I was locked in the property cause I couldn't remember my code cause my cell phone died which was where i had my code stored so make sure you write your Code down in your wallet. You have to have it to get out of the facility. It was crazy being locked in the facility for 2hrs after it closed. Finally found an emergency number on the dial pad but I had no cell phone cause my phone had died. It was like Night At The Museum . I was literally stuck all because I had no working cell phone and code smdh.

This is price gouging and totally unfair and unjustified. I rent a 10x20 unit and have been a good client who pays my bill on time each month without any trouble. This is taking advantage of my need for this unit. This is far too large an increase, and $347.00 was already far too high. I could understand if I had more amenities, but it's only a concrete floor, the unit door is extremely hard to open, and dust blows in because the unit is not properly sealed. I know rats are in there because I have seen their turds. Insulation hangs from the ceiling. I will probably have to toss out a lot of things because of the rats and small animals.

I rented a UHAUL from these people for 24 hours and only drove it 14 miles at most. It went ftom…read more$35 to $99 over night. They charged a $20 overnight fee when I turned it in at 5:45pm same day under 24 hours and $14 for fuel when it was not completely full when I drove it off. Some type of enviromental fee too. Crazy! Owner of Oakwood Tire didn't want to take responsibility in handling it telling me to call Iu-Haul. They took responsibility in renting it to me with no problem, they can take respnsiblity in this review as well. I'd give them and UHAUL zero stars if I could. I was on the phone waiting on U-haul for 3 hours, and they stated they'll investigate verses take care of the extra charges I didn't authorize. Caution when using them for anythiing!
