I think this is the perfect breakfast spot considering the PERFECT weather Arizona has been having lately. This is an order at the counter place that offers indoor and outdoor seating. They had a nice crowd there on a Sunday afternoon but the line moved fast. I ordered the parisian omelet with an iced chai tea. The tea was super tasty, I drank it entirely too fast. The omelette was amazing, the spinach and mushrooms in it were fresh and flavorful and the hot sauce they had on the table made the perfect topping for it. Love the fame! I've been here a few times and today had the best Monte Christo ever. It's not a breakfast I have often but definitely stands out. I love the fast casual environment where you order up front and they bring your food to your designated table. I also get a cafe mocha here and they make it perfect. Now if they had a rewards program it be swell. Staff is friendly and no nonsense. Only thing that I don't care for is that it can get loud when it's busy but it's easy to overlook. I had what started off to be a very tasty lunch with out of state friends and my very well-behaved dog here on a beautiful warm April Saturday afternoon. Of course, as responsible dog owners, we did not attempt to bring our dog inside, and instead sat outside on the patio. They had the misters running on an 85° afternoon which is too cool in Phoenix to run misters. We politely asked one of the bus boys if he wouldn't mind turning off the misters off so we could enjoy our lunch without getting wet. He went and asked the manager and returned and said that he had tried his best, but the manager insisted they must stay on because they "keep the restaurant cool inside." This made no sense to us because most of the patio is nowhere near the open window into the restaurant, and it was simply just not hot enough to be running them. Not to mention we and the dog were clearly getting soaked. When I completed my meal, I let my dog lick the plate on the ground. Much to my surprise, the same manager came running over, created a huge scene, grabbed the plate, chastised me and my friends for " a health code violation,"ceremonially threw the plate into the trash in front of us and stormed off. I went inside to confront him for the behavior, asking why he had to be so completely rude and create such a scene. He looked at me and said "misters are staying on and you committed a health code violation." I said fine, why did you have to make such a big deal about it? You could've just walked over, pleasantly let me know about the violation and asked me to throw away the plate when she was done. I would have even paid for the plate if that is what caused him so much angst. When I asked for his name, he said "don't worry about it" and stormed off once again. I have to say that I have never in my life been made to feel so unwelcome as a dog owner and will never return, nor bring friends here either. Fame caffe was a nice stop with great service and food. You order at the front and then seat yourself. We grabbed the breakfast sandwich and the smashed avocado toast with a latte. The food arrived pretty quickly and everything was fresh and tasted great. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the potatoes had crispy edges and were seasoned perfectly. The sandwich and avocado toast are simple meals but done well. The latte was delicious too! Smooth brew. Definitely need to stop in again to try out more items on the menu! read more

I went on vacation to Phoenix to see my brother and one morning, we came here for breakfast. My brother said everything was really delicious so I was excited to try all the foods! This place can get really busy on the weekends and I understand why. The food is absolutely delicious! I got a lavender latte with oatmilk to start, and my brother got the vegan horchata. They were both delicious but the horchata was SO tasty. I ended up ordering one to go. I got the breakfast wrap and added avocado and sour cream. It was absolutely delicious. I also added a side of pinto beans and my brother got a pancake and the Dos. (2 eggs, bacon and potatoes.) The food was really good and I was so glad I got to come here! What an amazing find in Phoenix! Fàme cafe is a must stop if you enjoy rustic, breakfast & brunch or a relaxing lunch. The atmosphere is immaculate, with even the smallest details well thought out. We loved the variety of native plants and art scattered around. They have a menu with variety, which is what you want in a brunch restaurant. A little something for everyone. They do lack on the sweeter items i.e. pancakes, French toast etc. but the quality of the other menu items more than makes up for it. We ordered the Monte Cristo and Breakfast Sandwich, and the a hot oat milk honey lavender latte and iced matcha. We received the food quickly, and all the items were honestly so freaking delicious. I've never had a Monte Cristo but the idea of a savory dish with some unique sweetness intrigued me. And it was worth the risk! My friend enjoyed her sandwich. The highlight had to have been the honey lavender latte, it was a favorite among other reviews and did not disappoint! We will be back. read more

One of the best breakfast spots in Phoenix! Fame Cafe Parking was easy, as it's close to an somewhat outlet mall with a parking lot but there is street parking as well. When you get to the front of the line that is where you place your order. I would check out the menu's before hand if possible so that you don't get to front of the line and need 5 minutes to decide what you want to order. Now the lines get pretty long on the weekend so be aware of that. The first thing you'll notice once you arrive are all the funny photos all through cafe. Very artsy vibe. After being seated we ordered the Parisian omelette and the Eggs Benny with avocado instead of bacon and their house potatoes. Both were so good! We ordered mimosas as well and while and practically Inhaled them. The service was very fast as well even when they're very busy. A must stop when in the area. read more

Took my boyfriend here for a quick brunch. First impression: very cute and very busy. The line moves quickly though! There's a good amount of seating inside with a few shaded tables outside. We heard great things about the breakfast wrap so that's what I ordered, along with the Parisian omelet and an iced chai tea. We wanted to try the eggs benedict but was told they had just sold out of it. We waited roughly about 20 minutes for our food. Breakfast wrap: 5/10. Not enough flavor. After taking a bite, I realized I should have ordered the chef's special of the day, which was their steak wrap. It was smaller than expected but it did fill me up! Wish there was more chorizo. Parisian omelet: 4/10. An egg white omelet that was quite bland. Not sure what else I expected from this dish, but a little bit more seasoning would've made it 3x better. The mushrooms were nice though. The toast that came with it was standard, as well as the 5 pieces of fresh fruit. Iced chai tea: 9/10. Really good! No complaints. I really enjoyed my first and recent visit to Fàme Caffe! I was on the hunt for a quickish bite and caffeine pick me up in Uptown Phoenix area, my handy dandy Yelp app popped of Fàme Caffe, and I was sold! They share a parking lot with a group of other small businesses, that was absolutely popping off this Friday morning, they do have free street parking nearby and I was able to find a spot there, but I would anticipate possibly making a lap or two or parking on the street. They do offer reserved parking for Pick-Ups if you are able to call ahead! They have a small patio out front with a few tables, it is right along Central, so don't expect a peaceful setting. In addition, a dining room and little walk up window to order beverages and to-go's. This line moved swiftly and I was able to order my breakfast burrito with chorizo and Chai Latte with ease. Service was friendly and prompt. My food was out in no time, followed by my chai and off I went! Once at home, i thoroughly enjoyed my breaky burrito! Filled generously with all the goods, served with green and red salsa, it hit the mark and was delicious. I also added avocado, because, avocado, need I say more! The chai was perfectly spicy and balanced with sweetness without being overly sweet and perfect foam! i would most definitely return and dine in next time to enjoy the experience, but also take out anytime I was in the area and looking for a tasty bite. read more
