My gosh - What a fun/funny feel-good experience it turned in to! She's certainly a breath of fresh air! The ceilings are open connecting all the other storage units. Mice got into my unit because of the open ceilings. There was mouse droppings all over my couch that cost $3k. End result - a damaged couch and belongings. I should have done research on how to choose storage units before I chose this place. For a small unit, it was around $190 per month and slowly raised to $200 over two years. They make you purchase insurance which only covers $500 of damage due to rodents which includes a $100 deductible! Apparently, they're not responsible for any damage caused by rodents because other storage units may have food stored and there's nothing they can do about it. Their answer is, "talk to your insurance about this." Zero stars.

John came to our house and gave us an estimate based on our property, which was nice since it wasn't time-based like most companies. At the end of the day, this was a much better deal too. On the moving day we had Felipe, Noe, Jorge, and Juan. They worked so hard to wrap and unwrap everything carefully, we didn't have a single broken glass! They were able to move our huge and heavy dinning table out through the balcony, without any scratches. I highly recommend this company for your moving.
