I wish I could give them 3.5 stars, but sadly not an option. I got locked out of my interior door. The locksmith was here within 20-25 minutes. He quoted me $45 for the service fee plus $175 to open the door. I should have questioned or asked for a better explanation of the price perhaps, so that was my fault. It took literally 20-30 seconds (not an exaggeration, less than 30 seconds!) with a folded up smart water bottle and we were in. Definitely the most expensive 20 seconds of my life! The guys were prompt and very efficient so that's really good. Maybe it's just the going rate, but it really stung! Especially since the guy on the phone said it might be around $100 for an easy job. It doesn't get much easier than 20 seconds. Lesson learned for sure, and I'll never lock myself out again. I did mention the 15% discount noted on yelp, so that helped for sure...but, ouch! read more

I tried to take off an old lock and put on a new one that was quite different. Found out that locksmithing is not easy after all. I called after normal business hours and wanted to see if they could come out the next day - instead, the person suggested that he come out right away and fix it. Said that he would "juggle some stuff" to make it happen. Very professional once he came by, quickly installed a new lock (just like the one that I took off instead of a different lock - I probably should have started there...) I definitely recommend if you need something done right, the lock works perfect and I feel very safe. To top it all off, he wouldn't even allow me to vacuum the floor - he took my vacuum and made sure all was cleaned up. We even spoke a bit about art and artists.
