However, the manager Charlie is very helpful and even though there has been multiple issues I've had with the increase in price Charlie has gone nice and beyond to keep my business because more than once I've threatened to stand out front of their location with signs to do everything in my power to drive away business from them. Now I've expressed my frustration. If you do d code to use them you will find very clean facilities, everything is new(ish) and in my opinion one of the best options in the area for storage units. You will have 24 hour access, even if your unit is located inside.

I called…read morejust to get a quote, but instead of providing one, they went ahead and created a reservation for me--without my consent. Then the emails started coming. I called to cancel the reservation, and the gentleman who answered assured me it would be taken care of. It wasn't. After moving out of the country, I received yet another email about the same reservation. International calls aren't cheap, but I had to call again to cancel it. Once more, I was told it would be handled. A week later--one day before the so-called reservation--I got another email. This time, I managed to access their system online and cancel it myself. To confirm, I called the location, only to be transferred to another rep whose phone line was so full of static that it was physically painful to listen to. Instead of addressing the issue, she just kept asking, "Can you hear me now?" over and over. This entire experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and borderline deceptive. It feels like this company deliberately avoids canceling reservations hoping people will just give up and go through with a reservation they never wanted in the first place. Even their phone system reflects their lack of quality. I would not recommend this location--or Public Storage in general--to anyone.

By the time we were finished, it was 5:20P & with no help from her colleague who was available intermittently. Which turned out a be positive as the colleague was discourteous with customers...people ask questions for guidance, not to be chastised. Nonetheless, Angela was cool as a cucumber, cordial & helpful during my 1.5-hour visit. Not once did she get ruffled nor try to rush the process, only stated once the doors were locked that we had a certain amount of time to meet the truck. If you have time to wait to be serviced by Angela, it will be worth it.

After grabbing an envelope, I was told by one of the clerks, "Hey! Stand on the other side to write out the address! We don't need you to be blocking other customers," then proceeded to say in a lower voice that I hear, "People just can't understand basic directions!" The irony was that no other customers came through during that time and the other guy filling out a label gave me this look of "WTH is up with him." The other clerk was nice, thankfully. -Might not hurt to invest in a cleaning service of some kind as the overall inside felt and looked unclean. -Definitely need to invest in making sure that trash and other garbage is picked up in the parking lot. It wasn't a great look to see garbage in large puddles of rainwater. At this point, I am just going to spend the few extra dollars and start using UPS and/or FedEx for shipping items and sending urgent documents as long as the recipient accepts those packages. I understand that customers can be mean to workers and at a certain point, workers can develop apathy towards others, especially towards customers. USPS is definitely way underfunded and workers are probably treated poorly. However, the major attitude that I got for just simply filling out a mailing document in the wrong area that'd block the "plethora" of customers (which there were none) without even saying a word was uncalled for and not acceptable. I know nothing will happen with this review; this is just my venting that I'll no longer visit this location anymore and just use other providers.
