company can be towards their clients. Not using their services ever again. read more
