They also accept debit, credit and of course cash. I only had to move a one bedroom apartment to a location maybe two miles away. Most of my items were boxed or disassembled prior to their arrival. The movers made sure that my furniture (couches & tables) were wrapped up and secured. They worked very quick and the move only took about 2 hours; there is a 3 hour minimum. All of my furniture made it without a scratch or a ding. The movers were very friendly. And the prices are very reasonable. Super happy with the move!!!

They did have a delay in getting to my house but they didn't leave me in the dark- they let me know what was going on and when to expect them. I requested a lot of help and had a team of 5 men show up to do all the moving and lifting. They did a great job of getting everything out of the house and loaded up, as well as unloaded at my new home. They treated myself and my three daughters with the utmost respect and were a great crew to work with. Their pricing was very fair and there wasn't any "bait and switch" or hidden fees. One of the guys even shared his appreciation of original artwork with my 9 year old daughter- so much so that he offered to purchase one of her paintings from her! I'm so glad I went with this company- they did a great job and best of all, my back wasn't screaming at me from doing all the heavy lifting myself!

They disassembled (and reassembled) my beds and couches with such care. Everything was wrapped well and I never worried about damage. They took their time and were careful not to scratch up the walls. My driveway was tricky and they listened and brought a smaller truck. They packed that truck so well!! Then, after loading my belongings, they took a lunch break before delivery without communicating that to me, leaving me waiting at the new location with no clear update on timing. Unfortunately, it didn't stop there. During the move, my mattress was handled without proper protection and was dragged, leaving it torn and heavily soiled--damage that was not present beforehand. I reached out to address the issue, but instead of taking accountability or working toward a resolution, I was essentially told to "file a claim." Because of that, I've had to escalate the situation through my bank. Between the delays, lack of communication, and damage to my property, this was a very disappointing experience. I'd strongly recommend documenting everything beforehand and considering other options.

Did a quick walk through, I pointed out fragile and large items. They wrapped everything I asked them to wrap and more with blankets / stretch wrap. They got the truck loaded like a Tetris game in 5 hours. The guys are polite, introduce themselves, shake your hand, and give the kids high fives on they way out. They had a new guy on the crew, probably 1st job, and the owner Arturo and the experienced guy gave him tips and seemed to be a great leader / teacher for the job. A+, 100% recommend!

However, I'm deducting stars because I was distressed that their huge truck did not have a ramp nor did the company have a dolly!!! How does a moving company not have a truck ramp or a dolly? I feel like this is risky for client's belongings but more importantly, not safe or protective of the movers' bodies! Quan and Tim were all smiles nonetheless but still, it made me so sad for them. Even in the hospital, we have mechanical lifts to help us lift our heavy patients. These guys have to lift furniture and appliances above ground and into the high truck bed, and then do the same to get the things out of the truck. I am so glad nobody got hurt, but I think if this company is moved by Faith... A money bag in one of my wardrobes has all of the cash missing (yes, I should have taken it out, but it's still a low blow). Suit bags with my husband's wedding suit and dry cleaned items were strewn on the floor with a box and large suitcase on top. The cherry on top: they took a huge chunk out of my pristine new lawn. NEVER AGAIN--save yourself the trouble and book a different company.
