So beware! My son went in today to have a flat tire fixed due to a nail. What was supposed to be a simple easy repair my son was taken advantage of and the shop installed two brand new tires on his Mazda 3 at $150 a pop and didn't tell him they were going to to do that. I've used this place a half dozen times to pull nails out my tire I'm not sure who was running the shop today but he was rude when I asked him why he replaced both tires said that's not my problem and hung up the phone on me. SCAM. My Wife came in and thankfully I was already on my way. They wanted to charge her $100 per USED TIRE, stock/ factory size, on a 2019 Ford Fusion sedan. They then said she needed to replace the front 2 and on top of that charge her $120 for alignment... the kicker... $120 x2 because she was getting 2 tires installed. When I showed up they said the same thing and was in disbelief they tried to charge her twice for an alignment, per tire. Laughable. Stay clear of this shop. There's a reason there's no line or big push of customers. Meanwhile, at Discount Tire in San Marcos, $70 for BRAND NEW STOCK TIRE and less than $70 for an alignment. The man in the front desk (chubby- wears glasses) is rude! I was shocked when I wanted to confirm pricing for patching my tire ($30) yes only one tire to be patched at $30!! And he made a rude gesture. He was on his phone all the time too! Like get to work! Also, be very set on what you want done, because they will also do extra services without permission and add it to the bill without telling you. I went to get my two front tires fixed. Over the phone they said they had used ones, for $100 each. I came in person, and they said they don't have used ones, only new ones. And it'll be $180 each. Towards the end they charged me for an oil change, where I completely asked for just the front tires. Plus they have a $30 extra fee on top of the work,just because. They dismounted the tire, removed bolt| screw and then discovered that it hadn't punctured the carcass of the tire so it wasn't leaking. They reinstalled the tire and refused to take payment because they didn't have to actually plug or patch the tire. I haven't drove my car in a year so I knew I needed to get some maintenance done. After they were done they told me they recommended me to get a few parts replaced since they're a bit worn out. I thanked them paid then left. The very next day I went to Firestone. For an inspection. After the inspection the nice woman told me how legally they can't let me drive off since it's in really bad condition. She said the inner tie rod can easily fall off at any time since it was extremely loose and she then said I needed an ALIGNMENT. I told her I already got one from Tires 4 less at this very exact location. She was stunned. She said she couldn't believe that the people who work here would do an alignment KNOWING it wouldn't stick and how dangerous it was to let me drive off with my FAMILY. All for $95 I would've paid anything for the safety of my family. PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE DOUBLE CHECK THE WORK IF YOU DECIDE TO COME HERE. Rude, uncaring, and disrespectful. Whoever this owner is, he or she needs to really assess their teams priorities. My tire went flat and I had to replace it with the small spare in my trunk. I needed something new to get me to work tomorrow. I have purchased tires from this shop once before and it is only 1 mile from my home I went there tonight. The shop hours say they close at 7:00pm yet when I got there at 6:45pm they said they will not help anyone past 6:30pm if that is the case, they need to change the hours stated on their maps/ front door because I would have went to a place that does help people within their stated business hours. Not only was the guy that spoke to me unapologetic but when I questioned their hours he was rude, short and cold shouldered. It's a bummer that small businesses like this have become so ignorant and care so little about service and people who could literally have a blow out on the road. Don't come here. In a pretty much emergency because our travel trailer tires bubbled while towing it home, I called this place and spoke to someone who told me it would be $260 out the door for two Hankook trailer tires and I let them know we would be there in less than 30 minutes, at least 30 minutes before they closed. We arrived when we said we would and the 2 guys there tried to say they were closed and that they didn't speak to anybody. I pulled up my phone records and they said that it wasn't them. I called the number in front of them and it rang right to their phone. After doing that they then told me it was going to be $280 out the door I understand that $20 isn't a lot but it's the principle of it. The trailer tires also were not Hankook, they were Nereus. They also tried not to give me a receipt, I had to ask for it. On the receipt they checked the box for 'New Tires' but also checked the box for '15 day warranty on defective USED tires'. They also checked the box that they balanced them. I watched them, they did not balance the tires. I would never recommend this business to anybody. Do not give your money to these people. They were hard to find so I thought I'd go for it anyway. I would like to warn anyone who is considering purchasing tires from Tires 4 Less about the low quality of the product that is sold here and the unfair warranty coverage. When you buy new tires here the warranty does not include replacing the tire due to a nail or puncture. As I was told by the woman who works here, "You drove over the nail and it is your fault, it's not the fault of the manufacturer." This is the kind of response you will get when dealing with Tires 4 Less. Let me share a brief history of my transaction with Tires 4 Less. I purchased two tires from Tires 4 Less for my 2013 Honda Odyssey in October 2015. I live in Carmel Valley and my mom lives in Vista, which is why I chose this location. At $90 for each new tire, which included a warranty, I couldn't deny the price was incredibly affordable. In order to keep the warranty I would be required to get an alignment in two weeks and then rotate the tires every 3,000 miles or three months. I considered this a bit of a hassle but I have come to understand it is not unusual. It is now March 2016 and this afternoon I had the unfortunate luck to get a flat tire while driving. Luckily I was near a gas station and close to home. When I got home I called AAA and my next call was to Tires 4 Less to find out about the warranty coverage. I was informed that I would have to bring the tire to Vista so it could be inspected and a determination could be made regarding warranty eligibility. Once AAA removed the tire and put on the spare the technician pointed out that it was a nail. He offered to repair it but I was concerned it would void the Tires 4 Less warranty. I placed a second call to Tires 4 Less. I do not know why I wasn't told at this point that the warranty would not be honored because I had driven over the nail. For some reason she saved that bit of information until my fourth call, when I drove over to Bear Tires get a patch to repair the tire. During that third call to Tires 4 Less I was told to not get the plug done because it could void the warranty and that a patch would be better. Off I went to Bear Tires. After my tire was removed from the wheel I was told it was no good because it had been driven on. I was still under the warranty so I called Tires 4 Less and this is when I was told the warranty would not be honored. It turns out I could have gotten tires from Bear Tires for a bit more, but not much more and the warranty does cover road damage for up to a year. This doesn't cost extra. Bear Tires does require an alignment and tire rotation every 5,000 miles, but this is done for free when you buy tires from them. I wish I had known about Bear Tires before doing business with Tires 4 Less. If you are in the market for tires I recommend checking Yelp for independent tire shops that offer warranties with road damage coverage. If I had known the warranty from Tires 4 Less would not include a flat tire caused by a nail I would not have bought tires from them. I also learned the importance of getting tires from a place that is close to home. It makes things easier when the tire has to be replaced. read more

Yousave a ton of money and they show you the tires before they put them on for approval. Yes, they offer new and used tires, but some of the used, you can't even tell. They have great tread.
