I hit something on the expressway that bent my drivers side front wheel on the inside lip causing a…read moresmall leak. After a Google of "bent wheel repair" I got several places and simply began calling the closest to me. I had to provide pictures of the damaged wheel so I removed the wheel and took several pics. After providing pics with details to several local wheel repair shops I was quoted a high of $450 and low of $200. AFW was actually recommended by a guy I called, because he only repaired wheel rash, not bent wheels. On AFW's website, I scheduled an appointment and though I did get an email confirmation, I called the morning of the appointment to confirm if they have a pickup service and if I can drive in or have to bring in the wheel. No pickup service. I only had a slow leak, so I was able to drive in and they removed the wheel for repair. Everyone I spoke with there is very friendly, answering all my questions concisely. The shop can be a little difficult to find as their main entrance is on the side, not visible from the street. It's a much larger shop than I expected with hundreds of wheels neatly stacked on shelves. There's a small lobby and waiting room, but after being told approximately how long it would take, I took a walk down the street to the Omelette Factory Santee. BTW, good food and super friendly staff AFW kept me informed of everything, from the time they started on my wheel, their assessment, an estimate and how long the repair will take. Approx 2-hours for my wheel damage. In short, American Wheel Factory is professional and absolute experts at their craft. My wheel is good as new and they were the least expensive. I highly recommend!

American Factory Wheel diagnosed it correctly right away. Turned out I had two bent wheels and a third that needed balancing, and they repaired all of it expertly. These guys genuinely know their stuff. They're the real experts, which is exactly why they came so highly recommended, including by high-end performance shops that don't send people just anywhere. Darren in the front office took impeccable care of me. I was in and out in a few hours, and the waiting room made it easy, comfortable and with solid wifi so I could actually get some work done. One thing that stood out before I even walked in: the owner, Josh, posts great videos walking through the repair process. That kind of transparency builds real trust and confidence. You know what you're getting before you hand over your keys. If you've got wheel damage, skip the guesswork and go straight to American Factory Wheel.

Jonathan was my repair person for my door ding and lucky for me he came even earlier than expected because he happened to be in the area near me since I work from home this is always welcome. Jonathan did a great job giving me an overview of what was to come and it took all of 15 min for the ding in my back rear door to get repaired and I didn't even have to pull it out of my garage. Love that. I'm such a nitpicky person I notice dings and scratches on cars so this was a great way to make things look cosmetically a lot better on my car. I've got a new recommendation if anyone needs the same kind of repairs. We may go ahead and book for my husband's car soon as well. These guys are professional, well priced and very thorough. 10/10 would use again, Jonathan was great!
