First off, if you're an enthusiast you know it's tough to find a trustworthy shop to handle your expensive wheels. Look no other place this is your spot. I reached out to Ralph and his boys this morning to mounted and balanced my set of Nitto Trail Grapplers and got me in and out with no issues. Not a scratch on my wheels, balanced well, and even graciously hooked it up with a shop shirt. Next Level Tires is the go to spot. read more

Great set of used tires at an excellent price. Price included mount and balance. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this shop. Went in earlier this month to check out to see where my tire was leaking from and Ralph was able to find out that I had a small crack in one of the welds on the wheels. Put my wheel back on and filled up with air and I was out the door quick. read more

I stumbled on a post for a set of high tread used tires on Offer up and tracked the seller to Next Level Tires. I read their yelp reviews and decided to give them a shot. Buying used tires can be a hit or a miss and some shops will employ a bait and switch tactic. Sometimes buyers cannot identify the tires' significant flaws so they just have to trust the shop. I scored a home run with Next Level Tires and got a set of Crossclimate 2s with advertised 90% tread for 400 OTD. This excellent set of tires would have cost me an arm and a leg in brand new condition at a major retailer so I took a chance on a barely used set at Next Level Tires. The tires did appear in like new condition without any visible defects. The tire hairs or vent spews were still largely intact. The small shop was clean and organized which is in stark contrast to other used tire retailers. The employees were friendly and helpful. The service was fast. I only waited 15 minutes for my turn and the tire change was completed in about half an hour. I could not have asked for a better experience buying used tires. Next time when I need a set of tires, I'll try contacting them a month or two in advance so they can keep an eye out for a particular brand, model, and size. read more

I found this shop on FB marketplace while searching for tires for my Tesla Model S. They had a few options in stock for great prices. I went there the next morning and Rafael took care of me. Checked out the tires, made a choice, and they had them mounted and balanced in no time. Quickest tire change I've ever had. As he quoted, I had a "pitstop". Very happy with the tires so far and the service I received. The facility is immaculate and the waiting room is comfortable, even though I didn't have to wait long. Thanks again. Recommend. read more

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Like seriously tho, don't! Firstly, they're such nice guys, like actual nice guys! Super knowledgeable about every tire you can think of, all they do is tires. Secondly, you'll never find a better price, no joke you won't. Do you see them on TV or big banners and wasted money on advertisements? Nope! Straight up word of mouth and pass the savings onto us consumers! 2500 for my jeep on 35s they did it for a fraction of the price! Literally a fraction!! read more

Ralph is a great guy. He is responsive, kind and very knowledgeable. I bought new rims for my BMW and found Ralph and his shop on OfferUp for a pair of used Michelin Pilot 4s tires. Not only did Ralph swap out my front tires, he did the rears as well and was kind enough to get the TPMS from the other tires, added to the new tires and balanced the tires. Oh and not to mention I showed up 40 minutes before closing on a Friday and was super kind to take me in. Ralph and his team went above and beyond and I appreciate that level of customer service. Definitely recommend Ralph and his team at Next Level Tires. Help the community and shop small and local! read more

I found Next Level Tires through Facebook Marketplace and couldn't be happier with my new Michelin Defenders. I work from home and since I'm not driving that much my tires tend to "age" out before they wear out. Buying used tired just makes sense, it costs less---but also creates less waste. Ralph was very helpful, held onto my tires for a couple weeks while I sorted out some other repairs. When the time came to have them installed the guys at the shop were very helpful, friendly and had me out the door in under 30 minutes. It's nice to have the option to purchase pre-owned tires from a reliable, professional outlet. read more

I can't say more good things about this shop. From start to finish, the entire experience was great. I saw an OfferUp ad for a wheels/tire package and starting conversing with Cris about what I was looking for. The communication was all through text so it was really convenient for me; I appreciate the new-school way of communication. Cris was prompt to respond and always friendly. I just bought a 2021 Tacoma and wanted to upgrade my wheels and tires without doing anything to the suspension. Cris sent me pictures of his previous builds so he made it easier for me to decide a what wheels and tires to get. I was worried about the bigger tires rubbing but he assured me that going with 265/70/17 wouldn't require any trimming and a lift. I ended up choosing the Method NV 305 in bronze with a flush center cap and Falken Wildpeaks A/T tires at 265/70/17. After a couple of weeks of shopping around, I decided to go back to Next Level Tires even though they weren't the cheapest quote that I got. I came back because of Cris' professionalism. During the day of installation, the guys started at the exact time of the appointment. Cris had all of my parts ready to go; all lined up and organized. I purchased different wheel caps and he showed me those as well. I stuck around, used their WiFi to get some work done and after an hour, my truck was ready. I'm super stoked on how it turned out. read more

What an amazing shop. Ralph & Chris changed the tires on the suburban in about 15-20 min! They were super swift and had great service ! Highly recommend this place and I'm an owner of a transportation company. I'll be bringing all my vehicles here in the future. Great professionalism. On top of changing the tires, during the process they happen to diagnose a different issue with the vehicle and we were able to fix it. (No extra charge or anything) they did it out of kindness and also referred me to a local mechanic who was also great. Once again thank you Ralph & Chris -Tee read more

Hate to burst the bubble for a 5-star Yelp tire shop, but Ralph is a thief and a liar. I bought 4 tires before I bought my new car, and I wanted to take them home, but Ralph insisted he had safe storage for them. When I brought my new car in to install them, Ralph had SOLD MY TIRES! Honest mistake right? Over the next few months Ralph offered me an inferior set which I refused, then offered me same set, but I was out of town. Ralph refused to save them for me, he said he had a list of 5 locals waiting for them, and he sold them not to me. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED. This was no mistake, He convinced me to keep my tires at his shop, thinking that he could resell them in order to not miss an extra sale, then pickup another set for me later. He did , but then REFUSED to SAVE THEM for me. Ralph is a THEIF and a LIAR. read more

Found some tires on OfferUp for a good deal and made an appointment with them right away. The guys were very friendly and the service was super quick! My son has a 2005 Ford escape that needed new tires. I called around for used tires as they are half the price of even cheap new tires. Next Level had a great set of four matching tires and balanced and installed them for $300 out the door. The shop is impeccably clean and the guys did the work in about a half hour. The tires have about 80% tread left so hopefully the car lasts as long as these tires will! read more

I needed a set of tires badly for my 2017 Honda Accord Sport. Due to the rain i would sometimes hydroplain so i needed the tires today. I found an ad on Offfer Up for a set of tires size 235/40/19. I called and they responded right away. Cris was very friendly, gave me a reasonable price for the set and he held the tires for me. When i got there i was surprised how the shop looked. It was not your ordinary used tire place that is usually in a shack or a small garage. It was nice builing in a business park area. I was in and out in less than an hour. I would definitely do business with them again. read more

What a great shop this is! Recently My truck had the tires slashed along with 15 other vehicles in the neighborhood and I stumbled upon Next Level while I was shopping around for the best deal on new tires. I paid less than half of what I would have paid anywhere else. The tires are classified as "used" but they are basically new. Such a great business model they have here. The customer service and attitudes of everyone I encountered were just as great as the prices. I'm for sure never buying tires anywhere else. Thanks for the help Ralph!! read more
