I explained to Rich that part of our key had gotten stuck in our door and would no longer lock. He was able to find time for Greg to squeeze me in that morning. Greg arrived on time and was up front about the cost of labor (which was reasonable) and got the lock fixed. Later on in the day when I realized there was an issue with how the lock was functioning from the other side of the door, I called Greg to let him know. He returned that same day at no extra charge and took his time to figure out the issue and fix it without having to replace part of the lock (and thus charge more). They is an excellent locksmith -- the lock he replaced a few months ago are still going strong. And he's great at diagnosing and resolving a problem. For example, my front gate was sticking and I thought it was the lock, but Toby took the time to show me that it was actually a problem with the gate itself. He trimmed down the metal gate (for free) which resolved the issue.
