DO NOT COME HERE !!! SCAM !! This place is a total SCAM !!! I came here for a tire change because my tire was flat, they completed RUINED and scratched my rims. They even scratched one that wasn't a problem! They are so unprofessional, I had never taken my car out of the dealer and the first time I do they scratch my rims terribly. Not only did they scratch a rim that wasn't supposed to be touched because that wasn't where the flat tire was, they also messed up the lock on my tire. They messed it up so bad , that I went back to the dealer and they had trouble taking it off. They also tried to scam me with prices, they are so expensive. First, they said over the phone while a male coworker was talking after letting them know the size of the tire I need that it would be around 65 dollars when I get there a woman , they say 85 and all of sudden, my coworker who is a male comes along , it is 75. They change up their prices so so much. They all seem so sketch , they are very sketchy with their work and how they handle their business. Also , the older man was very very rude, he was scolding at me for calling at like 7 am because they ACTUALLY open at 7:30 am and not 6:30 am like it says on here and on google maps. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! If you are a girl , you will probably get scammed with prices just like the other girl got scammed with the 700 tires and also they wanted to charge me over 180 for a used tire that doesn't cost that online and for breaking a lock on my tire , ruining and scratching my rims and one lock. Just wow, they have new owners so more money ok no problem it is what is right? It's close and convenient they've been changing the tires on this car for six years, yes, the tires are difficult to put on these wheels because they're low profile, I understand that and for six years, they've been difficult to put on but today drop it off new price, which is higher not a problem. It's so close to our house. It's worth it! I drive-by on my back home and they have 2 wheels off the car about an hour after dropping it off so I slow down and say halfway? yep! OK, cool and move on. I did not hear from them. It's getting close to 530. We dropped it off at 3:30. We're going to dinner at 6 so I figured we better go down there. Maybe they're done and haven't called. There's all 4 of our new tires sitting in a stack now they say they can't do it, too difficult.? Really? Well thanks for the phone call, How long did you know that you couldn't put those tires on there? Also, I noticed that you scratch the living hell out of my center cap !! So needless to say won't be bringing my van for rotations won't be bringing my truck for rotations and new tires won't be bringing our other car or trailer for rotation and tires either, good luck! read more

I brought my Lexus to this location and got a great price and service to have used tires installed which i purchased from another tire shop. The installation was quick and they even pointed out one of my wheel studs needs to be replaced. Great place to also buy used tires. Paid 700$ cash to the father, he said they're "good" tires. Did some research after they changed the tires realized the tires only costed them 99-105$ per tire. When I confronted the son about why they charged me almost 100$ extra per tire his response was "we don't have access to online" I also went back to ask for a receipt he just gave me a hand written paper says 700$ for tires, not an actual in ice like when you go to any normal tire shop. They put the cheapest tire available for almost Double the actual price, CRAZY. I DO NOT recommend this place. read more

I called this morning to see if I can bring my car in to get my tires looked at because the low tire pressure light was on for all four tires and some were almost flat. Chino answered the phone and told me I can come in without an appointment and he literally stopped working on another car and took care of my car. He was awesome and did not try and up sale me on anything like some places do when a female comes in alone. His prices are very reasonable. Came here for a used tire on the recommendation from a family member. He had the tire I was looking for, and quoted me a good price. Came into get the tire I got the quote for. I then asked if he did oil changes, and he said he did and could have the car done in an hour. I said great, since I did not want to drive around and I was already leaving the car there. I was stoked to just get it all done. Now, this is where I messed up.I did not ask him what the charge would be (MY BIG MISTAKE) for the oil change. So you see what is coming... Came back 2-3 hours later, and asked for the final bill. I had already paid for the tire, and just needed to pay for the oil change. It was $60. I was like really, that is more than the dealership. He said "Well I already gave you a good deal on the tires, and your car needed more oil than 5 quarts". I asked if it was synthetic, and he said no, just standard oil. My car takes 5.5 quarts, which is a half quart more than a "standard" oil change. I get getting charged $30, even maybe $40. But $60? Never coming back for getting shady customer service. read more

This is not where you want to buy tires from the service I received was horrible and it's worth it to drive to vista for tires. I had a blow out and I drove to the nearest place which was El chino tires I called ahead for a quote and the price and tread seemed reasonable for a used tire but when I got there (barely by the grace of God) the man there tried to sell me a tire with 45% less tred for the same price as a tire quoted with 95% tred when I made a shocked and displeased reaction he refused service immediately then I had my car towed and received excellent service right away from Tires 4 less in vista on 2506 Santa Fe rd they understood my situation and were supportive in getting me in and out AVOID THIS PLACE plus he had his whole family inside the area where they work on the cars a little 4 year old girl was playing in the shop whom I'm guessing was his daughter very unprofessional! read more

My husband and I where there just now to exchange a tire that popped out of no where. We bought this tire from el chino tire and he told us that it had guarantee if it pooped or if it needs to get patch. All these promises so you buy from them, and now that we take it back his employee says that it didn't guarantee because it pooped from the side. So 250 dollar that we paid went down the drain. This is a bad place to buy tires. they don't guarantee their products and they do promise you they will. Do not buy from them, it's wroth paying a little more and have something last long. Obviously the tire is not good quality. I will never buy from them ever again. So I came to another place In Escondido it's call pete's I'm about to try them.
