Terrible workmanship. Took my daughter's car here to get repaired. The day we after we picked it up parts fell off the car while driving putting my daughter at risk. When I took it back, they blamed my daughter claiming she had to of hit something even though there were no signs of any collusion and it was obvious the part was not secured properly. They didn't take accountability, sent me back to deal with the insurance where after three weeks of waiting, the insurance sided with me that they were at fault with not only the part that fell off but other parts/repairs that were not done correctly. Didn't trust them to redo the repairs so I took my car to Mr Bills in Murrieta where I had no issues and great service! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! read more

This was our second repair using caliber collision of Fallbrook. Both times our vehicle was involved in a collision that was not our fault. Caliber collision works seamlessly with the insurance company. The repairs were completed quickly and in both instances factory OEM products lobbied for by the staff and were used in my repair. I felt like caliber collision was on my side when it came to getting car repaired back close to normal as possible. Excellent customer service and great communication. I would not hesitate to use them. read more

Exceptional service...!!! I delivered my Tundra to Chris on 1/27/2025 to have a repair done, and the estimated finish date was 1/31/25. I had my truck back, fully repaired, detailed to the "9's" by 1/29/2025. My Tundra is my "baby" and likely the last one that i will own. Caliber seems to have given it the attention, and care that would support my feelings. Thank you Chris and all your technicians. Job well done..!!! Additionally, Chris, Evelyn, and Lizette were all very kind, courteous, considerate, and attentive. Total team effort that paid off for me. "What ever you all are getting paid it is not enough..!!" This is the second time we took our cars in for repairs, easy fixes manageable and both times they were not complete, gave us the car incomplete by not finishing the paint job on the front bumper that was replaced, second time they did not put the right paint on the car so it's mismatched. Also under the tire where it was suppose to be fixed the lining from inside is loose and is close to rubbing on the tire when we drive the car. read more

Horrible service! Do not take your car here... BUYER BEWARE!! There is a reason they only have 20 reviews. I had to take my car to another caliber collision to get repaired after this shop had my car for 3 weeks... The funny thing is that the caliber collision in Escondido that specializes in German cars even said this location has incompetent management and has had their run in's with this location before. It started with their front desk cartoon watching girl, Lizette, who did not show any hospitality or attention to service. Just would rather lick her lolly pop and watch tv... Then the nasty and rude manager Evy had the audacity to get on her hands and knees to evaluate a misalignment on my car stating that I had hit something- when in fact I had just received my car back! and poor serviceman Jerry.... His work was not good! I hope this review stays at the top of their list. Did not meet my service needs and felt the value here was a 2/10. Cmon Fallbrook! Forgot to mention... they are predatory with asking for your review at the end of service. Pretty lame when it was clear I was not happy... read more

I am so happy and blessed to have found this place. Yesterday while grocery shopping, I made a right turn and thought I just hit a curb to find out when I got to my parents that a whole strip was missing under my car doors. I drove back to find two pieces of my car on the sidewalk. Later I took my son to his guitar lessons and 3 teachers saw me trying to put the bigger piece on my car and came out to help me. Two of them claimed they have done this so many times and most places will pop it back right on for free or for just a tip and that made me so relieved but then I called "Fallbrook Auto Body & Paint", and told the lady that answered my situation, first she tells me she is going to need my VIN # to report it and my car insurance and went into deductibles and the manufacturer etc. and to come in today after 9:30 cause she's coming from riverside so she's a "half hour late everyday." This lady had me more nervous and losing sleep last night. I didn't feel comfortable going just there so this morning I did a Google search and went here first. The lady at the front was so nice and Julio came out and popped the side back on in 10 minutes at no charge. I cried cause I was so happy and relieved as we've had so much on our plate lately. What a great staff. Hopefully I will never need to come back but I will tell everyone who needs work about this place. Thank you so much! Julio you are a blessing! read more

