I must say that I was surprised by the level of customer service I received. Everyone I spoke or interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly. The online deals I got were also exceptional. This has overall been a great experience and based on the high quality service, clean environment and convenience of resources match with the low price I've paid, I'd definite say this is value you can't beat. My single complaint was that I couldn't locate a dumpster on the premises which I think is important for a storage facility to have. If there was one there I must have somehow missed it. read more

I rented a RV storage space here for 2 years. The storage was nice and easily accessible but in that time my monthly rental went from $150 to $295 basically increasing a little every 3 months. There really is no appreciation for the customer or valuing loyal customers that pay their rental on time all the time. My mother has had a unit here for years and never had any issues. I just rented a unit yesterday after having one with another nearby facility that was TERRIBLE. I would have given more stars but I am rather salty about my experience. I rented a unit for 6 months. Gave notice that I was vacating on 4/3. They charged my account for the whole month. No prorate, no concession. Beware- if you don't want to be charged- vacate the last day of the month!! read more

Pros: This facility is amazing. All of the staff are great. A friend told me about Teresa and so I asked for her when I first called. I was in a financial bind and she was able to get my first month for $1. I almost cried. Whats great is there is no contract so you can keep the unit as long or little as you need. Cons: There are a few hidden fees that you don't think about when signing up. AKA insurance for the unit and buying the lock. However, this is not the fault of the location. It's from corporate. Theresa at this facility is a great asset to Public Storage. She went out of her way to make sure that I knew everything about the storage unit about the hours and showed me the unit and she was just awesome. The best part about this unit that I've rented is that it's air conditioned so I don't have to worry about long-term storage issues as I'm going to need to store my things for 2 or 3 months. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I rented a unit for about 7 months, not to mention the rent went up a few times. When I went to move out of the unit I noticed it had flooded. A lot of my furniture was ruined and had signs of mold. I immediately went to the front desk to complain. Long story short Public Storage is not responsible for anything. Not even because of their faulty maintenance or poor structural water seal? I was told it is my responsibility to discard all the damaged furniture and I would continue to be charged rent until that happened. No empathy or care that I just lost thousands of dollars of furniture. Customer service is Null and Void. I strongly suggest that if you store your stuff please consider purchasing insurance. read more

The staff there is great but the corporation is horrible. I had a 10x10 climate controlled unit for years. Every so often the rent went. I could understand that. When it went to $160 a months decided to get out. While moving out I discovered that the same unit I am paying $160 for a new customer gets for $120 and book it online you get it for $90. You are penalized for being a long term customer with them. Need something short term you're fine. Need something longer term and they will rip you off. read more

I have used this location before (4295 Bells Ferry Rd.) and came back to it, because it has a nice awning for loading/unloading in inclement weather and the facility is generally kept clean. My complaint is, they need to check air conditioning filters (I noticed they are filthy and need to be changed, the carts used for loading and unloading are in bad shape. One only has 3 wheels and it is not right for customers to have to use carts that are zip tied and/or don't have four wheels. The manager says "they" won't pay for a new cart because they are $500 a piece. also, I noticed businesses use (mostly the outside) storage units, for storing supplies. In the two months I have had my unit, I have picked up screws in my tire (same tire) twice now. The grounds around the lot need to be better maintained (sweeping or whatever it takes) to keep this type of garbage off the pavement. sadly, the manager Theresa is no longer there, from when I rented a unit here a few years ago. The place was top notch when she was there. The current manager tries, but I don't feel the interest is really there. read more

Absolutely terrible. While the staff is somewhat professional, it only hides the fact that they will lock you out and throw your stuff out the moment you are a few days behind on payment, no matter what the issue is. If you are 3 weeks behind, they will "dispose" of your items without trying the least bit to work with you. If you can't find any other storage places and are desperate, use this place as a last resort, but don't keep anything of value here. Neither their customers nor their customers' property is of any value to them. read more
