Shawn is the best. He does top notch work, and extreme attention to detail at extremely reasonable rates. I've used him a number of times over the years, he's my go-to tire guy. I have a few classic cars, most of the wheels are very expensive and I trust him explicitly. He has the tools and the knowledge to do it right without damaging a $1000 rim. Who ever I spoke too gave me the blow off. said he can't help me.. that he does have the equipment. wth? its a huge tire shop and he can't change my spare? These guys sold me a tire with a plug in the inside sidewall, which went flat an hour after install, putting my family in danger on the freeway . Since they were closed when I returned and we were passing through from out of town and unable to wait 2 days, we were out 50$. They should have caught the bad leak before putting it on my Chevy tahoe. I feel as if they knew they were selling me a bad tire. Service was not that great either. read more

So I called today to see if they still had the other two tires in stock that I had asked to be held VB until today(keep in mind I told him it would be for the week) so I could have four matching tires. They sold one and only had one left. The owner or worker Shawn was such an asshole on the phone and had no time to accommodate what I was asking or to see what else he had, he told me to talk to him next week and he will see what he could do then hung right up on me in the middle of my sentence.. These guys are always there when I need them! I foolishly waited until the day before a long road trip to have the van checked out and discovered my front tires were pretty bad. I brought the van to Fallbrook Tire and they didn't have the right tires for me in stock, but he had a set that was in great condition, but used. He offered to put them on temporarily and replaced with the new tires when we returned from vacation. They are awesome! read more

I have been a customer of Fallbrook Tire for 10 years, maybe longer. I always deal with Shawn, the owner of the company. This is a small company and Shawn is the owner and sole operator. I only bring him custom wheels and tires that require special knowledge and handling to prevent scratches or harm as well as expert balancing. Shawn uses a modern Hunter Road Force machine and spends a lot of time mounting and balancing our wheels and tires. He mounts and balances from 5-10 sets of wheels per week for our company. We have never had a problem yet. Shawn has lived his entire life in Fallbrook and is a respected person in our community. I believe he is a person of high integrity and treats our wheels and tires like they are jewelry. I recommend many people to him that all report the same treatment. His prices are fair. Showed up at the door on sunday to get the tires I bought there rotated. I was told they were not open for that kind of work today and come back during the week. I called tuesday and asked if I get the work done sometime this week at 4:30pm after Im off of work. They said they close at 5:00pm and thats not enough time. Ive rotated these tires in my garage with a floor jack in 20 minutes but what ever. I asked for a saturday appointment but there closed on saturdays. I also needed to have a rounded lug nut removed but they said they do not do that and I would have do remove it first. I drove by them and there standing around employees on my way to Scrappy's on main st. after work. They removed the rounded lug nut in seconds and replaced it with a new one for a $1.00. Me, my two cars and motorhome will be going to Scrappy's for tires from now on. Lazy people suck. read more

STAY AWAY!!! My blower stopped blowing on my Nissan Armada. They said they needed to replace it. They got a new one, put it in and couldn't get it to work. They charged me 100 dollars for labor anyway. I took it to the dealer. They said they cut my wiring harness up, rigged a stereo wire from the battery and fried two connectors. 800 dollars, and that's with them helping me out with a new harness otherwise two grand. Tech said that the whole thing could have gone up in flames at any minute. Im going in there with the bill tomorrow. I'll update if they do the right thing. read more
