I originally worked with Savion to schedule movers at my home in Georgia to move our furniture and our LIFE in our own supplied box trucks as well as scheduling NetMove movers at our NEW home in North Carolina to unload. Savion supplied boxes and tape needed for my own packing and Temo and his team Avery, Larry, Darrel and Junior took care of fragile mirrors, paintings and tvs and loaded the trucks like Tetris! They did and amazing job, and I had no damages!! The team in NC headed by Anthony took extreme care of emptying the trucks and put everything where I asked them to. *I do not remember the names of the 2 teams headed by Anthony, I am sorry about that, but you were all wonderful! Moving is stressful, but The Atlanta and Charlotte Netmove family was respectful, patient, friendly and responsible and the move was a lot easier because of this company!!! We hired these folks to handle our out of state move. When originally asking for quotes they were one of two people who actually were willing to come out and take a look at my home and give an accurate quote. John was friendly and knowledgeable, asked good questions, and was very efficient. The day of the move Marcus and David came to our home, they were on time, professional, friendly, super helpful, and all-around trustworthy guys. We were scheduled to deliver our goods two days after pickup however The very next day they called us and asked us if we would like our delivery that evening! Once again Marcus and David were amazing they were in and out of our home in about 2 1/2 hours and we saved an entire day. We moved from GA to NJ (right in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic) and we used NetMove. Although their quote was the highest, I felt most comfortable with them. Their reviews seemed legit so we went with it. We had an excellent experience all the way through. Melody was in contact with me the whole time up until after the move. Our crew was great. I'm picky about movers, having been burned a few times in my many moves across the country. About 7 years ago, after getting burned by a moving company, I discovered a moving scam website (www.movingscam.com) and ever since, 5 moves later, I have had great results every time. NetMove was highly rated on that site (on one of their state specific lists), and also checks out very well with the BBB (which in and of itself is not a great way to tell if a company is great or not; after all - they seek business' money to generate income so it's hardly completely impartial). They of course, have the requirements with the DOT as well. NetMove was extremely professional, gave us a DO-NOT-EXCEED quote which they stuck to, did exactly what we contracted them to do, exactly when we agreed it would be done, almost nothing was damaged and everything was extremely well packed. They were also extremely fast in packing, loading and unloading. Some of the other things I like that they did that poor movers don't often do were: 1. it was just our stuff on the truck - no one else mixed in (good way to lose stuff) 2. Once loaded, our stuff remained on the truck until unloaded at our new house - no changing trucks or anything that ups the ante for damage 3. The lead guy who loaded was also the lead guy who unloaded, thus we had a rapport and he kind of knew where things went. Overall our family was extremely happy with NetMove for our move from Atlanta to South Carolina and we would use them again in a minute. They were also by far the cheapest of the 5 quotes we got. read more

We had an exceptional experience with this company who moved our business at the new year. The communication with John and Melody was prompt and I was pleased with how well they kept us informed and estimated the moving costs. The crew showed up on time and were very professional at the pick up. They had all the paperwork and insurance for a corporation move and i appreciated them knowing what they were doing there. My experience with Greg, Bill, Melody, Glen and the entire team from NetMove has been nothing short of exceptional. I hate moving but these guys do it right and know what they are doing. Kind of sketchy experience dealing with them for a cross country move. Courted us with a very expensive quote (1.5x competitors) then sent us the contract. At that point they disclosed they are brokering the move. We asked them originally if they were doing the whole move themselves and they said yes. Totally misleading read more

For any of you out there who have ever moved you know how stressful it can be especially when it comes to picking the right moving company. We had the added stress of moving out of state and into both a new house and a storage unit. Net Movers took care of us from start to finish. Their quote was lower than the other company we looked at too. They showed up on time and immediately took control of the situation. They took great care with our furniture, covered our floors, wrapped every piece of furniture in both blankets and plastic and also took great care in organizing which pieces needed to go into storage. The unloading went just as smoothly and when all was said and done we didn't have any issues with damage or loss. The guys were courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. I used these guys for our move from NC to GA. We talked to Greg before the move and John (the owner) was onsite and doing much of the heavy lifting the day of. These guys were quick and efficient. They were incredibly easy to work with and made the whole moving process easy. None one thing was broken in transit which is almost unbelievable. We have used Netmove for multiple moves over the last several years. They came highly recommended from my parents, and we were not disappointed at all. Horrible-Horrible-Horrible! The only thing Greg S. and owner John K. cared about were their EGOS, not our possessions. We used them for an out of state move and from the beginning, Greg tried to convince us to keep our things at their warehouse in ATL, even though we were moving out of state. We declined keeping our things with them long-term until we found a home because we wanted them closer to us. The packing crew were simply lazy and had bad attitudes and complained and did a horrible job packing, even though I went out and bought them lunch. Thanks for damaging some our furniture due to improper padding which was missing on the bottom of several pieces of furniture. Our very expensive mattress was packed all wrong and the foreman at the storage facility pointed it out and packed it properly. At least I saw you damage my husband's armoire when you all nearly let it go down the stairwell and then denied it once I saw it at the warehouse on the day of delivery and took photos. I asked John (the owner) to take responsibility and he just walked away. His arrogance on the day of the move, not to mention when he dropped our things off at the storage warehouse was appalling. The crew at the moving company we used for storage told me that they did not know how I dealt with them because of the arrogance. THE STORAGE CREW COULD HAVE CARED LESS THAT YOU MOVE THE FALCONS, even though you found the need to keep telling them. It's time to hang it up, John.......... Not sure where Greg S. heard that the move went well (we received a follow-up E-mail stating this), but does not surprise us because of the constant miscommunication and lies. Could not even get our address right on the order sheet from day one - that should have been a clue for what was ahead. read more

I did not have a good experience with a large cross-country move. Perhaps NetMove is better at local, small moves. The packers were rushed due to inadequate time allotted so things were broken and not packed well or forgotten in closets. The salesman, Steve, underestimated the move in both time and moving van space leading to more problems. The movers arrived late morning both days which is not what NetMove promised. My husband and I worked 5 hours along side the movers to get things done. An overflow load took over 2 weeks to catch up to the initial delivery. Some furniture and larger items were damaged due to lack of packing/no boxes or protection since everything was rushed. The actual Wheaton movers were NOT company employees as stated by the Sales man who obviously just wanted to make the sale. When addressed directly, the President of NetMove was unprofessional. Try a larger, well-established carrier for better service and results. read more