We used Caliber to fix a truck after an accident. They were to replace the fender, hood, and bumper. Got it back. None of the body lines matched, so we took it back. They beat the fender with a hammer and trashed the new paint. Then did not repaint the door where the accident scratched it up. We needed the truck so we got it back. They said return it when you can. So here we are.....took it in two weeks ago. NO movement on fixing it! It has been literally sitting for two weeks! Went in today, instead of calling. ( Insurance approved the repairs a week ago. ) Something about waiting for the painter to have an open bay and match the paint. The lady with the purse in her hand told us she would call back with a time frame. Hasn't happened yet. It has NOT been a good experience for us. I hear there are other body shops in town. I would try that first. Between the quality of work and lack of communication, I would avoid. read more

These people are really amazing! Julio, Grant, and Lizette! My car got hit in Laguna and I towed it to this location closer to my house and I'm glad they did. They updated me on what was going on with my car, any potential things that could go wrong, and after getting my car back are very responsive in helping me with any further issues. A bigger shout out to Lizette for giving me a ride home when I got stuck at the shop and no rental car agencies had any cars! read more

The communication was very good. The original estimate went up after they started working on my car and they had photos to document why they charged more and worked well with the insurance company. I felt one window may have been scratched during the repair process and they sent someone to my house to replace it. The communication was good with Evie and she kept me updated with texts. read more

So I referred my grand daughter to go there to get an estimate on some bodywork. I had used the Temecula branch and was very happy. The estimate for her bodywork was $3900 given by Caliber Fallbrook. Seemed high to me but I didn't know the extent the rocker repair would be. She filed a claim with her insurance and they did an estimate and was less than $1000 for all of the items within the Caliber quote. So I had her go get 3 more estimates and all 3 were $900 or less. I could expect maybe a little higher estimate at Caliber but this was just obviously taking advantage of a 21 year old girl. I wouldn't touch this place for any repairs, sad! read more

don't bother. tried to get a quote for some body work, and the young lady was only programmed to process insurance claims!

My truck was rear-ended and AAA listed Caliber Collision as an authorized repair center. As a 5-star service provider, I decided I would take my truck to the Fallbrook Caliber Collision facility. I was greeted by Toman, who asked if I had scheduled an estimate appointment. I explained that I was not aware of the process. He offered to go out and look at my truck anyways. He then explained that his center was not equipped to handle aluminum repairs and explained that he could take in the truck and then transport it to one of their San Diego facilities. He ended up researching parts availability for me and was very honest and forthcoming about turn-around expectations. He took all of this time, not even knowing if I would be a customer! THIS is real customer service at its finest! I highly recommend the Fallbrook Caliber Collision branch. You will not be disappointed. read more

Homan and Jen were the absolute best. I was in what I thought was a minor accident, put in a claim with my insurance and they recommended caliber. Normally I would go to my own mechanic, but wanted the process to be seamless so I went with the recommendation. I am SO glad I did. Not only did they get me in for an estimate same day, while I was there Jen called enterprise for me, arranged for them to pick me up, and they even kept my car to start repairs! Enterprise showed up and Jen followed up with me to make sure everything was stress-free. She even offered to deal with any possible issues with enterprise on my behalf so I wouldn't have to! Talk about 5 star service. I received a call from Homan 2 days later regarding my vehicle and was given the unfortunate news that there was extensive damage. He was so helpful and understanding and answered all of my questions. He followed up with me again today letting me know he was submitting my estimate for review, and that he would be in touch as soon as he heard something. Shortly after his submittal, my vehicle was, unfortunately, deemed a total loss. I called Homan to go over next steps and he was so helpful in assuring me that he would hold my car until I was able to remove my belongings. This process really was seamless and as stressful as this situation was, it would have been so much harder had I gone anywhere else. Thank you so much to Jen and Homan for everything you do, regardless of the pandemic, and being super busy, you both made this situation as easy for me as possible. I am so glad USAA partners with your team. read more
