Had a really positive experience at this garage getting an oil change for my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. Steve one of the owners was doing my oil change and he asked me to come outside asked if my car was under warranty and showed me that the oil pan was leaking and suggested that I take it back to the dealer for them to look at. He did the oil change and I really appreciated that he didn't try to charge me or sell me on something unnecessary at all when I took my car to the dealer next day, they confirmed there was an oil pan leak and they fixed it. Free of charge Thank you Steve. I really appreciate the heads up as this car transports my family daily. It was nice knowing that somebody spotted that and looked out for me!! R do not bring your car to this place. I'm a disabled veteran and I'm coming back from my second round after spending $5200 on my car with him not fixing it. I have to sell it for $5000. What a horrible business I had a Mercedes. It ran fine. The guy take advantage of you like you're playing poker. This review is overdue. I moved to the area about a year ago, and was feeling sad because I had a great mechanic up in LA that had really reasonable prices. Fortunately I found Fallbrook Garage. Steve and Chris have taken excellent care of me with oil changes and some other random projects on my car that always seem to happen when you don't want them to. They even replaced a side mirror on my car that got trashed in a parking lot, which was great, since they're technically not a body shop. I would like to thank Chris for his services. So my car overheated on Sunday on my way home and I contacted Fallbrook Garage, and they were quick on getting my car back on the road. Chris also informed me of my vehicle being in a head on collision prior to me purchasing the vehicle, that I was not aware of. From what he told me, my vehicle had quite a bit of severe damage in that accident. Whomever owned the car prior to me, didn't go through their insurance to have it fixed and that's why my car is literally falling apart little by little. Absolutely love this place. The only car place I have ever felt that I can truly trust. I started taking my car here for routine oil changes and they are great. One time, I needed a new water pump and since it was a repair that needed to be done immediately they stayed open late for the part to arrive and get it replaced same day on the weekend. They even did a follow-up phone call a few days later to see if the new water pump resolved the noise that I had been hearing and see how the car was running. read more
