If a mover or moving company doesn't have its own truck, find a company that does. I was led to believe he had his own truck until he showed up. I was a little wary because of the reviews, but decided to give it a chance. So glad I did, because the notary was warm and friendly, interacted with my kids, was very professional and completed the notarization in a timely manner (and beautiful penmanship). It only cost $5 which was an excellent value compared to other places. Thank you Ms. P! Also, there is a small play area for kids at the front of the store with blocks, so very family-friendly. Will definitely go back with other documents in the future.

They sub the work out to small groups of people with trucks. will quote your job and when they show up, whatever they can't fit in the truck.. they just don't take. No discount for making me have to take the items even though they said they would take all my things. Even worse over the phone they said they would break down and rebuild all my items that needed it(even though I said I'd do it for some money off... she said it was included in the price so even if I did it, it would still cost the same.. ok I let them do it) now when we're inside the room, they tell me they never rebuild things due to liability purposes. Whatever, I've never heard that but ok. I went to build my babies crib... and I find out WHY they couldn't "rebuild it" they pulled 80% of the screws out with force, instead of using the right tool. Imagine trying to put it back together? Impossible. They ruined a $1000 crib. I call them to have them come and fix it, as it was in the same place they left it, lady (I think it's Laurie?) I spoke with said she'd call me back. Never did, I texted her.. no response. Such a shameful way of business. Other reviews must be fake or close friends of theirs. Please do NOT make the mistake I did.

There were difficulties bringing the furniture to the second floor due to the angle of my stairs. It took him and his team two days to finish the set up yet Scott personally came to helped me until everything was done. He was very polite and patient. Then asked for just $70 additional when we said no to $200. We had already paid the deposit and nothing was being moved at all!!!!. We did not Zell any money and kept everything on a credit card for better records. Chriss was gone 7.5 hours to pick up a truck in Cartersville! Seriously?! I wonder what he was doing for all that time. Took 2 days to move one house. Michelle quit answering texts after all our complaints, but promised a supervisor would call. No call! She never checked in or showed up to manage this goat rodeo! Do not trust them!!!! Unprofessional! Poorly dressed! Looked like they were on drugs!
