Once inside, the storage lockers are clean and the walkways are clear. He greeted us every time we arrived to drop off more items or to retrieve items. He answered every question we had over the phone, prior to our securing a rental space and the prices remained what he quoted us over the phone, once we arrived. As a parent out of state, you want your young adult children to encounter other adults they meet in the world to treat them with respect, courtesy and honesty. Allen did all of that and almost felt like family in the end. He knew my daughter was navigating this on her own as she interned for a season with the Atlanta Falcons and that she wouldn't be a long term renter and that didn't matter. He would do whatever he could to make her rental experience as smooth and simple and as affordable as possible. I only needed it for 3 weeks and yes, no overages or extra charges when I was done. They gave me the 411 on the climate controlled being cheaper than the non which was not majorly important to me but still helped. Plenty of flatbed carts and no problems with gate / entry code. One issue is they often walk the property and no one is in the office, calling is what the door sign says but that didn't help. Overall I still recommend.
