I have got 3 rotations since buying tires here and they are happy to do it and get it done quick. Tires on purchase were very fairly priced and had those on and balanced in a jiffy. Tires are wearing perfectly on the truck and they always leave a sticker to say when I need to come back. read more

Hi neighbors I'm not the type to complain about another business. However i tried so hard to work with these guys. First. The tires they sold me, were completely used. I even mentioned it too them. They assured me they were brand new. And would last. A few months later. The tires started showing wires. I also don't drive the car all that much. Once or twice a week. Second they lost my valve stem covers. Third they didn't transfer my tire sensors over! Take caution when dealing with them read more

Horrible customer service, prices are to high they are very far from being a place like discount tire and their prices are ridiculous they sell use tire and those tires are trash don't go there and waste time and money this people are desperate for money read more

Wow these people are so kind and helpful! Guess what...LADIES do a lot of the repairs!!! What an amazing business hidden off of Olive in Vista If you need tires or tire repairs this is the place to come ! Thank you MC Tires read more

If i could put a zero i would! My husband went it to this shop to get his tire patched it was definitely the last option and only went here because all other local shops were busy & closed the fact that they charge 30$ to patch a tire says enough when most shops don't charge anything at all. Regardless due to the circumstances we needed the tire patched and decided to use their services. During the patching of our tire the wheel was scratched and damaged! When my husband noticed he told the owner and the owner took zero accountability saying that's the way the tire was brought in which is a LIE! He then proceeded to justify himself by saying the tire was cheap anyways the audacity of this man got bigger when my husband asked for a discount due to the damages done he grabbed a screw driver and stabbed the patched tire and told my husband to leave and never come back! Well guess what i will be reporting ur unethical business to the better bussiness bureau as well as the FCC and attorney general! this type of business should be shut down and reported! Shame on u. The aggressive behavior was unnecessarily and should be considered an act of asult a police report will be filed along with a claim report ! read more

Was quoted for a pair of used tires late on a Friday afternoon and they noted they couldn't get car in until Tuesday (Monday being a holiday). Had car towed there on Monday morning and had to unload on street. Called on Tuesday and they said they couldn't get it in until Wednesday. Called Wednesday morning and they said they didn't have the tires that were quoted to me on Friday. Tried to sell me different tires for $1800 instead. I ended up having to pay for another tow to Discount Tires. They were great and gave me $80 instant rebate plus a mgmt override of $120 to honor memorial day wknd promo that I missed by trying to go to MC tires. Stick with the known quantity... $1169 out the door for same set of tires MC tried hooking me for $1800 on bait and switch read more

I love this place. I won't go anywhere else when I need a tire service. They are always so helpful, efficient, and don't try to take advantage of their customers, (which we all know happens at car maintenance shops). She is always so helpful over the phone and in person. I had a tire that was going flat, brought it here, they patched my tire and had me out the door in 30 minutes. I couldn't believe it. Also, the price was phenomenal! Highly recommend. read more

Have been here several times and always exceeds expectations. Prices are at the very least reasonable and service is always fast and on point. Highly recommended. read more

sold me two front tires that they said had very little wear and gave me a "deal" both tires blew out within 6 months. I do not recommend purchasing used tires from them. there are better and more reliable sources out there. Just my opinion and my experience. it's always too good to be true. read more

The guys at MC tire are incredibly honest, hard working and fair. Brought my van in without an appointment and they were able to replace all 4 tires within 1 hour. I came by today (1/23) to get a repair done. There was a screw I ran over somewhere but it was repaired in no time and I also got a quote for some new tire if needed. I've been here before (last time was about 2016 or 2017) and the tires I purchased were great. Good quality and good pricing. This place was recommended by my father and is a better alternative than some of the bigger tire shops (I had a horrible experience with another company). They're not pushy or insisting to a point saying comments like "Can you open another credit card, can your dad lend you money, there's a payday loan place" or some things like that (reason I came to MC Tires). I may bring my Camry back later on to replace the tires I currently have probably before winter so I look forward to returning. read more

What a breath of fresh air!! Holliday weekend. Sidewall puncture making a uturn in font of my house to park. Went to 2 Walmarts, Discount Tire and Evans Tire, all in Vista Oceanside area. Got jerked around at each place. Then had the bright idea to open Apple Maps and search "tires near me" they popped up. Guy said yeah we have that tire. Took mine in the back, rolled Out five minutes later with a new tire mounted, and proceeded to install it onto my van. I was there no more than 15 minutes included in checking out in paying all for around a third of what I'd been quoted at the previous * businesses*. Now I know where to get tires. read more

Went in there on a Sunday and Pedro the employee was extremely outstanding, professional, and the most efficient tire person I've ever seen. Showed up with no appointment in need of one tire. Super friendly and helped me right away! I was super stressed prior because I was on a time crunch and I really needed to replace my tire as it was unsafe to drive on. I was open to a new or used tire, whichever one would get me back on the road for a reasonable price. I am so happy I found this place. I was in and out in no time. They replaced my tire for cheaper than originally quoted and it was a great price for a new tire. I was on my way faster than I expected. I didn't even have time to finish my crossword puzzle lol thank you so much for taking care of me! I appreciated them Not trying to upsell me, and they were honest. I asked for another tire to be checked as well, and they said it was ok to drive on for a little while longer. I really appreciated that, and getting me in and out, not even knowing I was in a hurry. Will definitely be returning when I need to replace my other tire. read more

MCC Tires has taken care of my tires like 3 times and every time they have great deals for used and new tires. The son is super professional, respectful and knowledgeable about different tire sizes. The father is straight to the point and fair on pricing. The wife who works in the office is super sweet and informative on the perks I received with my new tires. The perks only illustrate how much they really do care about their customers :) being a female you always want to make sure you are not taking advantage of when going to car shops, but this place is nothing close to that! I recommend this place to all of my friends and family! Thank you MCC Tires for your customer service and great work! My car rides so smooth now! read more

Very nice staff and fast reliable work. Bought a used tire and they had me back on the road in 20 mins.

These guys screwed up my boys wheels and they blocked him on all social media, they have been unresponsive, and refused to accept that they messed up my homies wheels. Don't do business with these clowns, who breaks someone's wheels then blocks them off every social media platform? DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. read more

Needed a rotation and repair, but this place should have been my first option. As other establishments were turning me away and others were closed on a Sunday. Unfortunately went to another shop in Vista prior to visiting MC Tires where they didnt balance my new tires correctly. They didnt use the right balancing spin machine but some old school leveling contraption, eyed it and outcome was shaky when driving ~50/60m. Pedro who works at MC trtes was very nice and fix the problem in no time. I called 2x before visiting the business and they answered all the Qs I had including the price which was fair. He checked the brakes and rear tires and was done before I could put on my mask on. Very grateful. Keep up the good work!!! read more
