Erry Castellanos answered right away and told me to send her over to the shop immediately. My husband and I followed, and by the time we arrived, her car was already on the rack with the tire removed and being repaired. The entire staff made her feel so comfortable, and the repair was done effortlessly. The price was beyond amazing, and they even stayed after hours to make sure she got back on the road safely. As a mom, it meant the world to see how much respect and care they showed her, especially since she was frightened by the situation with her three-year-old baby in the car. I rolled in with my back tire super low. I know nothing about cars so it's very easy to trick me with mechanical repairs I really don't need. They not only checked my tire immediately, they fully inspected it and the rim and rather than only try to sell me a new rim/tires they did a simple repair at no cost just to help me out. They are offering me a very fair price for a new rim and even offered other solutions for finding a rim somewhere else at a lower price. I loved the Customer Service, so I brought my car in to have the Front Brakes done on my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. Took my car home and in a few day's my brakes were screaming, so I thought ok the back need to be done as well. Called and made an appointment here again and took them in. They replaced them and when they went to turn the car back over to me, the brakes were still screaming, so she asked the repair man, and he said oh that's because he needs new rotors on the front. No mention of this when the work was being performed, and now that the new brakes were put on with wrapped rotors, they need to be replaced again. No offer of replacing the work they had done, only that I could now pay to fix it all. Took my SUV to Nissan and got the work done properly and out for another brake job when I just paid Tires 4 Less for this work. Will not be back. read more

The next day I noticed one of the new tires was low on pressure and brought it by. They quickly checked it and realized the valve stem wasn't fully tightened. I had some issues with this shop. I had them patch a hole in a tire from a nail puncture and the tire still leaked air and it got worse as time went on. I called them to buy new tires and they agreed to honor a price that had been quoted to me several weeks before but when I tried to pay with a credit card the price changed by more than $50. I understand there's fees with using credit cards for the business but not 7%. Merchants are usually charged no more than 2%. These guys are next to impossible to get a hold of on the phone too. Go to Scrappy's down the road. Better business and fair on price. read more

They did it fast and easy and were the only shop that were able to do it in time for me to make it to work in time (only took a few minutes). I decided to check out Tires 4 Less because the place I went to last night only had one person that could help me with what I wanted and they were not there. Like most places, they tried to up sell me to new tires but I stuck my ground with the used option. I was also in need of an alignment. Sadly, they cannot perform the service at this shop but they directed me to their location in Escondido to get it done. All in all, service was friendly and the absolute fastest tire change experience I have ever had. If NASCAR is hiring I know where you can find some people for a pit crew. read more

Not sure how this place could even have less than 5 stars, but I will leave 5 stars after my visit today. Eric (co-owner) not only helped me out by giving me a great deal on a pair of Michelins for my Mercedes, he also patched my rear passenger tire which I was completely unaware had a nail in it. If thats not taking care of a customer then I don't know customer service. They had me in and out within the hour.
