Our review is for Sorage Marts employee Maddie! I moved my Mom out of her public storage in Sacramento after 15 years. It had started to have no employees working and all kinds of issues. I was getting my mom settled with us when Maddie let us know of an issue. To see an employee truly caring and ready to work with us . Is something we all say is hard to get. Maddie even stayed real late the next day to be sure things went smooth. Again she was determined to take care of things. I sure hope her corparte knows she is a priceless, kind person. Not just an everday employee. We feel at ease knowing she works there. !!!! Many Thanks Maddie,,, Gay and family read more

The pictures say it all. I stored my things here for 4 months. Looks like my belongings were there for decades. Everything I put into storage was clean to begin with. Showed the pics to the management and the response was "well this is an old facility". I paid over $300 a month for this unit. Not worth the money and I had to really clean a lot of my belongings before I could back in my home. read more

FANTASTIC! A family member moved back to Fairfield on short notice and we needed a place to store his items for the time being. We were refereed to StorageMart by a friend, since they didn't have any reviews, I wasn't too keen but decided to give them a call. The Assistant Manager is a DELIGHT. Professional, Informative, Pleasant and very Kind. I was so impressed with her over the phone I decided to take my family here for there storage needs. Upon arrival we were greeted by both the Manager and Assistant Manager. Walked through the process, shown different sizes of units and treated wonderfully. I'm very glad this place was recommended to me. read more

I rented a storage unit in Fairfield StorageMart for ten years it was okay for the first 4 years but every year after that they went up in price I started out at $130 for a promotional deal and in those 10 years the storage went up to $220 and every time I question him about there rental fees and why they raise them every year they tell me it's for building security and improvements which I don't feel as a patron and a contract we should be paying the cost for their improvements or regular maintenance upgrades not to mention they have a rodent problem that did damage to my unit and never reimbursed me they said the insurance that we pay for is only for flood and Fire I will not be doing business again with StorageMart read more

I needed a storage unit very quickly and the process of getting it was so simple. I ended up coming in later than my what my reservation said and I when I showed up Madie was there to help. She knew exactly who I was when my boyfriend and I came in with our uhaul and I explained my situation and she completely understood. I was so happy I was able to move in that day and the process was a piece of cake. When doing our rental agreement, Madie was super helpful and walked us through the whole thing so I knew what I was getting into. The property was clean and the unit was perfect. This was the first time I've used a storage service, and had a great experience! Jason was really helpful when it came to getting all the paperwork completed, as well as showing me around StorageMart. Being in the military and having to PCS overseas can be overwhelming, but they were able to really work with us and accommodate our situation. They tried to accommodate us as best as they could to give us storage closest to the door entrance to help facilitate an easy move. Madie was also very helpful, especially when it came to facilitating pick up from storage for the movers. The storage units are very clean and I felt safe storing all of my belongings. The access hours are reasonable and the gate is easy to use! 10/10 would recommend!! read more

I have been using StorageMart in Fairfield for my business for years now. Renting with them has been a great experience. Maddie and Jason always go out of their way to help with whatever I need. My business's inventory has been safe and secure in their very conscientious hands. On one occasion an employee had been in a hurry and forgot to secure our padlock all the way. They secured it and called me immediately to let me know. On other occasions we have had to have large trucks drop of deliveries, Maddie and Jason have made the coordinating that a breeze. I highly recommend Fairfield StorageMart and Maddie, Jason and the rest of the crew. read more

Got my 10x20 today at Storage Mart. They were a little more expensive than a near by competitor. But, what sealed the deal was the Storage Mart Manager Madie. She was AWESOME! Extremely professional & courteous from beginning to end. Gave me all my options up front with no hidden costs. I don't mind paying a little more for far better, far superior customer service. OK... So I was scheduled to go to StorageMart at noon today, but unfortunately I was late... VERY LATE. I did not get to the place until almost closing time and a gentleman named Jason whom I spoke with over the phone yesterday sounded a little irritated that I didn't keep my word. But nonetheless when I got there he was very welcoming, very calm, understanding and very sweet. I have to say that being he could have told me to come back tomorrow I appreciate that he didn't and on top of that, a big piece of the wall fell down so he had to deal with that urgent matter. And even though he had somewhere he had to be, he was still very calm with me and very professional. I really appreciate the patients he gave me and the overall pleasant customer service. If I were to describe my experience in one word it would be... gratifying. Thank you Jason for being a great person, good luck with your wall and I look forward to chatting with you on another trip to the storage :-) read more
