Great guys and gal at this shop. eric has always been super helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

Eric does an excellent job! It's not easy to find someone who knows how to work on a Mercedes without charging a fortune, so I was really happy to find this shop. He's honest, knowledgeable, and does quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a reliable mechanic. read more

My daughter got a flat tire after running over a nail, and the air was running out quickly. It was around 7 o'clock at night, and I called Tires for Less. Erry Castellanos answered right away and told me to send her over to the shop immediately. My husband and I followed, and by the time we arrived, her car was already on the rack with the tire removed and being repaired. The entire staff made her feel so comfortable, and the repair was done effortlessly. The price was beyond amazing, and they even stayed after hours to make sure she got back on the road safely. As a mom, it meant the world to see how much respect and care they showed her, especially since she was frightened by the situation with her three-year-old baby in the car. This place goes above and beyond with customer service. Every employee, especially the manager, treated my daughter with such kindness and professionalism. I cannot recommend Tires for Less enough--thank you, Erry, for taking such good care of her! read more

I rolled in with my back tire super low. I know nothing about cars so it's very easy to trick me with mechanical repairs I really don't need. They not only checked my tire immediately, they fully inspected it and the rim and rather than only try to sell me a new rim/tires they did a simple repair at no cost just to help me out. They are offering me a very fair price for a new rim and even offered other solutions for finding a rim somewhere else at a lower price. I definitely recommend this shop to everyone reading this and will be recommending them to everyone I know in the area. Thank you so much for the excellent service!! read more

Found them on FB marketplace, met with the sales associate Lilliana and they helped me as soon as they could, they got my tires on ASAP! I was in an out. Price and transaction was super quick. read more

Brought my car in to replace its taillight. After keeping my car there for HOURS, not ONLY did they tell me they tell me they could not fix a simple taillight, they scratched the SHIT out of my bumper, and didn't even bother to say anything until I found out!!!! And for the cherry on top, the place didn't even bother to fix it at all. So, if you want your car to get really fucked up, bring it here they do a really good job doing that.‍ read more

Eric was very helpful and respectful. This is the second time doing business. I'm very happy.

I loved the Customer Service, so I brought my car in to have the Front Brakes done on my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. Took my car home and in a few day's my brakes were screaming, so I thought ok the back need to be done as well. Called and made an appointment here again and took them in. They replaced them and when they went to turn the car back over to me, the brakes were still screaming, so she asked the repair man, and he said oh that's because he needs new rotors on the front. No mention of this when the work was being performed, and now that the new brakes were put on with wrapped rotors, they need to be replaced again. No offer of replacing the work they had done, only that I could now pay to fix it all. Took my SUV to Nissan and got the work done properly and out for another brake job when I just paid Tires 4 Less for this work. Will not be back. read more

I came in to get my brake boost fixed by AARON and I had the part he ended up doing the change and when I came to pick it up he told me that it was just the rubber band seal he didn't charge me nothing. He could of easily charged me 100$s. Great people working there and you can trust them when it's come auto repair read more

I had a screw in my tire and the guys here replaced it well and I ordered two new tires that were needing replacement. The next day I noticed one of the new tires was low on pressure and brought it by. They quickly checked it and realized the valve stem wasn't fully tightened. A quick fix and I was on my way. read more

Went there to get a tire fixed because it had a slow leak that I couldn't figure out where it was coming from but The young gentleman there was very helpful and there was two cars before me that were being worked on but it took a total of a half an hour for him to plug it and get me going ... fast and friendly service. read more

I had some issues with this shop. I had them patch a hole in a tire from a nail puncture and the tire still leaked air and it got worse as time went on. I called them to buy new tires and they agreed to honor a price that had been quoted to me several weeks before but when I tried to pay with a credit card the price changed by more than $50. I understand there's fees with using credit cards for the business but not 7%. Merchants are usually charged no more than 2%. These guys are next to impossible to get a hold of on the phone too. Go to Scrappy's down the road. Better business and fair on price. read more

Eric is always very helpful and I recommend anyone living in Fallbrook or nearby to see Eric at Tires for Less for all of their tire needs!

The young lady at the front was extremely nice and even left a note on our paperwork saying "tell them I said happy New Years". I wish I was able to get her name. She was Extremely welcoming and helpful!! We made an appointment for the next day. Our appointment was super quick and the guys did a great job. Erick I believe is his name helped us also, he's a great guy and gave us great info. These guys are amazing!! Thank you so much Tires 4 Less. I truly appreciate you all!! read more

Came in on a whim to try to get a lug off my wheel after my wheel lock key got stripped. They did it fast and easy and were the only shop that were able to do it in time for me to make it to work in time (only took a few minutes). Staff are friendly and attentive and it was a smooth and good experience. It's especially nice that it is a local small business in town rather than another big name place. read more

I decide I would like to drive my beater for a little longer and decided to get some used tires. Apparently, Fallbrook is the place to be for such a thing. Lots of used tires in this neck of the woods. I decided to check out Tires 4 Less because the place I went to last night only had one person that could help me with what I wanted and they were not there. Like most places, they tried to up sell me to new tires but I stuck my ground with the used option. I was also in need of an alignment. Sadly, they cannot perform the service at this shop but they directed me to their location in Escondido to get it done. All in all, service was friendly and the absolute fastest tire change experience I have ever had. If NASCAR is hiring I know where you can find some people for a pit crew. read more
