On moving day, I realized that the unit I had reserved wouldn't accommodate all of my belongings. Store Manager Jalena D. went above and beyond to help. She quickly found an additional unit--conveniently located directly across from my original one--and walked me through the entire process of adding the new space. I haven't been able to contact anyone also she threatened me with an eviction by the 15th here it is the 13th I'll cost seven times so I haven't talked to anyone about waiving the $20 late fee so I could just pay my eight dollar fee and move on about my business not to mention nobody ever told me how my key was going to be accredited that could've been a misunderstanding because I didn't know it wasn't going to be able to apply to the balance and then it will go to my car. Nobody communicated that, and nor am I able to communicate still at this time.

Because I'm so OCD some of the boxes they stacked wasn't very stable, they had no problem rearranging the boxes for me. Some items that were supposed to have stayed at my old house, was brought to my new home. Now I have to take it back. One of the movers used my bathroom (which isn't a problem) and forgot to flush. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move. They are worth every penny.
